Fine. Showed up a few minutes early. Alerted me to possible issue when house is sold because damper clip missing.

They did a good job. They gave me a better price than the company I used to hire before.

They were just very responsive and got out here right away. I have had the guy do some work on my chimney before.

Levi and another gentleman were both professional and prompt. They removed my gas logs and installed a log lighter. They left the fireplace area clean and showed me how to use the log lighter. I certainly would use their services again.

Called and made appointment to have dryer vent cleaned. Company very friendly on phone and made prompt appointment. Gentleman showed up on time. I showed him the dryer in basement and also took him to vent exit in backyard. Did not watch him every second after that, as I work from home and trusted he could do the simple job. He later came and told me he was finished and I paid him. Two weeks later my husband was in the basement and heard birds chirping nearby. He went outside and found that the cover over the end of the vent had never been properly latched after cleaning and there were signs that birds were trying to build a nest in there. He pulled out a few sticks and latched it(very easy). I did not do laundry for a few days to be sure there were no baby birds further into the vent. Luckily it did not appear birds got further than initial nest building. Of course I cannot in good conscience hire this company again. I actually tried them for this small job before I would have hired them for a bigger job to clean 2 fireplaces I need cleaned. Will not rehire even though the guy was a nice guy.

They were on time and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The guy who came was neat with his work and cleaned up everything before he left. He also gave me tips on how often I should have the services performed.

I tried to collect more estimates from other companies so I would feel more comfortable with their price. I was unable to get additional estimates so I didn't get the work done. I appreciated the fact that they followed up with me, however.

The service guy arrived on time as expected. He came in and spread huge white sheets all around my fireplace. He then proceeded to clean my chimney. I was amazed at how clean everything in the immediate area was when he was finished. He was very professional and efficient. When he was finished he gave me the report on the condition of my fireplace which I had not had cleaned in 6 years.

I was not pleased with my experience. Initial appointment was 2 weeks out, which I assumed was customary for this time of year. They set the appointment window from 2-4 PM. At 3:45, I called to confirm they would be there still, since I took the rest of the day off to meet them. She said, oh yes, he was just running late, but I just spoke with him and he ll be there in 20 min. 1 hour later, I called back. She then told me that he had lost or otherwise misplaced my paperwork and didn t have me on the schedule. So she apparently just blew me off or fed me a standard line the first time I called. So he showed up at 7 PM (its dark at this point, so I m not sure how much of an inspection he can do from the roof vantage point). He was courteous and was in/out in 30 min. I don t know if he rushed it, or if that s just how long it takes (this was my first sweep/inspection). He then said he d have some estimates sent over, as my flu had some rusted out areas and there were some cracking bricks on my chimney, etc. He also said he d make sure I received a discount for the inconvenience. No estimates were sent and a $10 discount for my troubles. I will not use them again nor recommend.

We originally scheduled chimney sweep service after we walked into the Zionsville office one day while shopping. We live downtown, but it was no problem to schedule the service. When the technicians arrived, they asked a lot of questions to understand the problem we were experiencing and to find any additional problems that may be occurring. After examining the chimney, they let us know that a sweep was not necessary. We used the appointment time to instead get a workshop of the repairs that could be made to our chimney and fireplace. They gave us options about the work that could be done and estimates for each. They were very helpful and gave us good advice.

When purchasing our home, the inspector suggested to have the chimney cleaned, so after we settled in, we searched Angie's List to find a chimney sweep. After selecting the Cinder Box, we called Tuesday to schedule service for Friday. They were flexible and worked around our schedule, arriving at 5 pm. The guy that came out (sorry, I don't recall his name!) inspected the chimney, got on the roof and looked at the cap, and came back inside and cleaned it out. He also gave us some tips about using the gas starter and the flu-we are new homeowners and didn't know how to use this type of fireplace. He even suggested where to get some new tools inexpensively. He was very nice and professional. The price is up there but they perform a service I can't do myself, and obviously make house-calls. We will use them again.

They were good. They did what they were supposed to do. They were polite and kept our home clean during the process.
