Very well !! I highly recommend Indiana Foundation Service. They did a complete and very satisfactory job from the beginning to the end.

Poor job, but most disappointing was the fact that i had to basically wash out my garage due to the dust from cutting the concrete right next to my garage. He could have easily told me to close my door to avoid this.

Great will have them back for our phase 3shortly!!

everyting was fine. The guys worked very hard in very difficult conditions (multiple rain days). The foundation was raised slightly and stabilized due to their efforts. Very good job with excellent cleanup.

The 3 man crew showed up right on time and worked through until completion. They were professional and answered all our questions and really provided a better quality installation than was first estimated. We are very pleased with the work and in the recent rains the drains and sump pump operated just fine. I don't like downpours but feel that this system will work during such events. We would hire then again with no hesitation.

We agreed to have the work done with the salesman, a $10,000 job. Once the crew arrived at our home, they had a different scope of work. instead of calling their office to work out any differences the leader of the crew let me know there where items that he wasn't going to do. They didn't have our humidifier on the work order so they didn't bring it. The leader informed he he wasn't a carpenter so they wouldn't be doing anything that wasn't on the work order. With all of this confusion I cancelled the work. Obliviously, there where some communications problems somewhere in this chain. I would caution perspective clients to get everything in writing and review with the installation crew before any work is done.

He did a very good job, took his time and gave me an estimate and took time to explain everything to me. Great company

Actually I had a full crawlspace encapsulation. The job was done well and the work was finished ahead of schedule... The workers were professional and personable always willing to share information. Although not cheap I would use this company again.

They did a great job. The weather was bad most of the time and it took longer then was estimated. There employees were very professional and I was kept informed every step of the way they cleaned everything up and put everything back the way they found it,,,

Everyone I dealt with at Indiana Foundation Service was very courteous and professional. Jeremiah did the estimate and took the time to show me and explain what needed to be accomplished. Alicia and Teresa assisted in getting the project scheduled. Both were very courteous and professional during the telephone calls. They always did what they said they would do. I was quite apprehensive to have 5 push-piers installed. I envisioned a mess due to the digging. When Andrew, Dustin, and Dave (the installation crew) showed up they were extremely polite and professional. I dreaded the mess I envisioned but it did not happen. They used tarps and other measures to control the mess. I couldn't believe how clean they kept the area. Before leaving they asked me if they needed to clean more. I told them the area was great. I noted the crew worked as a team and did not take any breaks, even though it was very hot. During the process Superintendent Pete arrived. He took time to ensure I understood how the push piers worked. Pete was very courteous, professional, and patient with my questions. Please pass along my sincere appreciation to each of the persons listed above. Andrew, Dustin, and Dave went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased. I highly recommend this group and their company.

Excellent, very high quality work by Justin W. and Nick B. from Indiana Foundation! They were professional, friendly, answered all of my questions, kept me updated with their progress and were very careful to protect my home as they brought equipment in and out during the installation. My project was large. First, they installed a perimeter drainage system in the crawl space, including the installation of 2 sump pumps. Then, they completely encapsulated the entire crawl space (2,000 sq. ft.) and installed a dehumidifier. I was very impressed with the quality of work and their focus on doing things right! I would hire them again without hesitation and would recommend them for any crawl space work.

Tyrone and Zachariah performed the foundation work and we were very pleased when they finished. Tyrone was very good at keeping us informed of their progress, very courteous, professional and they were on time both days. This was our second time having foundation work done on our brick home with Indiana Foundation. Thank you.

Overall, the experience was very good. The crew was professional, hardworking and did a great job with installation.

Zach worked with us. He is knowledgable and quit pleasant to work with.

1. If we had only contracted them for the sump pumps this would have been a glowing review. They did an excellent job on this part of the work but keep reading. 2. For the cracks, we have a large home with a finished basement. One of the cracks is in the "entertainment area" where the TV and pool table are. The salesman said they would "make it pretty" since it was a finished basement. They did not. Their strategy for fixing the crack and stopping the leak was to jackhammer a hole in the concrete floor, cover the crack with a rough hand cut piece of vinyl plastic about the thickness of vinyl siding and basically allow the water to run down in between the wall and the plastic until it drained into the newly made hole. The work was ugly. I called a manager in he visited and said they would make it right and that was 2 years ago and they never returned. 3. Regarding the "mudjacking" They first messed up the scheduling of the work. We had an appointment but the worker missed the appointment with no calls to explain. We then had to reschedule a month out due to existing appointments. When he came a month later (October) they sent him 1 hour away from their offices only for him to say " your yard is big enough and I have to stretch the hoses across the yard and it is too cold today". So in essence he drove close to 3 hours round trip plus wasted my time because someone in the office didn't have enough info to tell him what to expect. Since temperature affected the material they were using we had to wait until spring to finally complete the work. In hindsight I wish I hadn't paid to do this because the results were less than spectacular but in their defense they did attempt to perform the work that was requested, the concrete was simply too heavy and attached with too much rebar for the slabs to move back in place where I wanted them. 4. In the meantime the story gets even better. I had a written copy of the quote from the salesman that showed the work to be completed. To be fair the mud jacking was written in small handwriting in the corner of the paper because he was short on space but it was on there! The office then apparently decides that they had some extra expense in sending their mud jacking guy out twice so they tried to tell me that my original quote did not include the mud jacking and that I would have to pay a significant amount extra. I had more than one conversation with their office proving that it was on the paper and part of the original quote. Each time they backed down and said "oh I see what you mean, we're sorry" but then they would call again. Finally they tried to send me to collections. When I threatened to get a lawyer involved because I had the paperwork to prove I was right they finally stopped. Final thoughts: The sump pump work was exactly what I wanted. The mud jacking was a disappointment but I feel the results were due to variables that couldn't have been known until we tried. The crack repair was such a disaster that I still feel my blood pressure raise every time I think about it and it has been 2 years. And through it all I feel the office staff showed a mix of incompetence, lack of information and downright shady dealings. Because of that impression of the office staff, I will never do business with them again. P.S. I received a call from one of their salespeople recently saying they would like to come by and charge me $120 to "do maintenance" on the sump pumps. So if you work with them you can expect to stay on their list. That call is actually what reminded me that I had been wanting to write this review in the hopes that someone else could avoid similar headaches.

Excellent. Several of the doors wouldn't close after, but they were able to get that fixed.

Sales guy was friendly, professional and knowledgable. Had good ideas for solutions to our problem. Lead time was on the long side at about 4 weeks. Crew arrived on time and hustled through the work. Interior cleanup was very good as it was around the excavated area in back. There was a bit of a muddy mess on the sidewalk around the excavation in front. I'm calling that one my fault as they would have gladly worked on it had I not forgotten to inspect it This is my third job with IFS and will use them again.

They replaced a sump pump that was under warranty.

Mark Jennings was very punctual and responsive to our request for an estimate for waterproofing our basement. He answered all of our questions and provided useful and understandable literature for review. Mark made appropriate follow up calls, also. Although we pursued different means (i.e. external abatement: re-grading soil around foundation, gutter extensions, cement collar at corner) to address the wet basement, we would consider his services if external abatement is not successful.

Not really sure who to review, because their website says jeswork.com but their invoice and estimate say "Indiana Foundation" but their salesperson is not in their office, and doesn't seem to communicate with them very well. In short they cannot seem to communicate well at all. They simply won't call back, and their contracted salesperson doesn't really seem to know how to work with them and they don't really seem to know how to find an order, schedule an order, or work through the contracting process. It's a total fail and I lost confidence that their work wouldn't bee the same. I don't recommend calling this firm until they cant get this process fixed.

These guys are the worst I have seen. They screwed up my flooring. They admitted that they screwed it up and didn't provide the correct solution for my problem and said that I need to hire another contractor to fix my problem. They ran a drain outside my house that doesn't empty the excess water.

Job went as expected. The crew came in and got the work done in a day.

We had a Triple Safe sump pump installed in September 2017 as our home is in a very wet area. We had specified that the main line out needs to come to the top of a berm that surrounds our home to keep flooding away from the well and house. At the end of the installation, the line out was on the inside side of the berm meaning that all water pumped out of the system would just flood back into our yard. The installers stated the work order said 50’ and that was 50’ of pipe. I was unhappy about that, so my husband called to get the issue rectified and we were placed as a low priority. Fast forward a few days when we had a decent rain and the sump pump was working to keep our basement dry. Water was pouring out of the emergency line out which is only a few inches away from the foundation. We took a close look at the installation and figured out the system was plumbed backwards - the main pump went to the emergency line out and the emergency pump was plumbed to the main line out. We followed back up with IFS to address these issues immediately. IFS came out the next business day to correct the main line length and incorrectly plumbed pumps. The TripleSafe is a nice addition to our home, but the installation process and quality of the original work was lacking.
