There were a few delays due to unexpected circumstances with crew & poor communication due to unexpected delays. The estimator was very good and gave suggestions and noted problems I hand't seen. The workmen were good to work with and did a good job. The other company who gave me an estimate was not as thorough and didn't follow through with the estimate until I pressed them.
