We tried to have this work done in the winter but the ground froze solid before the work could be done. Unfortunately the workers were scheduled anyway and arrived to find solid ground. The rescheduled date proved to be rainy so we again rescheduled. The work was finally done when the weather was better. They did an excellent job replacing the sod in the front yard so that no one would know that there were 15 foot pipes buried there. In the back yard they nicely smoothed the soil so we could plant grass. So far when it has rained the water has been taken safely away from the house so hopefully it will reduce the amount of rainwater under our slab. We were glad to get the crawlspace vents sealed up because we had seen small animals going into them!

They did a good job at a good price. I was satisfied and would use them again.

They gave me the lowest estimate in the beginning, but it ended up being higher that what other companies were estimating. They started the work, but it wasn't done properly. They were suppose to put in a sump pump and get everything drained. We got a hold of the owner, and he came out after workers had come back several times, and the job still wasn't completed correctly. Once he got involved, things finally moving along. However, When Spring came, we realized it was pumping water into the yard and leaving water in the yard. The owner had to come out again and had to talk to the workers about getting it to pump into the pond, where it was suppose to go in the beginning. I felt like we were being taken advantage of. If it hadn't been for the owner, I don't know if anything would have been resolved.

Very pleased with the company from beginning to end of the project. Salesman was very knowledgeable but not high pressure at all. Pointed out additional work that should be done in future but did not push to have it done now. Installers were conscientious and did a good job. A new crawlspace door did not fit because I had an odd sized opening but the charge was removed from the final bill without hesitation.

They did a great job. We used the coupon. They follow up right away when you call. They were very professional overall.

They were able to lift the sunken area to an acceptable hight without any apparent damage to the rest of the foundation or the inside of the porch. This was done by removing about 4' depth of soil, installing the piers and raising the foundation, then returning the soil, grading it away from the house. A corner of the concrete slab fell off after they left, and when I called they returned to the house and replaced the broken concrete. To my delight they used the extra concrete to temporarily repair a crack in the front steps. The workmen seemed knowledgeable, were cautious with the lifting and did not do more than seemed necessary. They were polite and answered questions to my satisfaction.

They were very polite and did a good job. Very respectful and cleaned up nicely.

They were right on time. They were very friendly and polite. They got the work done as quickly as they could. They gave us a $100 Angie's List discount.

Very impressed with Indiana Foundation from estimate to completion. Rick Oxendine gave the crawlspace a thorough inspection and suggested needed repairs. Their estimate was very reasonable. The arrived exactly on time and efficiently installed the beam and jacks. They even cleaned up a little trash and debris that was near their job site and that I hadn't cleaned up yet. My floors are now so much more solid and problems with sticking doors are gone! Great job!

He said that everything was just fine. I was very pleased with him and he was on time and a nice person.

It went very well. We had no problem with the salesman or the contractors. They came into our home with no one there and did there work. I came in unknown to them and they were hard at work. All of the guys working on the basement were very nice. If we had questions the they told us with no hiding info. They fixed things and moved things to make the system work better. So far every thing is working like it suppose to thanks.

They did a good job and their price was consistent with other companies.

Signed agreement to pier west corner of home, apply moisture barrier on south side of house and spray and remove mold. When digging for the moisture barrier it was determined that the work could not be guaranteed due to foundation deterioration. Company provided information and back filled where they previously trenched. Although I wish it would have worked as originally intended I appreciate the willingness to acknowledge that it would not resolve our issue. Received another estimate for the crawl space - would recommend this company.

Good. I would definitely use this company again because of their level of professionalism. When Mick Keller came to our home he could've told us we needed work that we did not need done but he did not do that.

I requested a review of the basement of the house I was buying to find out if the waterproofing done by the seller seemed sufficient and to ask about a structural issue. The representative arrived on time, seemed knowledgeable, was reassuring and gave me the information and his professional opinion without doing a hard sell.

Scheduled 3 weeks in advance, late the day before, it was rescheduled. They put no protective barriers down. The result is a house full of ash from jackhammers. 3 rooms now have gray hardwood floors, and the stone floor was covered with gray dust. It is throughout the home: electronics, shelves, furniture. Spoke with Mick, and a crew came Saturday. We had asked that they be done by 3 (not a problem since the 2 previous days the crew left before 2:30). But this crew was polite and put down protective runners, yet didn't finish until 5. We could not use the basement, as the bottom landing was removed and not reset into place. They came Monday and completed the job; left a bag of rags and swifter products, and eventually took $200 off the bill and added a service contract. The cleaning cost more than that, and of course the inconvenience. There has been evidence of water leakage. They returned 2 times to re-drill. We are leery about the product when heavy rains do come.

This guy was great! At first, the seller had cancelled my showing and I called Indiana Foundation to cancel. But at the last minute, the seller decided to let us visit the property. Mick was able to turn around and drive 15 miles back to our location. He handled this very well. He provided a thorough evaluation of the leak situation and indicated that he did not think that the property needed extensive work. He was very honest in stating that a good solution to the leakage would be something that I could do myself. He said the the leakage would not require the services of his company. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

They did a great job. I appreciated their knowledge and responsiveness. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Their price was very fair and I would highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed from start to finish with all the workers involved. The workers covered the entry to my basement and the stairs with taped plastic and left it cleaner than it was when they arrived. The foreman Fernando patiently explained all of the work. Fernando and I tested the SuperSump by forcing water into it. He was able to connect the pump's piping right into my 4'' piping that is connected to the bottom of my gutter at the corner of my house. The concrete lentil work looked professionally done. Prior to the crew arriving, I had leveled the gravel in my crawlspace and laid down 6ml plastic from wall to wall. Before their work, my humidity in the crawl was nearly 80%. Now it is 50% or lower. Covering the vents was a big plus. The one thing that impressed me quite a bit was when the company sent me a very nice FREE book called "Crawl Space Science", priced at $14.95. It was full of extremely educational info about crawlspaces, humidity & the damage it does, etc.

Work was done when promised and within time allotted. I was pleased with the results. Keith took the time to inpect the entire house and gave advise with respect to maintaining the residence.

The company sent three guys out. They were on time, very professional, and polite. They put plastic down to protect the floor and cleaned up after themselves. They worked through the lunch hour and completed the job sooner than had been estimated.

I called back and cancelled because my builder said he could take care of it. This company was very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. He gave some helpful hints. He was very genuine and sincere. He was very proud of his business.

Overall I think they were very professional and did a good job.
