I was very pleased with their service. Indiana Foundation was very responsive during the project.

He was great. He was real honest with us. He was on time. He explained everything to me. He was really nice. The price was too high for us at the time.

We have a partial basement and a crawl space that is under our family room and laundry area. We wanted to insulate this space to make those rooms warmer in the winter and reduce our heating bill. This process keeps the space dryer and warmer, reduces radon in the basement and reduces bugs. This process has done all of these things. We had a misunderstanding because we thought they were going to leave the insulation that was already there. They actually took all the insulation out and stated that it was standard procedure, and we were unaware of that. They installed a door that was supposed to cover the crawl space. We assumed that it would be an actual door with hinges and a knob, but it was basically a piece of drywall. The door that they installed was also too small for the opening. I feel that they "sold" us this door when it was unnecessary. I called them and they came back out to take out the door, and they agreed to give us our money back because we were not using the door they had made. They did come out and took the door away, but they did not refund us the money. I finally called 4 months later and they were quick about refunding the money. Apparently there was a glitch. All the workers were professional and very nice. I just feel like the price was very high and they did not make good recommendations. They also put a vent door cover on the outside, and we have had to have that tightened and resealed. We have recently noticed some water with the recent rains, so I called and they came to "re-tape" the liner. They also cut slits in the liner to drain the water and then we had to re-tape those slits. He then said that he would have to charge a service fee if they have to come out again. They are good about coming back for services. I feel the quality of work was good. They were timely, responsive, and professional. However, I feel the price was high and not worth the problems that we have had. This process is a luxury for the house, and we had higher expectations for this project, so we would not do it again.

They were very friendly when they were there working for me. They were very professional about the job. They had showed up on time to do the work.

IT WENT WELL. WE CALLED THEM AFTER A STORM AND OUR POWER WAS OUT FOR TWENTY HOURS. SO WE DECIDED WE NEEDED BACK UP BATTERIES. THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT OUT UNTIL THE WEEK WE HAD PLANNED TO GO ON VACATION BUT THEY REARRANGED THEIR SCHEDULE FOR US. IT TOOK 1-2 HOURS TO DO THE WORK. THEY TOLD ME THE COST ON THE PHONE AND IT WAS RIGHT ON.

I am leaning toward having them do the work because of some of the techniques they use. They came within $100 of the other estimate I received. The guy that came out was very interested in having me understand the work that would be done. His explanation was well done. He was very prompt in arriving for the appointment.

When I had them come out to look at the other property, they told me they did not have the materials or capability to do that work. I appreciate that they were nice enough to come out and not charge me for checking out the second property; they were very honest.

They were absolutely outstanding. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Everything was left immaculate. They had to dig up the basement floor in order to do the work.

John met me at the house we were buying and crawled back into the crawl space to assess the area. He did a great job of explaining the situation and how he determined that everything was fine. I appreciated that he took his time to provide an opinion that didn't lead to any work for them. I would definitely use them on any future foundation issues. They also were able to come out given a one day notice.

Mick Keller provided a detailed estimate in a timely manner. Work began a few weeks later and was completed to our complete satisfaction.

A team of 3 arrived on time and began work after looking over the situation briefly. The job was scheduled to take 2-3 days. However, they found my concrete very hard. After just using the jackhammer 1 day and getting very little done, they decided to bring in an air hammer the next day. It took 2 more days using that to finally get the trench dug. It was very noisy and very dusty work. The 4th day was spent refining the trench, laying in gravel and installing the piping system to the sump pump. At various times during the 4 days, other workers came to help out. Otherwise, the job wouldn't have gotten done when it did.

They are wonderful. They were a little expensive, but can't imagine anyone else could do it much lower. I had such confidence in their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mick was very professional and friendly. He looked at the basement and at the outside corner of the house. He shared ideas on how to help direct water away from the exterior corner of the house and suggested we try those before investing in a more expensive solution. We appreciated his practical advice and were impressed that he didn't try to sell us something that we might not need.

We had a good experience with no problems.

Originally they thought it was a problem with the basement wall.

They did an excellent job. Within the last two months with all the rain and snow our basement is dry as a bone and we can use the room for what is was designed for. The next step will be to remodel the basement. They gave us 6 pages single spaced of references and I picked a few of the names and called them. One family lived up the street. I don't know how they rate on price because with such great references, I didn't shop around. It is worth the money to have a job well-done.

Keith was helpful and conscientious. Our foreman, Johnny, was not only competent technically, but he was outstanding in his desire to keep us informed and to do things in accordance with our wishes.

The two men came out quickly, were very congenial and explained to me the issue. They said it was a minor problem and fixed the problem, re-waxing the rod that is secured to the anchor.

Unfortunately, we were unable to match the floor tile in the family room since it has been discontinued, and decided to go with the company that would do the repairs from the outside of the house instead of the inside to avoid the extra expense and inconvenience of replacing the floor.

They cleaned up after themselves and we have had no problems with them.

THEY SAID THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE HOLES PUT IN MY CINDER BLOCKS SO THAT THE WATER COULD FLOW THROUGH AND GO TO THE SUMP PUMP. HOPEFULLY THIS WOULD CORRECT MY LEAK PROBLEM IN MY BASEMENT. THE WATER WILL GO OUT AND NOT BUILD UP CAUSING MOLD BEHIND THE WALL.

The first time the company came out to install the system no one spoke English. Finally after about 45 Min. we found out that one of the men spoke a little English, he explained the job. They finished the job on time and were getting ready to leave when I realized they had not sprayed the chemical that's used to kill mold that we had paid extra for. I had to battle on the phone with the manager to get someone out the next day to spray. Not even a few weeks later we had water in our crawlspace, come to find out they had put the sump pump expel in the wrong place, it was pushing water back into our house. Finally they came out and RIPPED OUT THE WHOLE JOB! After doing that and replacing it, it has been great. They also had to come back in and remove tons of concrete chunks and things they were supposed to remove before putting the system in because it was popping holes in the liner. We never would have known any of this except my hubby and I go in the crawlspace on a regular basis.

They sealed the cracks and will provide a 20 year guarantee against leaks. The process caused a lot of concrete dust and their cleanup was average.
