Dave visited and gave us an estimate. He was on time and very informative about their services. He would not bad mouth other companies and did not try to "up sell" with extras. They have not done any work yet, but we will most likely use their services.

Representative was very helpful and did not want to take our money.

They were very good. I researched them thoroughly and they seemed like the best company to go with. I felt comfortable with them in my home. I would recommend them and use them again.

They got it to be the best it can get. The workers were friendly. They were very careful about keeping things clean, since their work produces so much dust.

When the salesman arrived his clothes were dirty and he looked unkempt. The also rescheduled the time of his arrival three different times that day. He was unprofessional and he didn't seem very respectful towards women. He kept trying to make analogies to cooking to try and dumb it down for me, which wasn't very professional.

They did a good job. They were very easy to work with. They were kind and polite. The price was very reasonable for the work that they did. I would recommend them.

My experience with them was ok. They came in and jack hammered the basement and put the stuff in and cemented it back over. That was that. They did what we hired them to do.

They showed up on time and even called ahead of time to let us know that they were on the way. They did the work as contracted. They cleaned up well when they were done. There have not been any rains yet to test the waterproofing, but everything seems to be going well so far.

They did very well. This took them one day, I couldn't believe it! They were very neat. They were conscientious, they didn't tear up everything. They put drops throughout the entire house because they had to go in and out to do this work. They did very nice work. I would use them again in the future.

The gentleman that came out was nice and prompt. The workers that came out did a very good job.

I got an estimate before I bought the house, but had to wait a month to get the work done. They were backed-up from all the spring storms. The three men that worked on the house were quick, cleaned-up, and the work was well done. The foreman Chris showed me other areas to look at for potential repairs, and suggested things I could do myself if I wanted to save some money. I also had the General Manager, John Clark come out to look at some areas I was concerned about. He looked under the house with me, and felt things were in pretty good order for a 100 year old house. He also gave me ideas for how to fix bouncy hardwood floors, and the brick foundation. I felt he was honest and did not try to sell me anything, which is a big plus! I will recommend Indiana Foundation Service to others, and use them again!

They seem to be a great company. The person on the phone was very professional and helpful. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Dave arrived on time and listed to our situation and discussed their process for waterproofing a basement. He took measurements and quickly worked up a quote. He certainly answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the process and their company. At this point we probably are not going to do the work immediately. We were looking mainly to get a ballpark price and find out what was possible. When we decided to do this project, we will certainly be putting them at the top of our list.

Eric, the rep arrived on time. However, it did not take long for him to realize that my basement wall was not within the scope of their work. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that he did not try to sell me something I did not need.

They were very professional, they are very highly recommended around here. They are very responsive, they were on time and very prompt. I would use again in the future.

With all the recent rains, we were struggling to keep water out of our finished basement. Though our basement never actually flooded with all the recent storms, we felt that we needed a better system installed to insure that we wouldn't have to worry about water in our basement. The professionals showed up on time and went right to work. They completed the basement part of the project the first day and finished the outside project on the second day -- as promised. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in place. We were very pleased with the quality of work and their professionalism and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

It was very expensive and they didn't replace my sub-pump. They said that the old one was adequate, but when a tornado hit it broke, and they refused to help pay for or buy a new sub-pump. Their salesman had someone come in and help, but he did a shoty job. I did not make a new contract with them I hired someone else.

They came on time to the appointment and were professional. Their quote range was pretty comparable with other companies that had given us quotes for basement waterproofing.

When I got a hold of them they told me that they were having computer trouble and would have to take my name and call me back. They never responded so I tried a few days later and have finally given up.

They sent a three man crew and were out for three days. They did a nice job. After the huge floods in Terre Haute recently, they sent a few representatives out to survey the damage. They said they would get back to me in three days, but after two weeks, I have not heard anything from them. In this case, their responsiveness was not as good as the first time around. Since they have not been in touch, I cannot say for sure if I will use them again in the future.
