Provider came out in September to do a tune up and found a Freon leak. The equipment was still under warranty, however, labor was not. They gave a detailed estimate of needed work and gave me best time frame option to be able to help us financially. They are a great company! I had provider out in April to replace the coils. He was timely, courteous and thorough.

It turned out pretty well. We have actually had some other issues come up and have used them. They were pretty good. The technician was very thorough. They walked through everything with my wife so it’s great.

We contacted two different providers in the area to get quotes for a failing HVAC system. The first provider came out and spent about 30 min measuring up our house for the quotes. The second provider's(Precision Comfort) co-owner Gary spent well over an hour measuring the house to perform heat load calculations. He spent time explaining all the options of a conventional versus geothermal HVAC system. Gary came back a second time with a consultant to evaluate potential ducting pathways. All of this work was performed before we ever signed a contract. Gary was very knowledgeable on systems and explained them in an easy to understand format. We decided to install two system with 7 tons of total capacity. The financing options the company offered what sealed the deal. The work started a few weeks after signing the contract. All the staff were professional and courteous. They cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. Every day they would explain what was done and asked if I had any questions or suggestions. They were receptive of any suggestions made on locations of ducts, etc. The technician (Craig) went above and beyond in working longer hours to complete the work on time. In the first year, we expect to realize $2000 in propane savings even with the coldest winter in some time. I would highly recommend this company to others.

With us all the way from architectual design though final implementation and Q.C. testing to engineered air quality specs. Have used other HVAC companies in the past but Precision Comfort sits on top of the pack as the pros to "go to" when I've had a technical or mechanical question about reaching our performance outcomes. If they don't know, they have qualified professional persons who can explain to a layman (me) pros and cons of various approaches to reaching desired goals. On of the reasons I sought Precision Comfort out to do my new build was that they represent the brands that I wanted to use, the reason that I am writing this endorsement now is that I have found out through this company's professional counsel that the choiice of hardware represents just the beginning of a well designed and engineered "for the space" air quality and treatment solution. All company personnel knowledgable, professional, courteous, and always willing to educate my family and me on how to optimize the system that they designed for our new house. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to recommend or use myself again for our next project.

They were no troubles with scheduling and they arrived on time. My wife dealt closely with them and she had a good experience. The even added some freon at no additional cost. They left no mess behind.

Mark did a great job both times. He got the unit working the first time (in the bitter cold no less), and gave us a very fair and thorough explanation of the larger repair that would be needed to permanently fix the problem. He came back out a week later to finish the job, and everything seems to be working wonderfully since. We would definitely use Precision again in the future.

The technician performed the usual check on my furnace and changed the two filters. I also renewed my annual maintenamce agreement. Approximately a week later, I received a call from the service manager, Thomas. In reviewing my paperwork, he noted that I had already renewed my service agreement in June when the coil for my A/C was replaced. He told me that he was returning my $151 check. I have been very impressed by both the service performed by this company and the integrity with which they deal with customers. I highly recommend them for both of these reasons.

Precision comfort came out prior to the work to measure air flow and to confirm the work plan. After review, they were really honest and said that the work may not make as big of a difference as we were hoping. They had several difference options of things we could change with our system, short of knocking our house done and redoing the system. At the end of the day, they were very honest and said that the work would make a difference, but they couldn't guarantee that I would be satisfied based on my needs/cost of the project and what they were capable of doing. We opted to not get the work done at this time and they were very professional and agreed with our decision. It is hard to find such honest forthright customers. We will use Precision Comfort for any further needs!

Service technician (Mark) arrived on schedule. He was very thorough in inspection and testing and kept me up to date periodically on his progress and key findings. Key components were tested and cleaned and the humidifier was serviced. Price was very reasonable given the time spent and work performed.

Very thorough and very professional. Honest HVAC man. Punctual, courteous, and effective. Very knowledgeable and willing to discuss repairs. Made sure I knew exactly what needed to be done and why. We just found our long-term HVAC service company.

I bought a BigDeal to get the AC diagnosed. The technician diagnosed it right, it was a common capacitor failure problem. I got it fixed from the same technician, I felt the repair charges a little on higher side.

The day before Precision came out, I had had Service Plus Heating and Air out to diagnose the same issue. They suggested to me that I needed to replace my entire HVAC unit at a cost of $10,000 - $14,000. I told them I would seek a second opinion and I did with Precision. The tech (Bill) came out and within 10 minutes he had correctly diagnosed the problem - a clogged drain line downstream from the unit and it was causing the condensation to 'rain down' inside my unit thus spreading throughout the floor. He then proceeded to check my temperature variance between my return trunk and outflow line and noted that the temperature difference was spot on with what it should be thus demonstrating that Service Plus had completely misdiagnosed the problem. Bill even hung out an extra bit to show me how to clear the drain myself next time and soaked up all the standing water in the utility room. In all, it was a great experience with a reasonable price, and Bill is a professional that I would recommend.

They were able to identify the problem real fast and showed us what we needed to do. I only paid the $59 big deal.

We have used them for 4 years. The work depends on who they send out here. The tune up experience was excellent. We paid $260 for two tune ups. We paid in advance for the second one, so we got a discount for the second one. We will recommend others to be sure to voice any unhappiness to the managements because they will fix it.

Everything went very smooth. Good tech's cleaned up everything....no issues.

It was after 6 PM last Friday evening, outdoor air temps were close to 90 and humidity was worse. My wife arrived home to find the inside conditions about the same as outside. Our geothermal system (which I love) had decided to take a break. I figured there was no way I'd get service Friday night after such a brutal week of high heat and humidity. However, one phone call and 15 minutes later, Chris from Precision Comfort was working on the unit. He had it running again within the hour and the house was comfortable again by 8:30 PM. Thanks, Chris for delaying the start of your weekend to improve mine, and thanks to Precision Comfort for your focus on customer service.

Thomas Archer provided the most prompt response of all the three (3) bids we received. I called Tom early one morning and he was out at my home before noon looking over the configuration of the house. He was knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning, he was very detailed in getting measurements, and making drawings for the estimate. Tom really took his time to understand what we needed and to work at giving us the best choices. Our home has a difficult layout for central air/heat but Tom provided us with his best option for the system. He answered all my questions after the estimate very quickly. Precision Comfort actually had a very competitive price. We selected a different type of system so we went with another provider. If our home had a more standard layout, we probably would have selected Precision.

I have been using them for years and will continue to do so. I am always very pleased with them.

I called that morning and they had someone out that evening. Air conditioner froze up and started leaking. They came out and fixed it. They have several times and get it going every time. They are wonderful and the best if you need heating and air conditioning service I would highly recommend them!

During the normal maintenance check of my air conditioning system, the technician discovered that there was a refrigerant leak. Thomas came the following Thursday to inspect the system and to give me some options on how best to proceed. I decided to replace the air conditioner only, rather than the entire heating and air conditioning system, after Thomas said that the heating system was good enough for another six years at least. He said this was what he would do if it were his house. I took his advice, and he came himself to install the replacement system two days later. I appreciated Thomas' honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Precision Comfort and am pleased to give them an A+.

I originally contacted another service company to address our frozen refrigerant lines on our 6 year old A/C unit. They wanted to charge me $280 to find the leak in addition to any repairs being made. They also made the assumption that the coil (a $1,400 part) was probably bad and even suggested just replacing it instead of going through the time and cost of checking for the leak. I decided to take advantage of Precision's $29 service call to get a second opinion and glad I did. The tech (Mark) was very knowledgable and was able to pinpoint the leak by visual indicators and a hand held leak detector without charging me $280 . He completed the repair and confirmed no further leaks were present. I will definitely be calling Precision the next time I have a problem with my heating/cooling system.

The technician was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I've done business with Precision in the past and I will continue to do business in the future because the are honest and knowledgeable.

The entire process was quick and they were very prompt in their responses when I had questions both before and after the installations. The price was competitive and they were very knowledgeable. I felt they were very honest in evaluating my old unit as well as helping select the appropriate HVAC unit to maximize value to me.

The service call went very well. In fact they called me to send someone a day before I was going to call them. One thing I always do is ask questions. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a complete check of the system. He even ran the emergency heat to make sure it was working. I have had contact with at least three different technicians and they all have been superb. They will mention things that they have run into on other calls. Today he mentioned that people get in a panic if the emergency system kicks on and you get a strange odor from dust burning. One thing I like is that they are local and live in the community that they service.

Our furnace blower motor went out in the late afternoon on a cold winter day and Precision Comfort responded admirably ? and this is not the first time they have done so. By early evening, we had heat again and Martin, the service tech, was great. He answered all my questions as he worked. We're very pleased!
