I purchased a deal with them which turned out very well.

It went fine. We must have found them through an e-mail from Angie's List. I'd tell other people to use them because they did a good job and they were able to deduce the problem but they didn't stir me to buy their new heat pump. They saved me like 7 grand. The price is comparable. I guess their price is the same as anybody else's. I'd use them.

My experience with them was very good; it was fine. The guy who came out was very professional. He looked over the units, checked them and told me what was going on. It was done very professionally. He came soon after we set the date. There was no additional charge. He did exactly what he said he would do. He was timely, came here on time. He did a nice job. He explained things to me. He was out of here in no time at all.

They showed up on time. They called back, and showed up on time and did the work. It's a positive feedback. The big deal price was $59. They had to do some repairs on the system. So there were additional charges. Nothing really stood out. With regard to price, I don’t have a reference point because I didn’t really have other quotes on the parts from other people. So I can't really tell. With regard to quality, the part works fine.

When I called to set up an appointment the folks were extremely friendly and helpful. The technician was on time and completed work promptly. The Geothermal unit wasn't getting water due to bad well pump. Precision cleaned unit and replaced humidifier filter. Precision Comfort are experts on geothermal units and I will use them again in the future.

At the time, I was pleased with the inspection. They showed up on time and performed the work I paid them for. I had my service performed on 10/28/14. However, on 2/3/15 the motor on my heat pump went out. When I called them back to see what they could do for me, they essentially told me the inspection comes with a 90 day warranty and we were outside of that window (by under 1 week). They told me it would be roughly $100 to come out and make a service call. I was very disappointed with this response and decided to go with a different highly rated company on Angie's list. I will not use this provider again because customer service and how you treat a customer is very important to me. I was not looking for free repairs, but I do think a free service call was warranted in this situation.

Very responsive and professional organization. I have a maintenance contract with them and all work was performed for the cost of a service call, nothing additional. I have use Precision Comfort Systems for over a decade and would highly recommend them. The water furnace is very efficient and inexpensive to run and their service could not be better.

Jerry Ehemann arrived promptly at our home 8/28/14 to provide us with an estimate. Jerry was very knowledgable about the equipment and was able to give very detailed answers to our questions. He was an installer prior to becoming a sales person, so this explained his abundant knowledge of installation and operation of heating and cooling devices. The estimate was very competitive with other estimates we received, and included rebates to further enhance the offer. Jerry was very honest and straight-forward with his presentation. I specifically asked about the cost of installing a new gas line to our home since our previous furnace was electric. Again, Jerry was honest with a figure of about $500 in labor and materials. In a previous estimate from a different company, we had been told that a new gas line to the house would cost as much as $9,000! Obviously, that was false information and we stopped considering that company after that point. Our new heating and cooling system was installed within approximately two weeks and included the following: 1. Carrier Infinity high efficient furnace with two stage heat and variable speed fan. 2. Carrier Comfort 16 outdoor condenser with matched indoor cased evaporator coil. 3. Honeywell Prestige digital thermostat. 4. Honeywell TruEase Advanced whole house humidifier. 5. Honeywell high efficient media style air filter and cabinet. Matt and Mike arrived early on installation day. They worked until 7:30 p.m., sometimes during a heavy rain, so that they could complete the installation in one day. They were very good about putting down floor protection and cleanup. Our new furnace is so quiet and heats very evenly. We are very happy with the equipment and the company. Jerry has made follow-up calls and indicated we should contact him if we have any problems or questions. Well, we did have a problem after the gas line was installed and turned on. The furnace would not fire up. Precision Comfort had the original installers on site within an hour and the problem was solved. A simple mistake of one white wire connected instead of another white wire. The furnace fired up and has operated perfectly since then.

Your technician did a great job and was extremely professional, addressed my concerns and took the time to explain his solution as well as how my system worked. I also realize that this kind of repair really doesn?t fall under warranty work, and you didn?t have to do it free. I really appreciate your gesture! This is the kind of customer service and professionalism that creates a long lasting relationship and great word of mouth referrals. It?s nice to know that companies still exist that have fundamental values around quality work, reasonable fees, and are just good sincere people to do business with. Went well met and exceeded my expectations.

The technician was prompt, thorough, answered all questions, and even showed me how to shut a stubborn furnace filter access door properly and fasten it. I'd use them again.

They know what they're doing. I don't feel like I've been charged for unnecessary repairs or inspections. They've been out the last few times and they told me everything is in good working condition. So far, so good.

Chris was early for the appointment (after Denise called to determine if this was okay). He performed the maintenance check on my air conditioning system and changed the filters (which I find difficult to do myself). He was very efficient, as well as friendly and accommodating. I am very happy with the services provided by Precision Comfort.

Jerry came out in Oct and assessed our home for everything necessary and advised us our house was a good fit for the geothermal system. After our heat pump went out in Jan. we decided to go for it. We signed paperwork in March. The winter and wet spring put them extremely behind for the drilling so we had to wait for about 9 weeks to get the project going. I might have marked them down for that, but it was completely understandable given the winter we had. Anyway, it took a few hours one day to go through the house and plan all the changes in the ductwork along with the new installation. So before the installation happened I had spent about 5 or 6 hours with Jerry just planning the whole thing. The installation took 5 days if I remember right. They even came out on Saturday so they could get the job wrapped up before my parents came to visit. I had to leave town at the end of the job, but Gary had already charmed my Great Dane so I felt confident about them working back in my bedroom, where her favorite dog bed is. Beyond all the quality work they did on the which I had contracted for, they noted that a breaker in the breaker box was not the correct one and could be a fire hazard. They told me what to get and I picked it up at Lowe's for them to install that afternoon. Then when they got to the back of the house, they discovered a pipe that hadn't been installed correctly and had leaked about 1/2 gallon of water into the crawl space. I wasn't happy with the job that plumber did in the first place and now I was really peeved. But Gary offered to go to Lowe's to get the parts to fix it - he said it was a simple fix. I insisted on going to get the materials myself. They could easily have told me to go call a plumber, but were happy to fix it. Above and beyond. Really nice guys all around. You can't go wrong using this company. In the end, we have moved from two hvac systems that never got the dining room or kitchen cool or warm, to one geothermal system that had the entire house cooler than ever before. The planning and installation was fantastic and we are so happy!

They were very friendly and courteous. They were booked out, so I went ahead and made an appointment. We were able to get our air conditioning fixed earlier, so I cancelled the appointment.

We called and in a couple of days we had a new air conditioner. They were very professional explained everything they were going to do.They really cared about our family. Thank You Precision Comfort Systems especially Jerry. We will let others know how good our experience was with Precision Comfort Systems . We will definitely call them when we need any more work done.

Technician Bill came out to troubleshoot on a warm day and the heat pump was unfortunately running just fine. He did measure a slightly low refrigerant level and added some, and asked me to call again as soon as the problem started occurring again. He thought that it might take a slightly cooler day for the problem to develop again. He was right, the next day was cooler and the problem occurred so I called. Bill came out again (for no charge) and through careful measurements was able to determine that the system had a bad TXV valve stuck shut. He was very courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgable and actually enjoyed explaining to me how the heat pump system worked and what all the components were (despite his long work day). Believe me when I say that a person like Bill is what we all hope for when we need repair services. Others at Precision I spoke to on the phone were courteous and helpful as well. I can see why Precision has received the super service award.

He was really good at explaining the details of the repair. He did a great job. He didn’t try to sell me a new system, he instead focused on repairing existing system.

Everything went well. I would use them again.

Provider came out in September to do a tune up and found a Freon leak. The equipment was still under warranty, however, labor was not. They gave a detailed estimate of needed work and gave me best time frame option to be able to help us financially. They are a great company! I had provider out in April to replace the coils. He was timely, courteous and thorough.

It turned out pretty well. We have actually had some other issues come up and have used them. They were pretty good. The technician was very thorough. They walked through everything with my wife so it’s great.

We contacted two different providers in the area to get quotes for a failing HVAC system. The first provider came out and spent about 30 min measuring up our house for the quotes. The second provider's(Precision Comfort) co-owner Gary spent well over an hour measuring the house to perform heat load calculations. He spent time explaining all the options of a conventional versus geothermal HVAC system. Gary came back a second time with a consultant to evaluate potential ducting pathways. All of this work was performed before we ever signed a contract. Gary was very knowledgeable on systems and explained them in an easy to understand format. We decided to install two system with 7 tons of total capacity. The financing options the company offered what sealed the deal. The work started a few weeks after signing the contract. All the staff were professional and courteous. They cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. Every day they would explain what was done and asked if I had any questions or suggestions. They were receptive of any suggestions made on locations of ducts, etc. The technician (Craig) went above and beyond in working longer hours to complete the work on time. In the first year, we expect to realize $2000 in propane savings even with the coldest winter in some time. I would highly recommend this company to others.

With us all the way from architectual design though final implementation and Q.C. testing to engineered air quality specs. Have used other HVAC companies in the past but Precision Comfort sits on top of the pack as the pros to "go to" when I've had a technical or mechanical question about reaching our performance outcomes. If they don't know, they have qualified professional persons who can explain to a layman (me) pros and cons of various approaches to reaching desired goals. On of the reasons I sought Precision Comfort out to do my new build was that they represent the brands that I wanted to use, the reason that I am writing this endorsement now is that I have found out through this company's professional counsel that the choiice of hardware represents just the beginning of a well designed and engineered "for the space" air quality and treatment solution. All company personnel knowledgable, professional, courteous, and always willing to educate my family and me on how to optimize the system that they designed for our new house. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to recommend or use myself again for our next project.
