Steve and Micah fixed all the problems, and it turned out the utility issue was not an electrical problem, although the 3 way light switches were. They had a horrible time getting to our house which was sandwiched in with lots of construction on Springmill, but were cheerful when they arrived, although it clearly had been a real pain. They explained the problem, replaced some fluorescent tubing, and fixed the culprit light switch creating the issues. They were good natured and efficient.

They came the day I called. It took some ingenuity, but the electrician figured out how to reach the alarm, quickly figured out the problem and replaced it with a new one.

He knew right away what was wrong and was very confident about how to fix it. Steve was extremely friendly & thorough! Even checked another switch to make sure everything was in working condition, before he left!

Very well. He was a nice guy, explained what was wrong that had caused the problem, fixed it, and was flexible about making a change in the location of the electric eye.

Dudley was prompt, professional and worked efficiently. Replaced a GFI outlet, did troubleshooting and identified needed extra lighting in a workshop area. We have had Ashpaugh electric many times and have always been impressed by their fine craftsmanship and professionalism.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and the electrician - Dudley - came within the scheduling window. He was able to give me immediate estimates. He carried out his work quickly, but also took the time to tell me what he was finding and answer my questions. He replaced the old lamp with a new lamp I bought and put in a new light sensor as well. I appreciated that he then tested the lamp a couple of times to make sure it was working properly, He also did a full house inspection checking the electric panel, outlets, etc.

Dudley was punctual, professional and pleasant. He showed a level of care and concern that I had not experienced previously with other electricians/electrical companies. He was thorough, detailed in his explanation and informative. Given the service I received from Dudley, I will definitely not hesitate to return for services and to refer Ashpaugh to others.

Ron and Mica showed up and got right to work. They left the area cleaner than it was when they got here and the work was finished ahead of schedule. The scheduler was very responsive to our need and secured an appointment for same day service. The technicion they sent, Dudley was personable and arrived on time. He accurately assessed the situation and determined the cause was a short in the wiring of a plug in one of the upstairs outlets. He was quickly able to make the repair. The price charged for the service was reasonable. We would definitely use Ashpaugh Electric again.
