I've been looking for a good firewood place for a while. The one I used for many years either closed or won't service my area anymore. I have tried others but this company is the best I've found since my old firewood guy. They were prompt in getting back to me and actually called me on the delivery date to tell me they were running 30 minutes behind. They showed up and did what I expected. The good is the firewood. All the logs are consistent in length which was my big issue with others. I use the wood for inside as well as an outside fire pit and too many people cut their wood too long. This wood was just the right size that I've been searching for. I've used it once so far mixed with some older seasoned wood and it burned great. Looks like I've found my new firewood provider for years to come.

The experience was great. He is a top notch guy and cleaned up after the delivery. The firewood is aromatic and burns really well. Johnny was really professional about explaining the differences in quality of firewood and the importance of having the wood kiln dried. This is the 4th year that I bought firewood from Johnny. It's been well seasoned and burns well. He answers my call with a day and I get my order within a couple of days. He's very professional and on time.

Firewood was delivered within a couple days of my call. Wood was well seasoned and very nicely stacked. Have had 3 or 4 fires in the fireplace and are very pleased with how well the burns. Definitely would hire again.

Fantastic, first time I haven't had any hassle with anyone dropping wood off, others wouldn't even bother. Really great and respectable guy who runs a solid business. He was honestly the first person who hasn't gotten lost trying to locate my garage/apartment, guy knows his stuff. Johnny and his assistant brought a rick of firewood today and placed it in two spots in my back yard - some of it in a firewood rack near my back door and the rest between 2 trees in the yard by the fire pit. They scheduled delivery for 6-6:30 and arrived at 5:50, which was great. They had all of the wood neatly stacked within 15-20 minutes - it was a breeze having this delivered by them! This is the second time I've hired Johnny and I know the wood he delivers is seasoned, cut uniformly and burns great. He is a real pleasure to deal with, very friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend him to anyone that wants a stress free and affordable way to have firewood all season long.

Johnny called me back same day and was here two days later, on a holiday! The wood is clean, uniform, and seasoned. The last delivery from him burned very well. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I called Johnny yesterday afternoon about having some firewood delivered and he gave me a 30 minute window of time the next day that it would be delivered. He showed up exactly when promised and had the firewood stacked neatly in a matter of minutes.

This is the second year we have used 1Prime. Johnny has always been responsive. The quality of his firewood really is seasoned. We have paid the additional trip charge for him to come to Indianapolis since the quality has been great.

Fantastic service with solid dry wood. He was extremely professional and polite. A date and time was arranged about two weeks out. Gentleman showed up on time with the delivery and stack the wood in the back. We've been burning the wood for a few weeks and find it to be of an outstanding quality. Highly recommend them for fire wood.

Excellent service! Contacted him 10 days ago and he answered the same day, but my sister was in the hospital so I didn't get back with him right away. As soon as I contacted Johnny he delivered the firewood the same day! Will definitely buy from him again!

The wood is dry, between 12% and 15% moisture content, which means it burns cleanly and is easy to get started.

It went very well. My wife incorrectly informed him where to stack the firewood and he offered restacked the wood once he realized that we made a mistake. Above and beyond!

Johnny and another man delivered wood on Sunday and stacked it under my deck in the back. I live in a condo, and on this extremely hot day, they unloaded wood into wheelbarrows at the front of my condo, wheeled it around the building to the back, unloaded and stacked the wood. They were very efficient, and I appreciate the quick response and quick delivery as promised.

I bought 1 rick of firewood. I was able to message the owner through the Angie's List message center, set up a time for delivery and get everything done. He responded back quickly, worked around my schedule, and was easy to deal with.

Went Very well. Was not even home and they delivered and stacked wood on back porch. Could not have gone better
