They gave excellent service. They had a great price and he was here when he said that he would be. It was a good experience. We would use them again. We bought seasoned firewood from him. They cleaned everything up and they were very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

It's the second time I've used them. They're a good company to work for and are punctual. They cleaned up all them mess when they dumped the firewood.

Everything went quite smoothly with 1PrimeCut Firewood. Purchased a full rick of wood for our fire pit, splitting the rick with our neighbors. Johnny delivered the wood after discussions of type and quantity, arriving a little earlier than thought, stacking our half of the rick in our backyard and then driving the remaining half to our neighbors who live behind us. Truly appreciate that as they didn't have to haul all that wood to their house in a wheel barrow. Would definitely recommend.

This was, by far, the best experience we have had with ordering firewood for an outdoor fire pit. Johnny was very responsive to my first inquiry and once my order was placed, he took care to call when he was on his way to our home. The wood was great - very dry and burns great. We had him dump the wood for us to stack but he does provide stacking for an additional nominal fee. I would highly recommend him and intend to use him again when our wood runs out.

From the time i called and inquired they were professional and friendly Answered questions and gave options and info - adjusted time of delivery to work with my plans that day! Introduced himself and gave business card upon arrival - hand wheeled all wood from driveway to barn - even tho i said it was ok to drive on lawn - wouldn't do so -- neatly stacked wood - looked great -- would use again anytime!!

Johnny was quick to respond to my inquiry. The wood looks great for a good deal, $100! He even had no problem finding our hidden street!

I called up 1 Prime Cut in the morning and I had my wood delivered and stacked by evening. Good service. I asked the difference between a Facecord and a Rick and I was told that in Indiana a Facecord is a specific measurement while a Rick is not a legal measurement and can be determined by the person doing the measuring. Good information. I think the pricing was a littler higher than we has paid in other years through other vendors. I appreciated the fact that they would stack the wood for $10 more than dropping it in the driveway. They deliver all hardwood and many of the pieces are narrow so they will be good for getting the fire started in the fireplace next winter.

John and his associate were courteous, punctual, reliable, and worked rapidly. We are looking forward to next (2015) winter when we will have more beautiful fires to enjoy with our dried wood.

This was a great experience for me. In particular I was impressed that he had a shovel to clear the snow to make a path to my pile... not far but hard compacted snow. He also put a small amount in my garage to thaw. So far, the wood seems to be of excellent quality and has definitely been seasoned. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

First of all, great website - convinced me Johnny had a real business, not a hobby. Firewood is all hardwood and seasoned - and an honest rick!

I contacted them for the firewood and it was delivered the same day. This was the first time I used them. They saved me since they got me the wood so fast before a huge storm hit.

We were looking for firewood delivery and found Johnny at 1primecutfirewood. I called late on a Friday or Saturday expecting to get voicemail, but got Johnny instead. He was able to set us up for delivery on Monday, and arrived exactly on time. Johnny and a crewman quickly stacked the wood in our rick in just a few minutes and were on their way. They were extremely polite, professional, and efficient. The wood itself is very good - clean, dry, well-seasoned, and pest-free... and it burns very well. We'll definitely use them again.

I called one Friday evening expecting to leave a message. He answered and I placed the order for firewood. Much to my surprise he scheduled a delivery for the following evening at 8pm. He was prompt and this is the first time in 8 years that the firewood stands were heaped. He explained that I was getting what I ordered, and the racks didn't quite hold 1/2 rick if they were stacked level.

It was so easy! I called Johnny. He returned my call within 30 minutes and scheduled a delivery. He showed up on time and had the wood unloaded and stacked in record time.

I called and left a message for Johnny, he called me back about 30 minutes later and we setup a time for delivery. Johnny and another employee showed up about 10 minutes early and stacked the wood neatly and quickly. Wood burns good with a lot of variety in size and specimen.

Johnny was super fast to respond to our phone call and was able to deliver the firewood in less than 24 hours. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to firewood and is a really nice guy to boot! The firewood we received is well seasoned and long burning. The next time we need firewood, we will definitely call Johnny and 1Prime Cut Firewood.

Johnny was great. We called him on a Wednesday and he delivered the following day. He was very punctual and even called to confirm and make sure the time still worked. The wood was stacked neatly exactly where we asked. Have had 4 fires so far and the wood burns great! Will definitely be using them again.

Showed promptly as scheduled and nicely stacked firewood on back porch as requested. Wood had been cut into very useable sizes unlike firewood from other vendors in the past. Will call and order from them again.
