Matt was an awesome rep. He came to our home inspected and gave us the quote. When there was an issue later down the road on where the window could be placed because we didn’t know where some of our lines were under ground be came back and reevaluated and came up with a plan. We had to change our entire floor plan for this window but it’s ok it wasn’t there fault it’s all going to work out in the end.

We are very satisfied with their work. Workers were very professional and the hardest working group I have ever seen. They installed an under the floor drainage system along a 60 foot basement wall. We have had no water on our basement floor since it was installed 2 months ago. We have had multiple downpours since then. We had water on our basement floor every time it rained before their installation. We highly recommend them.

Acculevel was great to deal with from start to finish. The guys thaf came out was in and out did not even have to take time off work. It was so easy to pay also with my busy life that is all plus. We have a 1900 home. Everyone we dealt with as Knowledgeable. We will be using them again and i will be telling my friends. Thank so much.

They were on time and efficient.

Based on an estimate they gave in 2020, Acculevel installed helical piers on the back part of my house after I purchased it. When I got a new job a year and a half later and needed to sell, I discovered that the work they did was not even half of what was actually needed, and that I would have to spend several thousand more to complete the job. In discussions with Acculevel, I was told our guy should have done a more complete inspection and I have been in situations where sellers try and manage the contract in a way to save themselves money. That is probably what happened in this case. That is still no excuse, we should look at the whole house (I took notes during my conversations with them.) Yet I do not know if anyone was ever truly forthcoming with me about what was going on with the previous job and the new estimate of what else was needed and I did not appreciate Freddie attempts to gaslight me while looking at inspection reports. Seven thousand dollars -- which is the discounted price they quoted me only after several hours of back and forth -- is a huge amount of money that I should not have to pay, if only Acculevel had been as honest and transparent as it claimed to be when I purchased the home. I would be skeptical of any estimate they provide.

BAD BAD EXPERIENCE. BROKEN SIDEWALK, FRONT DOOR WON'T CLOSE. LIFTED THE PIERS TO HIGHT. 3 PIERS WERE SUPPOSE TO GO ON SIDE OF HOUSE. THEY PUT THEM REALLY CLOSE TOGETHER IN BACK. TORE MY POND OUT, BROKE MY SIDEWALK. VERY VERY UNHAPPY. SUPPOSE TO COME ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND MONDAY.. THEY DID IT ALL ON FRIDAY. DIDN'T TELL US ANY DIFFERENT, WAITED HOME ALL DAY SATURDAY AND THEY DIDN'T COME. SAID THEY WERE DONE ON FRIDAY. POOR COMMUNICATION. ,U REVIEWS WILL NOT BE GOOD ON ANY ADVERTISING . COULDN'T GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT.

If they find more cracks in your walls then previously noted they are fair with adjustments. They were very knowledgeable. Had multiple quotes and I was most satisfied with Acculevel .

They explained everything very well, and they fixed the foundation without ripping out my front porch. They have awesome payment plans as well!

This is a great company to use in making a 141 year old basement waterproof. I look foreward to having a waterproo basemant. Craig was pleasant and went the extra mile to make the experience great.

They showed up on-time and performed the work promised to a satisfactory end. The director of operations was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with regarding this project.

Excellent, thoughtful & a good service for the price.

The response to my request for an estimate was rapid. I was able to get an excellent and budget-friendly estimate quickly. I scheduled the repairs within 2 weeks of the agreement. Work was to begin at 8 am but the worker's were here at 7:30 am ready to work. They worked steady and were finished by 2 pm. The basement was left in excellent condition and the work looks great. The warranty of the work was a big factor to go with this company and I am completely satisfied with my relationship with them. I highly recommend them!

They completed the job in one day. They were very professional and took care of keeping the floors protected during the coming and going. From start to finish it was effortless working with them.

The crawlspace of our 1930s home is small and challenging. Acculevel did a great job removing the old logs and stones that were holding up our floor joists, and replaced them with steel jacks. The men who performed the work were very hard workers. I corresponded with Acculevel via email after the work was performed to get photos and questions answered prior to us paying the invoice. They were very patient in answering all of our questions. It has only been a week, so I can't say whether the work will hold up, but so far our floors seem less squeaky! The only thing I would have changed is the fact that the vapor barrier they installed is not taped at the seams or walls. If you want it taped, make sure to ask for that during the quoting phase.
