This company is top notch. They fixed my sagging floor and it now looks beautiful. My house was built n 1902 and can be a challenge at times to work on. They were professional and did the job in less time then they original thought. I am so very pleased with their work. I would hire them again in a minute for any foundation and floor leveling needs. Acculevel did a super job for us! We have a house that was built in 1902 with a small crawl space. They fixed ALL our problems and did NOT have to tear up the floors. Our floors are level and stable. They were professional and neat. I would hire them for any basement or foundation issues you wont be sorry! 10 stars to the crew

Tony was very easy to eat with. He explained the job very well and answered all my questions. I expected a noisy, messy job but was happily surprised. The workers were professional and pleasant. They completed the job neatly.

Matt was up front about the cost and understood our policy to obtain estimates from 3 companies before proceeding with work in our home. He itemized the estimate and explained the procedure and warranty. He was pleasant to work with! He did not require an hour of my time or insist that both my husband and I be present in order to give us a sales pitch. The price was competitive and not inflated to cover marketing expenses. I like that the company is family owned & local, and that the workers are employees, not sub-contractors. The men who did the work were efficient and we have had no water in our basement since the waterproofing was done. I believe the contractors who followed Acculevel's work were a little surprised at the materials used, and they had to adjust their plans somewhat, but all is good in the end. Thank you!

Very Professional and very quick to respond to my needs

The old saying is you get what you pay for. Their price was on the high end but you can’t beat their service and quality work. They were here on time, cleaned after they were done and did exactly they said they would.

I chose Acculevel because they are a smaller company. I like to support local businesses. Everyone I spoke with was very personable and friendly. They try to give their best to each customer.

Great service and price. Tony was very responsive and job was finished in several hours. Repaired only what needed to be repaired without trying to push a mega project on me. Cost a few hundred as opposed to several thousands. Save yourself time and avoid high pressure ( the sky is falling ) sales pitches. Call Acculevel first.

As far as I know the work is good. I haven t been under the house to look yet. I m waiting for it to dry out and warm up. But I can tell from the inside of the house that my floor is more solid and I have less cold air entering my home from the insulating they did. Workers were nice and courteous. I do feel like if I have a problem that they will address it honorably.

They are honest, trustworthy and very good at what they do. Answered any and all questions.

They have an $800. minimum charge even if the actual work costs $ 250. Other contractors have high minimums also.

First I need to mention the man that made it all possible, Ed Mitchell. Ed came to my house on one of the crappiest days possible, the tail end of Hurricane Florence was passing through and it was raining and miserable out. Ed walked my property evaluating the lay of the land, then we discussed what service would best fit my needs. Ed patiently explained every step of the process and thoroughly answered all my questions. Thanks Ed. I truly appreciate your Professionalism. On October 18, 2018 the "Basement and Crawlspace Crew" arrived. The crew arrived on time and ready to work. Victor (Team Leader) and Luis G (Technician) were Polite, Professional, Courteous, Patient, Thorough and Efficient. Victor and Luis worked, without stopping, from start to finish (approx. nine hours). Ed Mitchell stated the job could be done in one day, Victor and Luis proved HOW that was possible. {FYI - United Structural quoted me 7 - 10 days to do the job and Reed's Spray Foam Insulation quoted 10 - 14 days at DOUBLE the cost} Victor and Luis left my home as clean as they found it. Both Men are a Credit to ACCULEVEL and themselves. I Sincerely Appreciate their Professionalism and Work Ethic.
