Great customer service and the work they did repairing our foundation and water leakage looks amazing. Price was very competitive if not better than others. I am extremely pleased and would recommend AccuLevel to anyone with foundation and water leakage problems.

Very professional group to do business with prior and after our foundation work. Their workers worked expediously and completed each day cleaning our property.

Their sales people seemed very nice but at a $1500 minimum all I needed was to have two pads leveled in my driveway and I found a local contractor at half the price with a lifetime warranty ~. These guys seem like pros I just could not afford their prices.

The office/administrative side of this was terrible and very stressful. Because of this, we probably will never use Acculevel again, nor recommend them.

From the start, I had a very good experience with Acculevel. The project manager, Jim, arrived for the initial inspection and estimate right on time. He was courteous and did an excellent job explaining the helical piers capabilities and installation process and answered all my questions. He did not try to push extra installations on me, but I feel just what he thought would more than sufficiently do the job. Neil, the project superintendent, also arrived right on time for the pre-installation visit, was also courteous and thoroughly answered my questions. The two days of pier installation went very well. The installers, Luis & Fabian, worked diligently, treated my lawn and landscaping with care (using plywood under the mini at all times), and were always courteous. They seemed very experienced with the pier installation and were very proficient with the installation. They cleaned up after the job, returned the landscaping back to what it was as best they could, and minimized damage to the lawn. All were very professional and the job was well done.

This project was supposed to take two days. The men came early in the morning and left at six o'clock the same day and the job was done. Very neat, professional, meticulous. They only took 15 minutes for lunch. They were very hard working. These men really deserve a good salary and I hope they are receiving it. They deserve a good raise. They were over and beyond what workers do. Very happy with this AccuLevel. Thank you!!!!

On time, courteous & cleaned up

They took the time to explain everything to my satisfaction and answered all my questions. The workers were very professional as was the project manager. The date and time of service was followed which is very refreshing!

Great job

They helped work out financing, very easy to work with in scheduling, and very professional in appearance and knowledge. They also drove three hours to come out to do the work. Additionally, the owners son, Nolan, came out personally to bid on the job.

Raul & Tony did a wonderful job, they took care as best they were able protect sod and plantings close to work being done. They were very kind and considerate. I highly recommend them.

They fixed my problem but cone to find out they do not do sump pump repair.
