This company has excellent customer service. Chris McGirt came in and knew exactly what the crawl space of my home needed, he was very knowledgeable, and was even able to tell me some of the previous work that had been done before I purchased my house. He did take the time to verify the situation in the crawl space to make sure a dehumidifier would be the right and only necessary approach for my homes crawl space. All is well in the crawl space now!

They charged me $3000 to work on my foundation that didn't have anything wrong with it. What a rip off. They evaluated my crack in the brick and said it was the foundation. After they did their work they didn't correct the problem.

We had a crack in our foundation, called aculevel, man was very personable and told us it wasn’t a problem at all and we can even fix it ourselves-tuck pointing. I was so relieved! He literally could have told me I needed thousands of dollars worth of repair.

The work crew was nice and professional. I only docked a star because my two quotes varied drastically and the office wasn’t very clear about when the arrival time would be. I would still recommend them and hire them again if needed.

Waterproof crawl space. Crew showed up on time and continued to work until completed. Installed drain tile and vapor barrier under house in muddy environment. Crew cleaned up area including removing mud from driveway. Crawl space looks great. I will recommend without any hesitation.
