We had some inexplicable water coming into our basement. We hired the AccuLevel for a free estimated of the job. They explained in detail all that need to be done with pictures and presentations. They seem very professionals. Luckily after fixing the gutters our basement remained dried and we did not have to pursue the work any further. So, I will definitely recommend AccuLevel and call them again if I need their services.

In fairness, I have never used any other company for such a repair as this was my first experience, but I was very pleased with Acculevel from initial contact through to the final outcome. I loved that after I asked for someone to come look at the crack in our foundation, I was sent an email and photo so I would recognize the person who showed up to check things out. After I was told what could be done and what would work best in my situation, all the details were covered and I understood fully what would be done and what the cost would be. The only "fault" I could say wasn't much of a fault. I was expecting them later and ran an errand. When I got into the house, the phone was ringing with an inquiry as to whether they could come earlier since an appointment was cancelled preceding mine. I didn't have time to respond; they just showed up at my door. It threw me off because I had planned to take my dog somewhere prior to their arrival and wanted my car parked elsewhere. But that was a small glitch. They moved their van so I could move my car and I was able to slip out with my dog after they were well into their work. Everyone involved was friendly and patient with me. It's a good company. I hope I never need them again but I would never hesitate to go right back to them if needed.

Easy way to find company to do repairs

Junior and Tony were very good workers and did a really nice job for us. I was very surprised this process worked. I had heard about it, but never been around it, so I was skeptical. Very impressed!

I'm a widow, and I found it very comforting that I was emailed a short video, introducing me to the gentleman that would be coming to my home. The work crew that came later, was just as thoughtful. A nice bunch of guys to have around the house. I'm sure I'll be using this company, again.

Just had work completed this past week, forms are still in place. didn't know job could be completed in the way it was. We were in a time crunch and needed done quickly. We couldn't have asked for more. would definitely use again.
