I even called them the following week, giving them enough time, but the person I spoke with did not know anything about my situation. They have not completed the job. What they did was fine for the normal maintenance, but the follow up has not been fine.

He did not have what he needed for the emergency, but tied me over until he could come back 2 days later, as promised, to replace the pump. I love the new pump that they replaced.

I used tem a year ago. They did a good job identifying some things. Something that was confusing was when I called to make the appointment, I told them I had the deal, they did some work for us and there was some confusion with the pricing. I was able to get a refund from them though.

Two employees came out to do the service. Their price was reasonable. They came out when they said they would and they were dressed nicely. They also took care of the house too.

They came and did the work. They did a good job. Just one employee came out. He flushed the water heater. He was extremely kind. It was a good experience all around.

They were fine and the water softer has been working well ever since. They were very nice. The price was reasonable too.

They did the AC tune up and it went fine. They came out on time, they did a good job and they left. Their price for their service was fair.

Just one technician came out and it took him about 2 hours. He was able to get it working again. The company is always contentious.

That service turned out great. They do their work like they are supposed to and they get the job done. I even wrote the company and told them I appreciated all their help. They are also reliable and personable.

They did some work for me a long time ago. That service was fine.

They come out and checked my AC unit in the spring and my furnace in the fall.

The owner of the company set up the deal, but the technician did not realize what was going on with the deal. He had to call people and I was not there when they did the work. The service itself was fine and he did a plumbing tune up/ check up to make sure everything was in working order.

That went well and they did good job. One plumber came out and he was here for about 45 minutes. I was happy with the service.

He installed my shower tower and he did a great job. I did pay a little extra. He was friendly and nice. I also remember using him again after that job.

I have been using them for about 20+ years. I have been satisfied.

I work for a construction company they have done work for us several times. They do fine work.

Plumber said the spigot needed to be replace and then worked up an estimate. He came back with an estimated cost of $404, less 'discount' of $60, so approx. $304..wow! I asked how long it would take him to do the work and he said 1 hour. I was shocked! I have reviewed similar jobs on this site and found the cost to range from $100 to $250, on average with most hovering around the 200 range! I will not be contacting ARS for any other plumbing or HVAC needs at my home.

We had ~10 vendors come out and give us quotes. ARS was trying to upsell us a lot and their initial quotes were very high. I was ready to play the "salesman" game since I had so many other quotes. I talked them down to a good rate. Despite them trying to upsell us and giving us very high rates, the sales guy spend hours with me answering all of my questions and was very patient and kind. This time spent answering all of my questions (I'm an engineer - I ask a lot of questions!) is ultimately what tipped us towards them instead of another vendor (ControlTech) for the work. The work they did seems like it was very good work as best as I can tell. They handled a couple curve balls I threw at them. The men who performed the work (different people from the sales guy) were very kind, professional, and they weren't "shady" individuals like I've seen some companies work with. I felt that ARS tried to get quality individuals for all roles on their team instead of just hiring the cheapest labor available for some of the installation work. The only problems I've had with this company has been their responsiveness to questions I had about a few things. I have called them a few times to ask some questions (regarding rebates and some other things) to my sales guy after the job was done and I was told that I'd receive a phone call back but my calls were never returned. This is why I docked them a bit on "Responsiveness". On the flip side, I did have a couple problems (a minor issue with a broken damper as well as a factory defect) and these issues were very immediately and promptly addressed when I called in about them and they got the repair guys out to the house at my earliest convenience. So based on this, I am very comfortable with my ability to rely on them to honor their warranties and quality of installation. Also, technically, the HVAC work and the plumbing work were 2 different jobs by 2 different crews but they all were here at the same time, worked together, helped each other, and made it an easier process for me by not having to take 2 days off for both jobs. This was very nice!

It is always great. No complaints and lots to praise. They are always timely and always quick. I've never had any issues in needing a follow-up.

It went well. Our initial appointment was scheduled in July but no one showed -- I think the appointment just got lost -- but the gentleman at the call center was very helpful in getting us rescheduled. Once the rescheduled appointment came, the plumber arrived on time and called ahead to give us an estimated time for arrival. Our sink is working well and we have not had issues with it.

They wanted to charge me $1300 to replace a water spout for my tub. That was way over board. They also said it would take 2-3 hours, so that was about $400 per hour.

ARS was right - I had to replace both my furnace and my ac, but I didn’t use ARS to replace the units. They were very good at explaining everything to me, but they were a little high pressure with their quoting process and wanted me to make a decision right away. This pressure prompted me to get other bids and I went with another provider who offered me a lower bid. There were no additional fees beyond the $49 deal with ARS.

They have never shown up when they were scheduled for the third time. When I tried to get my money back, they would not give me this.

Fine. Bit pricy for just an installation.
