Wood Medic did an absolutely fantastic job on our deck. It was so ugly, gray and weathered that I wasn't sure it could ever look nice again but thanks to Wood Medic it's now more beautiful than ever! Lyndon is a nice and honest man who charges a very fair price. We will never use anyone but Wood Medic for deck maintenance from now on and I highly recommend that you do as well.

They were very good. He said it would take 6 weeks and he called 6 weeks to the day. Looks better than anybody else has ever done. Very happy with the work.

They did what they said that they would do, called me before they came to let me know when they would be here. The deck looks so much better, very well pleased with the work that they did and would use them again.

Deck looks great. It was in pretty bad shape and after they power washed and re-stained, it looked like a new deck.

We signed up for an estimate on-line and asked for them to break it out by item we were thinking about having done. Their estimate was very thorough and included a price for each item we had asked about, as well as other wooden structures on our property. The price was reasonable, so we had them do it all. Mindy called to let us know that they were scheduling 5 weeks out, and five weeks later she called to say they were coming the next afternoon. I was amazed at how good the deck looked because it's 15 years old and had gotten quite weathered and dirty. We had a couple of rainy days, and they called to let us know they wouldn't be staining. They came out the first non-rainy day and did the staining. We had different types and ages of wood, including a new door on our 15-year-old hot tub that stood out like white on black, but when they were done everything was a nice cedar tone. Even things I never paid much attention to, like the raised garden beds, look really nice. We just had two more rainy days and everything is beading up well. Given that we had plants right up to the deck (and sometimes straggling through the spindles), they did a decent job of keeping stain off our plants and other surfaces. We're very satisfied and will use them when it's time to do this again.

The whole process went great! The company was very professional and the work was done as contracted. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Will use this company again.....

Excellent from punctual estimate to completion. All peronnel are fully trained. Their website video is 100% accurate, including plant and all other exposed surfaces which are properly shielded against comtact of the stain. All personnel are very courteous and explain the work prior to starting. They call ahead. They strive to be as close to the estimated start date as weather permits. Frankly, you need to see what they can do to a deck in disaster. WOW!

The owner was very professional and courtesy and came out to view the deck and give an estimate before the work was performed. The first staining did not take well in some places, leaving parts of the deck looking faded. Upon hearing my concerns, the owner came out viewed the deck, agreed that it did not stain as well as it should have, and added an additional coat of stain at no charge. The deck looks good since the second coat was applied and I respect and appreciate their desire to make sure the job was done appropriately.

They did a great job. There was a small delay because of the rainy weather, but it was well worth the wait. Very professional the way they protected the landscaping and house.

They were very punctual and had a keen eye for detail. Very nice to have they address my concerns, prior to them starting the job, to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had amazing results and appreciate all they did!

I decided not to use them; however the rep I worked with was responsive and consultative.

The process was seamless. They showed up at the agreed upon dates and times, power washed and stained all areas. They were professional, friendly, and considerate of our property. We will be using them again - when we need to re-stain.

They came out and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. When the weather warmed up, the came and cleaned the deck and came back a couple of days later and stained them. The both look great.

The crew came out to do the job, including the boss. They made sure that the stain would be applied between the boards on the deck as they don't fit right up together. They were able to get the job done in a quick and cleanly manner despite it being a windy day. They were careful to make sure that my neighbor's fence didn't have stain accidentally splatter on their fence.

I liked that the owner took care of an issue I had. After the sealant was applied, it ended up a little bit tacky in a few spots after the first application. They spent a lot of time sanding it down and reapplying it so that the results were perfect and at no charge. I appreciated their extra effort.

Everything went well, and they did a good job. The worker was very nice, too. However, we did have to wait a bit for them to start the work becuase they were very busy at the time.

Wood Medic was the lowest of the 3 estimates I received. They were very good about communicating with me and the technician showed up on time and was very friendly as was the receptionist I spoke to on the phone. The technician did a very thorough job and paid attention to details. The fence, porch and walkway look amazing and we would definitely use this company again!

Time will tell if the deck seal/stain itself was good or not. But to simply rate the customer service, WoodMedic definitely gets a top review. All of their communication was timely,punctual and honest. I also like the fact that we corresponded over the simple things via email instead of playing phone tag (seems to happen a lot when trying to procure any service). Not only were Lyndon and Mindy very professional, the seal/stain crew was also great to work with. I can't find fault with any part of the transaction. I was pleased with the price ($515 after a $50 Angie's List coupon) and the service. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

They returned my phone call requesting an estimate the same day. Came to the house within a few days to give me an estimate. Had to wait about 5 weeks for work to be completed but I was told that when I got the estimate. Fence looks very good. Was pleased overall with the whole experience.

The company responded promptly to my request for and estimate to power wash and stain my deck. Their price was reasonable. They arrived on the agreed date, and performed the job professionally, and I am very satisfied with their work.

Our experience with Wood Medic and Lyndon were very pleasant. He was informative and very professional. We felt that he gave our job his attention with high expectations of all his employees. I would contact them again in several years when our deck needs restaining. He has my highest recommendation.

This company and all associated with it are the BEST! They were prompt, polite, performed the work as asked and did a wonderful job. I am extremely pleased with everything and would use them again when needed. Just can not say enough nice things about this company.
