The repair was to my satisfaction, but the customer service was horrible. Cocky, Arrogant, and very unprofessional staff, including Daniel, the manager. I was also not able to pick up my vehicle, due to them having technical difficulty, I had to go back the following day.
Description of Work: Fixed clutch cable.

They were very thorough but very slow. However, they did not try to sell me any other parts or services. They were very honest and forthright about pending future necessary repairs.
Description of Work: Changed oil and oil filter and inspected everything, including brakes.

The staff was polite and responsive and didn't charger for there service. The vehicle was there for more than 4 hours for a simple alignment. Just disappointed they didn't fix the issue I had asked them to do!
Description of Work: Disappointed. Took my car there for a tire alignment because I noticed the wheels where pulling left. A few hours later they returned the car saying that they did an alignment check and the problem was that I needed new tires. I thanked them for there service and left. I immediately took it to Firestone on 116th st. for a second opinion and to my surprise they ended up realigning the tires because my it WAS off -0.20 on front right tire and the issue was solved; didn't need new tires.

I originally went to them because I had a flat then I had a locking lug on one the tire that has a flat. I ended up keeping my car for like three days before they finally called me and said that they couldn't get the lug off, and told me I could just come and pick up my car whenever.
Description of Work: I used Premier Auto Service Center for my cars flat and locking lug on one tire, but the job was not done.

On 3 April I made an appointment for the next day for service on my RV, which they had serviced before and this was clearly the topic as I made that appointment that I was bringing my RV in. I needed that service to be ready for a road trip the NEXT morning, which I also explained while making the appointment. On 4 April when I showed up, I knew something was up from the raised eyebrow on the guy's face when I walked in and he saw the vehicle, but he didn't really explain anything at first. Instead he rushed into the back where I saw him confer with at least 2 other employees, before returning to say "We don't do RVs here." Not "Sorry, we don't.." Just, "we don't." Tersely. No explanation, no sympathy, no remorse. Being shocked, I started to say "Are you aware I have had my RV inside your facility before?" Except, I didn't get to finish that sentence, he interrupted me, saying the same thing and asking what the problem was so he could tell me where else to go. They wasted my time, gas money and my faith as I rushed to find another service provider that morning and start my trip with safety. The president failed to answer an email from me about this encounter.
Description of Work: Refused to keep an appointment. Rudely.

They were okay, and their work was okay. The only problem was they took a long time to finish their service. They took over two weeks. The convenience was good because they were close to our home. However, we had to call them all the time. I probably would not use them again.

The staff of Premier Auto Service are very friendly and professional. The waiting area is very comfortable with a flat screen television so if you have to wait a little longer than desired, it is not that bad. The oil change didn't take long and after that I promptly was quoted the price for parts and labor for my turn signal switch. I did have to wait a little while so one of the mechanics could go and get the specific part for the turn signal but they were able to get it and have it done right there at the same time which was very convenient. Their pricing is very affordable, much less expensive than a few other quotes I had received especially for the turn signal switch. Their oil change prices are as low as I have seen as well. It was my first time utilizing Premier Auto Service and I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who needs some work done on their vehicle.
Description of Work: Premier Auto Service Center changed the oil in my truck and replaced a turn signal switch so that I could have a properly working right turn signal.

Description of Work: I used Premier auto because I purchased one of their coupon booklets. I waited for about 40 minutes for an oil change and was one of the only cars there. While the gentlemen was working on my car he was pulled into the office to speak with who I assume was the manager leaving my car on the lift. and me waiting longer. I felt as though the place was unprofessional and the work took longer than necessary in comparison to other places. I would not recommend them.
