Description of Work: ACTUAL FENCE LOOKS GREAT. I HAVE AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM THAT WAS MARKED WITH FLAGS THE DAY BEFORE INSTALLATION. I WALKED THE AREA WITH THE SITE SUPT. & POINTED IT OUT TO HIM. THEY STILL CUT THE IRRIGAtion line. When I contacted Bullseye I was asked if the entire line was marked. I said no but the line ran between the heads that were marked. My bill was $192 to fix line. Asked Bullseye to reimburse me. Said they'd get back to me; been 4 wks. Did not

Response from BULLSEYE FENCE DESIGN INC
Our company has a very defined policy on private underground pipes and wiring which is included in writing on our estimates and contracts. For our company to take responsibility for damage to private lines they must be accurately and completely marked with paint or flags and at least a 12" clearance from proposed excavations. This customer did have the sprinkler heads marked with flags at time of pre-construction meeting but the pipes connecting heads were not marked. I ran a string line along the back property line with the customer and there was a sprinkler head located off the property. It was clear that there was piping paralleling and crossing back into the property conflicting with proposed fence line. This was pointed out and I made it clear there was a high potential that damage would occur. The customer understood the risk and their responsibility to repair if damaged. Our crew did damaged the line as suspected during installation. Our crew made the customer aware of the damage and excavated each end of the piping out. The project was completed and the customer paid the invoice. Approximately one month later the customer contacted the office seeking payment for the damage and asked to have a manager make contact. Her call was returned the following day. I left a message and even followed up with another call several days later. It is unfortunate that this customers irrigations system was installed off the property but we are very confident that our company addressed this potential issue in depth prior to any work being performed in writing and verbally. Description of Work: It was a great experience having Bullseye install a custom fence. I sent an inquiry through their website, they contacted me very quickly and set up an appointment for a consultation. The sales rep arrived on time and was very professional and helpful. He sent a final quote via email as promised. I accepted the bid and made the down payment through their online payment tool and they scheduled a pre-installation meeting for the following week. That gentlemen arrived on time and was also very courteous and professional. After he confirmed my requests and marked the yard, the installation crew was scheduled to arrive 5 days later to set the posts with final installation to take place 2 days later. The installers were on time both days, did everything that was promised in a very timely fashion. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris. My new fence is good-looking, very solid construction, with excellent gates and hardware. And the best part of the custom built fence was that they could accommodate the design to my irregular shaped yard and asymmetrical neighboring fences. I couldn't be more pleased and I highly recommend them! Yes they cost a little bit more but the product looks more expensive and is more solidly constructed than standard pre-fab panel fences.

Description of Work: Bullseye was contracted to replace all wooden fences with vinyl, in the Waterford Gardens community of 80 condos, and it was to be a 2 phase project. First half in fall of 2013, followed by remaining units in spring of 2014. First phase went relatively well, with work done within the projected time of 3-4 weeks. Second phase was a disaster, took 8-9 weeks, very spotty on work hours, on and on and on. Finally finished then took 11 months to do final walk around repairs. Still not happy with final outcome, but consider it a lost cause. Would not recommend them for anything in the future, complete lack of commitment to finish a job of this magnitude.

Response from BULLSEYE FENCE DESIGN INC
Bullseye Fence Design Inc. did not perform work directly for this member and have had no communications of any kind. However, Our company was contracted by the Waterford Gardens management company to replace the fence on all of the units. The management representative and HOA board of directors planned, contracted, scheduled and managed the project. Our company had no formal contact with the residents. The first phase of replacement was performed during the winter months and there were no restrictions with scheduling because a good amount of residents were absent for the winter months and exposure to the work sites was minimal. The second phase was scheduled during the spring months and the schedule was set up differently. It was planned that it would be in the best interest of the residents safety to plan not to have any units left under construction spanning the weekends which restricted schedules slightly. The work began the first week of May 2014 and was completed June 17, 2014. I performed a final inspection on every unit with the entire HOA board of directors after the project was completed. The board approved the work and final payment was made. I worked directly with the HOA president closely throughout the project and at no time were there any complaints or comments regarding schedules. Our company performed several minor warranty adjustments in April 2015 as part of the original contractual agreement. It is apparent that this resident was not privy to the details of the project and the minor warranty adjustments made in April 2015 in no way reflected incomplete work. Description of Work: Replaced large shadowbox fence that encloses approx .75 acres of our yard. Excellent job. I did quite a bit of driving around neighborhoods to look at fences before hiring them, and their fences looked the straightest, sturdiest, and best overall. They take pride in their work and it shows.
