He gave a ball park estimate over the phone and was prepared to do the work the day he came out. Revised the estimate a little, but basically the same price. Did the work that day. Good job. I really appreciate that he cleaned up after himself very well.

Jim responded to my request for a quote quickly. He gave me a ballpark estimate based on our phone conversation and asked if I would still like him to come out to quote. Jim was able to come out the same week and provide a written quote. Once I was ready to move forward the job was completed within a week of calling to schedule. Jim and his helper arrived promptly, they put down drop cloths to protect the floor, found the center point in the room and advised on options how to install the mount for the fan. It took about two hours to complete the job and I could not be happier. I will be using Aaron’s Electric for all my electrical needs.

Aaron's Electric promptly returned a call and they were able to come out, diagnose and resolve the issue the same day. They were very professional, explained exactly what the issue was and got things running again. We were very thankful for their responsiveness!

Jim and his crew did a great job! They were on time, communication was great, and they went above and beyond with service, cleaning up the area as they progressed. I've had a chance now, (a few days after the work) to test all the new outlets and, as promised, everything works great. Work Completed: New panel (Old one was overloaded) Additional power and circuits to the garage (workshop) including 220V, dust control, power tools and an outdoor freezer.

They did an excellent job. I will not hesitate to hire them again for any electrical needs. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased. The service was very professional.

He looked at the solar lighting even though it is something he normally does not install or work on. He thought my issues might be related to bad rechargeable batteries or their connections to the system and he was correct. He cleaned off the batteries their ends to make sure a charge was passing from them to the lights. The lights came on again that night and since then, I have replaced the batteries since the old ones had been in placed since lights were installed. I had a AC tech. tell me earlier this year that my AC was not up to code since the fuse was a 30 and the new AC I had installed last year called for a 25 watt fuse. Aaron looked at the issue and corrected the situation so that the AC is now up to code..1135

They came out the day after I called. Jim had it diagnosed and working within an hour and the two of them finished the (not small) job in under 5 hours. This was after another (shall remain unnamed) company who disconnected everything, said we would have to pay all new line, and never returned.

The service professionals that came from Aaron's were knowledgeable and friendly. They figured out and fixed my issue. I also had them work on two outlets which I was pleased with as well. I will recommend Aaron's to other customers.

Jim was terrific. He had another job fall through and was able to come by the same day and install the surge protector. Answered all my questions and had the job done in less than an hour. Would definitely use again.

They were responsive (same day) versus others who said it would be a week before they could arrive. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. They also noted some other maintenance issues that should be performed in the future which made sense. We have used them before, and always found them to be professional and responsive.

I called Jim Carpenter at Aaron"s on a Thursday to get a quote and time frame to have the work done. His quote was fair and he said he could possibly get to me Friday. If not he made an appointment for the following Friday. He was able to get to me the next day. He showed up with his assistant and the work went fine. The garage lights ended up needing a lot of adapting due the poor way the original lights had been installed. They did a beautiful job at what I believe was a fair price. Jim and his assistant were a pleasure to work with from the first phone call to the end of the project. I would definitely recommend them and will call them the next time I need any electrical work.

Great! The source of the problem was quickly determined and the receptacle replaced. Since running space heaters use so much power but not being able to run one during these really cold days was not an option, we had them convert one of the receptacles to a dedicated line just for the space heater. They were able to complete the job within an 2 hours of arriving and we feel much more secure that running the space heater won't cause anymore issues.

Jim, Tom and Chad called before arriving and Jim provided me with an estimate both at the time we scheduled the visit on the phone, and also before the work started when they arrived to our house, which I really appreciated because that way my expectations regarding the price were set in advance. This crew is very professional and very nice but most importantly they are experts and really know what they are doing. I wish I had found them years ago! I give them an A+ for everything and will only hire this company moving forward. Highly recommend if you are looking for competent professional electricians!

The work went very well. Set up of the house dictated that the wire had to be run from garage, outside, and into the kitchen. They did a nice job with the surface mounted conduit. Cleaned up well. Good to work with.

I was completely satisfied with the end product and the workmanship that was provided. The process was a complicated one to diagnose and required a multi-step solution. After all work was completed, I feel our electrical system at the pool and in the panel control box have been modernized and meet current code. The costs associated with the work were primarily labor.

It went great!! Aarons Electric is s family operation and are very efficient and professional. I have used them in the past and have always been pleased with their prices, professionalism and their customer service.

The fan was an upgrade so, it was larger than the original which presented a challenge. The venting also needed to be replaced. Since the first light was not acceptable, it needed to be rereplaced. The second was fine. Jim and the guys will work with you. I have used them in the past and I will use them again.
