Very good; Tom came out within a few days of call, gave me a quote on the spot. I gave him a deposit and he secured our space for work.

They were the most professional of all of the bids we received and we hired them to do the work and we were extremely pleased. Their work also came with a three-year guarantee. In March 2007, we noticed some areas that were showing some signs of mildew. I sent them a quick email and the owner, Tom Haynes, came out and later in the spring, sent our his staff to power wash and restain the affected area. We couldn't have been more pleased with them and their outstanding level of customer service! Highly recommend Deck Pro.

He did a very good job. I was pleased. I was on a waiting list for a long time, but I was very pleased with the company. I think their price was reasonable and we had quite a few estimates. He used good quality materials.

This company specializes in cleaning and sealing wood. They recommend others for repair work. Waited a while for work to be done, but was kept informed of time table and work once started. Was done in a very timely manner.

They gave me about the average price. He came and hand painted the deck and doesn't spray. He cleans it first and then a couple of days later comes back and paints it. It really looks great. They mail you out the colors, and you call them to tell them what you want.

Outstanding workmanship, materials used and customer service. I have used Deck Pro for over eight years, and they are outstanding in all they do. They are so easy to work with and very responsive to all requests which I have made. I will use them again when it is time to restain my deck. One of the best vendors I have ever dealt with.

On September 7th, I called to request an estimate for cleaning my Trex deck and staining some wood on my deck. I left a voice mail and to this day I've never received a call. If a company/person doesn't return my first call I don't think they're responsible or reliable enough to hire to do work for me.

I plan to hire this firm again. The estimate for the work was consistent with other estimates. I liked my encounter with Tom. The two young men who worked on my house were conscientious.

We had them out a few years ago and they had a couple different options for guarantees (warranty), so we went with the three year. The stain was breaking down on some of the boards and the water was not repelling. I called Deck Pro and they came right out and pressure washed and re-sealed the entire deck (less the railings). They went above and beyond what I expected! I'll use them again, they were very nice. We offered to pay them something because they did so much work, but they would not take anything because it was under warranty.

Tom is really into decks. We have a cypress deck, which feathers easily when pressure washed. He came out a few days ahead to spot test some different cleaners to find the best one. On cleaning day he turned the deck back into a beautiful shade we have not seen in years.

Completely satisfied! This is the second time we have used their service and have been more than pleased both times. Plan to use them again in 2009.

Our overall experience was great. This company is a quality company. The people they employ are all professional and polite. The price may have been slightly high, but it was worth it.

REASONABLY PRICED, BUT NOT AS RESPONSIVE AS IN PAST YEARS. ALSO, DID NOT COME BACK AND RETURN ITEMS TO DECK (AS PROMISED).

We hired this company because their price was lower than other companies and we liked the stains they offered. Because of the weather it took some time to schedule the work, but the work was done quickly and efficiently once the weather cooperated. The pressure washing removed the dirt and mold. The new stain nicely blends together the old wood and new repacement boards spliced into a 30-year-old to replace ones damaged by the previous owner's hot tub. I wouldn't say the deck looks new, but it definitely looks much, much better. We are very satisfied.

Incredible! They are very, very good. Last year, we had one of the top ranked companies on Angie's list strip and finish our deck, but they used a pressure washer so powerful that it roughed up all the wood, and when we questioned the work they said that's how its supposed to be. This year we used Deck Pro and they were marvelous. They had to sand extensively to repair the job we had done last year by the other company. They worked hard, long hours and did a super job. This is the company to call!!! Our deck looks great!!!!

WEB SEARCH REVEALS IT IS ACTUALLY RESEARCH BY THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER.
