The man that owns this company did a very good job. Nice to work with, very professional and he did a great job. Very happy with how the deck looks; it looks like a brand new deck. This gentleman came out and fixed the splintering and now it's not splintering as much as it had been before.

The deck was thoroughly cleaned (after years of build up of various stains) stain was applied (my choice for color) and the deck looks very good at this time. I was told it is guaranteed for 3 years. Very nice people to work with. Would recommend.

They did a good job. They also power washed and sealed the deck.

I let the company know I needed my deck powerwashed, stained and probably some minor work done to it. They still haven't responded and its been 10 days.

Powerwashed one day. Waited 2 days for deck to thoroughly dry and then spent one day staining/sealing the deck.

Deck Pro did a very nice job. They called before coming out to pressure wash, they came out moved all the furniture etc. off the deck and washed. Came back two days later and stained the deck. The deck looks good as new. They handled all of this while we were away at work. Also, made a follow up call to make sure we were happy with the results. Very happy with the results!

We were very happy with them. First of all, they came sooner than they thought they would be able to and they did just what they said they were going to do. They did a better job than I had expected.

They never got back with me through either form.

I first had Deck Pro out to pressure wash my deck for me and then I decided to have them come back out and stain my deck. I was shocked to see that they used roller brushes. They provided a great service to me.

I called this company and they did a great job pressure washing my deck. I received a call from this company and they worked around my schedule. They did a great job.

They had took the wire off the bottom of the deck and didn't put the wire back on the deck. They had used a hose to wash it and didn't put it back. There was spot on the top of the deck that didn't looked stained.

We had our deck power washed and stained a few years ago by DeckPro. They did a great job and we're very prompt about completing the service. Since we were previously pleased, we decided to use DeckPro again to have our deck cleaned and stained. This time it was a different story. We were putting our house on the market and wanted to have the deck done before our first open house (that date was given to deckpro). The deck did not get finished it time for our first OR second open house. I left several messages and e-mails with no results seen. Finally, a month later, our deck was finished. To their credit, it did look nice when they were done. At that time, we were in the process of moving to Virginia and had limited to no Internet access over the next month. DeckPro tried to e-mail me a final invoice. When I did not pay it as prompt as they would like, they threatened to put a lien on my house! I found this very unprofessional. Especially since they didn't even try to call me before making threats!

I didn't use them because they never came back and followed up for the estimate. I also asked for a revised estimate for only the work I wanted done, but I never got this. I hired somebody else for this project and it cost about $100.

They were wonderful. They came on time, they got done, and they were out.

They are a good company to work with.

Deck Pro was one of 3 companies I contacted for an estimate. We recently bought this house and the deck was in pretty bad shape; it had been finished with a water-based, heavy-pigmented stain that was peeling quite a bit. Deck Pro was the last of the three to respond to my request (about a week after I had e-mailed them) and I had nearly decided on another company. I'm so glad I heard back from Deck Pro before I made a decision because their bid included the most thorough prep work and they recommended using an oil-based stain. Their estimate was very competitive, particularly considering the extra preparation steps. The entire job was completed within a couple of weeks (had some delays due to rain) and I'm very pleased with the results. The guys were also very good about protecting adjacent areas. The amount I spent reflects their Angie's List discount, plus a "double up" discount since they were doing another job in the neighborhood. The estimate before the discounts was $775.00.

We received the quote, which was very fair as we had them do our deck 3-4 years ago and the price was close to same as it was then. We released the work and it was completed in 2 weeks time,while we were at work. They worked very seemlessly, not even knowing they were there. They do high quality work and use quality materials. Very good company. Called with follow-up to make sure we were happy.

They did a great job. Tom kept in touch during rainy weather to let us know there would be a couple of days of delay. Very professional and neat job from beginning to end.

Contacted DeckPro after finding them on Angie's List. They came out to see the deck and provided a preliminary estimate within only a few days. The price was reasonable and Tom was very knowledgeable about the process and their products/services. The estimate was accepted and work was scheduled in the spring. Work didn't begin until summer due to the numerous jobs previously scheduled. There must be a few days without precipitation to complete the work and the rainy spring caused many delays through no fault of their own. The entire deck was power-washed, the rails/steps hand painted, and the remainder of the deck sprayed and sealed. We were able to choose from many colors for the deck, and again when it came to the sealing it. The work was done both when we were home and when we were away. The guys cleaned up each time they were there and were not noticeable while working. The work was great and we are pleased with the results.

They were very accommodating. We had one piece of lumber that was leaking sap; they took it upon themselves to turn it over to fix the problem. The approximate cost listed, is just a guess, I don't remember exactly the cost.

Deck Pro is professional and responsive. The deck looks great and water is beading as it is supposed to.

While they were here, I asked for a price to pressure the stone staining wall and sea wall. They did a great job and they cleaned a lot more of the stone than I thought they would at a great price of $300. They were on time and did a great job. Keep up the good work.

Excellent - matched new porch stain to our existing log home. Existing deck was cleaned and re stained; looked new! The estimate was very reasonable, they met their date to begin and complete work. Tom and his crew were very courteous and helpful. Definitely plan to use them again!

Great work across the board. Debbie is an outstanding updater and worked hard to get my little deck on their schedule during their very busy season. The deck looks like a brand new deck. Well worth the money. Strongly recommend Deck Pro. Went the extra mile in a couple of spots.
