Deck Pro is prompt and dependable. What I liked best is that Jason is accessible via text messaging.

We had ouf-of-state guests arriving in a few days and we wanted our deck refinished. I asked Jason of Deck Pro if he could do the work within about five days. We discussed the details and he agreed to do the job. We set the start date and he was there promptly. He power washed the deck. Fortunately, the weather was great for this job. He and his wife returned and went over the deck carefully to get any rough spots. Then, he refinished the deck and did a great job. We are extremely pleased with Deck Pro and Jason.

Jason came out and gave me an estimate to power wash and stain my deck. It was more than the cost of the big deal because of the extra square footage of my deck. I had many questions because I had never had a place with a deck before. I recently moved to a place where the previous owners did not take care of the deck. Jason explained the types of stains and recommended the ones that would be best for mine. He was very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use his services again.

Jason came immediately to give an estimate, which I accepted. He then came as scheduled to power wash the deck. The staining was delayed due to rain and a misunderstanding about color selection. As soon as all was clear (weather and color selection), Jason came--on a Sunday--to complete the job. I would recommend his work to anyone.

This deck restoration was purchased as a house warming gift for my son and daughter-in law. They were very pleased with the service and results, as was I. Just a note, after getting a price estimate he called back and reduced the cost by $50 because the house was close to the his (estimator) house. Can't beat that for customer service.

They were very responsive - quick to reply to the big deal. Came out within a day to give quote. Was upfront about it being a few weeks before they would be able to perform the services. Spray washed and the left colors to pick from along with note of deadline to pick stain color and when they would be back. Arrived on that day as promised. |The benches on the deck were new wood and stain was splotchy. When I reached out, response was they would check them out in a couple weeks - have yet to hear back - understanding it now may be too cold - but no followup after saying they would check it out. Was an A up to that point.

CALLED ON MONDAY 10/28/2013 ASKING IF HE COULD DO MAINTENANCE WORK (PRESSURE WASH AND SEAL) ON OUR DECK. (HE HAS DONE THIS FOR US TWICE BEFORE). HE CALLED BACK WITHIN 2-3 HOURS SAYING HE WOULD BE OUT TO LOOK AT THE DECK THE FOLLOWING MORNING. BUT -- HE NEVER SHOWED UP. TWO MORE CALLS LAST WEEK TO HIM AND NO RESPONE AT ALL. ONE MORE CALL (THE 4TH CALL) ON 11/4/2013 ASKING IF HE COULD DO THIS, OR IF HE COULDN'T DO IT OR DIDN'T WANT TO, TO PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I COULD CALL SOMEONE ELSE. FOUR DAYS LATER -- NO RESPONSE. /P

Service was completed as scheduled and results were better then expected. We will use again in the future.

Jason was wonderful. He was punctual, efficient, very pleasant, extremely accommodating. He even finished my deck on a Sunday because the weather was forecasted to be the best. My deck looks beautiful, brand new. Definitely use DeckPro!

The original Angie's List "monthly special" said deck and fence and I had a wooden fence that I needed refinishing. There was some initial confusion on the service purchased. Once we were able to get the estimate completed, I was provided estimates that would be for the entire fence and what would be covered under the Angie's List "monthly special", I just had the work done that was covered by the monthly special. I was satisfied with the work completed on the fence. The reason for the lower marks on Punctuality and Responsiveness was for the time required to get an estimate for the work under the original Angie's List "monthly special" said "deck and fence"; I had a wooden fence that I needed refinishing. There was some initial confusion on the service purchased. Once we were able to get the estimate completed, I was provided estimates that would be for the entire fence and what would be covered under the Angie's List "monthly special" (since it was for the fence work and not the deck). I have noticed that their adds in Angie's List now only list the deck rather than both which was the confusion.

They were very fast at responding to getting us an estimate. They were able to squeeze us in their booked schedule, before the estimator had originally told us the work could be performed. We were very pleased with that, as we were trying to get our house ready to sell. The work (cleaning of the deck) was performed with a high pressure power washer. It was a little disappointing at some of the decking boards texture, after the washing. We did try to sand some of these out ourselves before the seal was put on. We realized that the cost was very reasonable and didn't expect a real smooth finish. The sealing looks good and the cleaning got all the dirt etc. that was on the deck. I was glad the estimator talked my husband out of a color sealant, he told him that most people are going with the clear seal and it would last just as long. I had told my husband before we had the work performed I did not want a color sealant, so I am very pleased with the Deck Pro advice.

Called number on the offer certificate and have not been able to get a return call. We have been try to reach someone to schedule an appointment since we purchased the offer. We need help to get this moving.

Did a great job pressure washing our deck one day, left us a wide variety of stain colors to choose from, and then returned to stain the deck. Provided all materials for the job, moved our grill and other things on our deck as needed. Great job!

They came when they said they would and did a very nice job. No mess was left and I am pleased with the results

Mr. Glass was impressively prompt and responsive to providing an estimate and color samples. We quickly developed a positive rapport. However, our overall renovation project needed adjustment so we sent them a withdrawal email this weekend. I would strongly recommend Deck Pro.

They are doing the work right now and as far as I can see, they are doing excellent. They have been prompt, responsive and cordial. They have been hardworking, pretty careful in their work and not messy. When I suggested replacing some boards, they said that it wasn’t necessary. They are not greedy and dishonest in going ahead and replacing it. The customer relationship has been good so far.

Service was very punctual and professional. Was very pleased with the quality of work for the price. Our deck was in pretty poor repair and will eventually need replacement, but with this service we should get another couple of years out of it.

It went well. The $199. didn't cover the whole job, however. That must have been just for finishing the part you walk on. More money was added on for the slats and railings, etc. Then he power washed. He let it dry for a day, and gave us samples to select a new color for finishing. He brought that back, and finished up the next day. We are pleased with the job.

Fine. Prompt response to Angie's List emails. Rain delayed, and they were prompt in coming out as soon as possible. I had asked if they could secure a leaning railing, and while that wasn't done it wasn't really part of the deal. Friendly and prompt service. The deck looks great.

Jason was great. Scheduled it the day after I bought the "big deal". He came out and power washed deck. It looked like a brand new deck! He came back the next day and sealed it . I received an estimate earlier in the summer for the same work to be done at it was $1000 more than Deck Pro. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
