The service was good. They had to wait a couple weeks on the weather to do the work. We were really satisfied with the work.

It turned out well. There was a little bit of miscommunication there at the beginning but once we had the scheduling conflict cleared up it was quick. They did everything we asked them to do. He was good in cleaning the deck and applying the stain that we asked for. He was very professional. He did what we asked for. It was a quick service once the work started. They have fair pricing.

This worked out terrifically! It was done very, very well. His adaptability and his eagerness to please was great. He made sure to do the best job possible.

They did an excellent job. The interaction with them was very good. I knew that it would be more than the $199 I paid for the big deal because of the size that it was. I paid $300 more, but I expected that, and they did a good job. They also gave me a senior discount, and it was very reasonable.

They were very good at responding to my initial email. Everything was scheduled in a timely fashion. They arrived on the set dates and completed the work in a timely fashion. They were very responsive and we are very pleased with the work they did. They also left an extra gallon of stain in case one of the pieces needed to be replaced.

They were wonderful to work with and did an excellent job! They went over and above by coming out on a holiday weekend in order to get my deck done before a party I had coming up! They're flexibility was awesome!

Jason promptly scheduled a time for an estimate which he kept and scheduled the cleaning for the following week. He arrived on time, explained the procedure, and performed the work promptly. He was very professional throughout the process made the experience pain free. I would definitelyuse his service again.

Fantastic job! Power washed one day, and came back two days later to stain. The deck looks fantastic. He was able to match the previous color perfectly. Would definitely use again!!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it is very nice; I like it a lot. They were very pleasant people and when the guy came he knocked on the door to make sure I knew he was here. He proceeded with his work and carried on. He was very efficient and I liked the results quite a bit. The price of service went above the cost of the Big Deal because my deck is quite a bit bigger. I was pleased with the price because it is quite a large area. There was a mix up on their coming.

Jason emailed me immediately after the purchase to inform me that he would be at my home the next day to measure and provide me with an estimate. I was very impressed with his quick respond and excited to schedule the job. To my surprise Jason left the quote requiring an additional $310 to complete the job. I felt like this was the worst case of bate and switch that I've ever seen. I expected to pay more but his offer said it was a 50 percent discount. I've had my deck powered washed and stained in the past and I've never paid $1020.00 to get it done. That would equal the so called. 50 percent discount.

The company was very responsive and were good about working the schedule to meet a deadline, so I don't want to bad mouth them too much. I just felt the Big Deal ad was a little misleading and the quote ended up being fairly startling. e.g., charging 101 sq feet extra for spindles. Deal was $199 and quote asked for an additional $300. Purchased thinking it would be a time savings, but for $500 I'd rather do it myself.

I received an email stating the company would show up on 3/19/2014 to provide estimate and they did. Later that evening I received an email saying they left the estimate in my mailbox and they did. Based on them staying true to their word, if I were to have any needs in the future, I would be happy to use them.

The service provider was prompt with their estimate and quick to respond...I just had a better quote than their discounted one.

They were fantastic and were fair with the extra charges. I would just them again in a heartbeat.

There were additional costs because my deck was larger. I was happy with it; it didn't come out exactly as I thought it would but I think I had unrealistic expectations. They were super easy to work with as I didn't need to be home for any of the work. Everything was done in the timeframe they promised. Scheduling was super easy.

Everything went fine. I was unable to meet with the guy due to my schedule, and needed to get the job done, so I allowed him to pick the color for me, and he did well and I really liked it. My only complaint is the deal itself, because it only covered a certain square footage of deck. My deck is pretty small, and the deal only covered half the deck, and I had to pay a bunch more money to finish the job which I had not really budgeted. I'm sure people with bigger decks had it even worse. It would be nice if the deals you sell would simply pay for the entire deck, up to a certain sqaure footage maybe. I realize there would need to be a ceiling, but many of your deals require extra work to be purchased on top of the deals often, and that can be annoying. But all the work was great.

They were excellent! He was timely and did a great job. He showed up on time, floated the estimate and didn't bug me a lot. He was there when he said he was going to be there. He was prompt and got the job done.

Jason had been in contact with us via email, per Angie' List Special Deal to arrange a date to see our deck. He came on time, took the measurements, answered questions, and left a detailed estimate. We agreed to the cost, selected a stain color from the information he left with us, and scheduled an approximate date for the work (must have flexibility due to weather). He arrived on the agreed upon date/time. He conducted the work, answered more of my questions, and finished in good time. He accepted payment, left us with a 3-year warranty. It was a pleasant experience. Jason is professional, well-organized, and knows his business.

I don't remember exactly how much I paid but it was close three hundred dollars and well-worth the price. He did a wonderful and very quick job. I will have him back next year to do the same to my fence. It is a quick and easy way to update your yard without lots of expense. Really beautiful.
