Jason did an excellent job. After he power washed the deck, he verified the color of the stain I wanted using catalog swatches. He then returned the next day and applied the stain. Everything looks fantastic!

I had bought the Bid Deal coupon for this job. Our deck is pretty small only 40 sq feet larger than the maximum, so we only had to pay a minimal amount over the cost of the coupon. He did a great job - takingout a rotten plank and replacing it for the cost of the plank itself. Other vendors were going to charge around $100 for this "extra". The job was very well done, quickly, and he cleaned up after himself very well. Very Happy.

We used the Angie's list deal for $199 plus paid the additional for our larger deck. The additional was discounted at 50%. Deck Pro did a great job and communicated promptly through Angie's List. the whole transaction was very smooth! they were able to fit us in earlier b/c we were selling our house and even power washed a small concrete slab besides our deck for free! The new owner was so impressed with the before and after that she asked for the company name to tell her friend. Thanks guys!

Purchased a deal on Angies List for the $199 power wash and stain. My deck was larger than the offer stipulated, so he gave me 50% off of the additional square feet. He was quick to respond to my messages and answer my questions. Work was performed when scheduled and turned out great! I would recommend his services to anyone.

Jason power washed our deck a few days before staining it. The day of the staining, he came and stained the deck and do so in a quick and professional fashion. I was unsure of the color at first, but he assured me that it would be what we were wanting when it dried, and he was right. Our deck looks great, and now it will be protected for 4-5 years.

He ultimately wanted to charge me $600 on top of what I had already paid. This was supposedly half off also. I have gotten an estimate from someone else for $400 for the whole deck! The deck is not very big, it has no missing boards or screws and even the posts in the ground are still sturdy and strong. According to the people I bought the house from, they told me it was only 6 years old.

The company was on time and gave me a courtesy call when they were on their way. They were very fast and efficient. I'm very pleased with my service from the company.

Our deck is over 15 years old and was in need of some professional attention. I got an email about the Angie's List Big Deal for deck restoration for $199 and contacted Deck Pro. Jason returned my call on the same day and told me he would take a look at our deck in the next couple of days. He left an estimate on August 27; we scheduled the work to be done on September 8 and 9. Jason did the work just as he stated he would - cleaning it on one day and staining it on the next day. Because the size of our deck exceeded the square footage of the 'Big Deal', Jason extended the 50% discount to the additional footage. Our deck looks beautiful and brand new! We are extremely pleased with this company and would definitely recommend their work.

It went on good. They came out quickly. It was easy to schedule. They were professional and didn’t have any issues while performing the service. They cleaned up and moved the furniture in the deck.

It all went very well. He showed up on time for the estimate and later did the work on the timeline he gave us. The deck looks as good as it has in years. Will definitely use him again.

We set a date through email for the work to be done. he came on the day promised and washed the deck. He came back later after the deck was dry and did the staining. I couldn't be happier.

I never had the work done because it turns out the project was going to be much more to do than I had expected. One person came out for the estimate. The quote was an additional $200. I thought that quote was pretty pricey and I did not go through with the project. I had no problem scheduling the company to come out. They left me the quote and never contacted me back.

It took a week and a half of rain delays and storm damage, not to mention a change of color of the stain, but the deck is finally done! The final color is just right. Other than nature's roadblocks the project went well. I have one piece of advice: the colors on most brochures are not reflective of the actual finished product. Ask your deck guys where they get their stain, go to the store and look at larger (and more accurate) samples. This was very helpful.

The gentleman promptly arrived and power washed the deck next to our boat dock. After lunch when the sun had dried the deck the gentleman then painted the stain we had selected. it looks beautiful. The deck power washing and staining was performed at a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend their services.

I was going to pay with my credit card, so he was going to call me this evening to take the information. He was a very nice young man. He was going to give me 50% off that wasn't covered in the original deal which had 200ft. He was very good, he came out, and wrote up an evaluation.

The communication was poor and the contractor went out to the house without talking to me so he looked at the wrong part of the house I wanted work done. He never followed up with me.

The service provider and I spoke and I informed him that he could use my home for access to the patio deck and to knock when he arrived. He came out and did the inspection did not knock and gave this response to my Angie's List message center, "hello I stop by today and take a look at the deck. Unfortunately there is no access to the deck from the ground and it is too unsafe for ice to climb over the handrails so I will not be able to do that job. I apologize for the inconvenience and I will contact Angie's List and give you a full refund for the price sorry" It seems as though he thinks he has to use a ladder to access my deck despite the fact that I granted permission to use my home for all repairs access.
