Jason did a terrific job. He was prompt and efficient.

I found Deck Pro by using Angie's list. Jason came and gave me a quote in late August and said the earliest he could perform the work was September 14th-which was great for me because we had extensive tree removal being performed on the 15th. In any event, Jason and his brother Josh showed up on time, powerwashed the 730 sqft.deck and evaluated and determined how to repair a section of the deck. The next day the repairs and staining were completed. They did an AMAZING job and it is guaranteed for 2 years. I would really recommend Deck Pro if you need to have your deck maintained.

I contacted Deck Pro via email through Angies List. I received a repsosne to my voice mail that same day. Some one from Deck Pro came out within 2 days and provided me with the quote. I found the prcing to be very fair and competive. I ended up doing the work myself as Deck Pro was already booked out until beyond the time that my wife and I wanted to have the work done. That said, I have a lot of deck work that needs to be washed and stained at our vacation lake house and Deck Pro will be the first call I will make!

Initial appointment was set, but due to the crazy summer rain storms it was pushed back, which was no problem. They communicated the need to change and wanted to make sure it was still going to be acceptable. They did the power washing of the deck on a Monday and left me a booklet of stain choices to pick from. I advised them the color choice and they returned on Tuesday to complete the job. It looks like an almost new deck again. Great job and I will use them when it is needed to be done in 3 or 4 years.

Deck looks great! Not worried about splinters anymore. Even wear and tear from dogs eliminated. Thank you.

I purchased the "Big Deal" for deck restoration for $199. Now, I had let my deck go and I did not expect to get the full deal for $199. Jason came out and gave me an estimate for an additional $300 to refurbish (replace some rotted boards) and restain the deck. I was thrilled. We scheduled the work for a few weeks out-it was postponed due to rain but Jason kept me up to date on the details. He came out on Tues 8/4 but the outside spigots weren't on so he couldn't use his power washer. I fixed that and he came out and power washed the deck in the next couple of days. On Saturday 8/8 he replaced the boards and stained the deck. I am kicking myself for not taking 'before' pics-the deck looks sooooooooooooo much better! Jason worked his butt off and I truly appreciate all his hard work!

Deck Pro did a great job--he let me know he was here on the agreed upon date. I had some mildew on my siding and asked him what he would charge to power wash it. He said he wanted to first see if he could get it off. He did get it off and didn't charge me anything! The deck looks great and I would highly recommend them!

This was easy. We scheduled the date, he showed up like he said he would and cleaned the deck. Then he left me suggestions on colors and returned the next day, stained it and it looked great.

I contracted through a Big Deal about a week ago. They came out to see what needed to be done and realized that they had been here once before. They scheduled the cleaning for Wed., 7/22 then came back on Thu., 7/23 to apply the stain. It was all done quickly and efficiently.

I purchased a Big Deal. The weather kept delaying the appointment, but Jason was great at keeping in touch and letting me know when he would be out. The deck was really a mess and hadn't been touched in years. He power washed it, including the spindles and it looked great. He replaced and repaired a few broken spindles and gave me the answers to questions I asked. Jason provided a color book from which I could choose a stain color if I wanted rather than a clear seal. The deck looks are better than I thought possible.

First, Deck Pro was extremely professional. They return calls, did great work, were easy to do business with and provided a good value for the money. The process included a thorough power wash of my deck to prep the surface. I then had my choice of various stains (colors), I called with my selection they were there the next day to stain the deck. Other than coming home and seeing the deck stained, you would never have know anyone was there. They worked quickly, cleanly, and did a great job. If you need your deck stained I would highly recommend Deck Pro!

Not available until June 15th. I do not like the fact that you have to pay first, then find out that some contractors are too busy until a much later date. The date should be available so that the customer can decide if they want to wait that long. Job was well-done and done on the date promised.

Deck Pro did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier with the results. My decks were a mess; weathered, gray, mildewed, and downright ugly. I didn't think much could be done with them. I wish I could post 'before and after' photos because my decks have been transformed and now look like new. It's too bad an 'A' is Angie's List highest ranking because Deck Pro is A+++.

After paying on June 19th Deck Pro's scheduled my appointment for over a month later. Then changed it again to August 10th. Just decided to cancel before summer is over.

Paid extra to do the whole thing. He showed up when he said he would. He's very busy, but still responsive to our questions and concerns. He cut us a break for doing the whole deck. It looks a lot better than it did before!

Excellent guy to work with, very reasonable prices. I got estimates from two other angie's list companies and they were going to charge me $700-800 for the same job. Anyway, Jason went the extra mile to make sure he got the job done. It has been rainy recently so he had to make an extra couple of trips down here just to get everything pressure washed and stained. The deck looks beautiful. Quick, efficient, reliable, would look to him to re-stain my deck in the future.

It went really well. They were timely. Everybody was easy to work with. Just as importantly, there was a bit of a mistake in choosing the color more so on my wife and I and it that process, when they came out to do the cleaning itself of the deck, they notified us at the time that the color was a little purple and obviously was not was we were looking for so they notified us immediately before they started to paint. They had the paint store add more brown to it, which was the original intent for the deck in the first place. So they added the brown. They came back, they did the brown. Once it dried, it still had a bit of a purple hue to it and they said that they would come back and they're going to actually schedule for early July and do a completely different color free of charge. They've been extremely accommodating even though there was a mess in the beginning. The pricing was very competitive.

I called before actually buying the Big Deal to find out the cost for extra square footage and to make sure they could/would do the deck and extras in a timely manner. Jason returned my phone call promptly and answered my questions so I bought the Big Deal and, at the same time requested that they do the work the second week In June if possible. He again responded quickly and we agreed on June 17 for the power washing. He arrived promptly, moved planters off the deck for us (ones that were too heavy for us senior citizens to manage) and set to work. He would have done the staining the next day, but it rained -- and rained and rained. They did the staining on June 23 -- the first day it was dry enough to actually do the work. The deck looks lovely.
