Not well. They were paid in advance for the frame and could not show up to do the work until multiple phone calls were made and one excuse after another was given. When they finally did show up, it was not the regular installers that came to do the job. At that time they took measurements of a damaged angle iron on a boat lift and said they would return and install a new one. Once again, MONTHS went by and excuse after excuse given ---if they would even answer their phone at all. No response to emails either. They finally showed up with the "new" iron and installed it with some difficulty, having to redrill holes, etc. The very FIRST time that we tried to lift our boat out of the water, the "new" angle iron bent. We immediately took a photo and sent it to them to show them the bent iron. That was LAST fall, 2016. They have our money, but will not respond to multiple phone calls & messages and emails. We simply want our money back so we can move on. We were told by a welder that came to look at it that it was "pieced" and holes were improperly drilled. Pathetic customer relations for any business, let alone one that claims to be "family" owned----that used to mean something.

One of the scathing reviews of Lakemaster below was mine. I had bad luck with them in past years, and did not want to use them any longer. But, because they serviced the brand of lift that we have, and because they had built our dock originally and had the components at the ready for repairs, we were compelled to keep using them. Well, a couple of years have gone by, and we've used them several more times. I thought it only fair to point out that their service has markedly improved. They are more punctual, and the quality of the work, and the knowledge of their staff, is good as well. The price, while certainly not inexpensive, is a fair one. My wife and I will keep using them, and now we feel better about it. All in all, they seem to have significantly improved.

I really liked them. They did great workmanship on the retaining wall. They said it would settle about an inch. It ended up settling about 3 inches. They didn't come out and check it, but they did reimburse me for the dirt I bought to fill it.

In there defense the quality of work they do once they arrive is pretty good. The problem is getting them to do the work. They consistently fail to make appointments and when you call them to find out where they are and when they will arrive (they never call to let you know if they are running late) they constantly make excuses. When they finally got to the house they took the boat off the lift and put it in the neighbors lift and moved our lift in front of a different neighbors house to work on it then left for the day. Two days later had still not returned. The neighbor called to see when the boat would be moved. I called Lakemaster and they said it would be several weeks. I called and ask them to put the boat back on the broken lift and asked them why they had not told me there plans to begin with and they only said they were busy and encourage me to call another company if I was in a hurry. I am taking there advice.

CONTRACTED ''BUD''S COMPANY TO MOVE A BOAT LIFT. AFTER RETURNING TWICE THEY GOT IT POSITIONED CORRECTLY BUT BILLED ME FOR THE RETURN TRIP. BUD FAILED TO RETURN 6 CALLS & A LETTER. IT WAS ONLY AFTER A SECOND CORRESPONDENCE REFERRING TO POSSIBLE LEGAL ACTION DID THE BILLS STOP. IN SUMMARY, BUD''S QUICK TO RESPOND TO GET BUSINESS BUT IGNORES FOLLOW UP.
