Shawn and his crew are great! They took the time to find out what I really wanted, worked quickly and cleaned up as they went along.

They came when they were scheduled. Brought enough help for the job. Cleaned up as they went. I am extremely happy with the job they did and would certainly use them again.

I called Shawn on 9-25-07 and was able to make an appointment for 9-26-07. Shawn was very prompt and courteous. He arrived when he said he would. Shawn tested the outlet to make sure there was no major problem with the wiring. He replaced the old fixture with a new one and it took him less than an hour to complete the work. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his courteous manner. I will definitely call him for my electrical needs in the future.

When Shawn himself did the work, it was excellent. His crew, however, caused numerous problems (all minor). Each ceiling fan box was a different size, making installation of the fans (by us) problematic (one box didn't have screws that allowed mounting of a fan at all; it took us two trips to the hardware store to find something that would work). Frequently, his crew would leave service turned off (once this led to me calling the HVAC company, since when the A/C shut off, it never occurred to me if someone had turned off a switch at the blower). Clean up was inconsistent; lots of wires and insulation left around. We were really happy with Shawn's work, but his crew left a lot to be desired.

It went great! He was a super nice guy and very friendly. He showed and explained to me what exactly the problem was and also showed me how to test a GFI outlet for future reference. He was very professional throughout the job. He cleaned up everything after he was done. His price was very reasonable for the work he completed. He runs a small business, which I think makes for very personalized service. It's great because you certainly won't get that from huge companies with many different technicians. I would definitely recommended him and will be contacting him again if we ever need any further electrical work completed.

They were great! Shawn and his partner showed up on time and completed the work in a very timely manner while giving a price well below their competitors. Their craftsmanship was impeccable as they did some cabinetry work in order to make sure their installation did not not look shoddy. Fact is, the work looked like the work was done when the house was built!

My home warranty company required that I used White's Electrical (thus I only paid the deductible). I was very satisfied with the service from start to finish. Shawn returned my call within a matter of seconds and set up an appointment for the next day. He didn't have all the parts he needed, so he had to run to the supply store. He was back in a timely manner and completed the job quickly. He cleaned up after himself. He explained everything clearly in a manner that I could understand, while not sounding condescending. I would definitely call White's Electrical in the future.

These guys are GREAT! They are honest, timely, explain what needs to be done before doing it, then they explain what they did and how all the stuff works.
