White's Electrical LLC

Each time I phoned White's Electrical LLC, Shawn White, owner, answered the call himself, once on Christmas Eve while celebrating with his family. First project was to repair a broken electrical wire--$103.50. He quoted a price on the phone and arranged for Carl to visit the following day. He arrived on-time and completed the repair plus installed ceiling trrack lighting for a very nominal charge. Second project was to check electrical current problems causing a ceiling can light to explode. Travis and Brett checked voltage and electical connections but no conclusion was reached--$103.50, however, we inquired about adding two ceiling can lights in the family room which no other electrical contractor wanted to consider. Third project--Due to a pre-scheduled home rennovation, the only day we could have this work done was three days later on New Year's Eve which they readily agreed to. They asked us to select the eyeball light fixtures which they would later pick-up. They called prior to the appointed arrival time and asked for a delay due to another job which we granted. They arrived earlier than anticipated and began the work. Wiring a 21 foot vaulted ceiling presented wiring problems, however, they overcame them with two small cuts in the drywall. The job was completed to our satisfaction--$380.71. I was so impressed with everyone at White's Electrical I can't imagine using anyone else. Each phone call and service appointment concluded with a job well done, at the quoted price, by clean, friendly, competent electricians who were intent upon customer service and satsifaction. There is no question I will use them again and will recommend them to everyone.

I was given an appt time (between 1pm - 3pm). Shawn and Nolan arrived at 1pm. Both technicians were professional and friendly - even to my dog. One of the outside lights had not been previously installed correctly; Shawn took the time to make sure that the new (heavier) light was braced - looks great!

Travis and Brett were the technicians who came to fix the problem. They were friendly, pleasant, and knowledgable. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. They found a bad connection to the outlet which was causing arching and hence the heat. They re-connected the wires and put a blank cover over the outlet as it was an outlet that we never use. We will call White's again when we have other electrical needs.

We had an outlet which we were concerned about (it had shorted out three stereos in a short while), and also some pot lights and a fireplace fan that would not work. The guys thoroughly checked everything electrical in the area of the family room, including the crawlspace. When we discovered that the problem was probably behind a large, full bookcase, they helped empty it, then moved it out and fixed the problem, a bad switch. They then moved the bookcase back in place. Great service at a great price!

Shawn was able to set up an appointment for the following day to install the lights. I told him the wrong color for the junction boxes so he needed to make an extra trip. Then neither his nor our ladders were tall enough so he had to make another trip for a taller ladder. All of this and he was still able to complete the job quickly and for the cost quoted plus travel charges.

They were very responsive. They got with me right away. They cleaned up very well after themselves. The electrician did pretty much what I expected. I had complete confidence in what he was doing. I would use the company again.

Despite being a relatively new business, White Electrical LLC performed the service most capably, professionally and expediently. My wife was particularly impressed and pleased by the courtesy and conscientiousness shown by the company's proprietor, Shawn White. If and when I ever again require the services of an electrician, I won't hesitate to contact Mr. White.

I called White's Electrical in order to get an estimate to run wiring from our house to our pool area in order to power a new heat pump. Shawn answered the phone, but was busy and asked if he could call back in 40 minutes. He actually did call back in 40 minutes! He was able to schedule the estimate for the very next morning. He came out on time and provided a detailed and thorough estimate. His price was the best of the 3 we received for this job, however, he couldn't get us in for over a week and we needed the work completed sooner. That is the only reason that we didn't choose White's for this job. We'll definitely call him for the next one!

Shawn was very friendly. He came out within 24 hours of my calling him. Showed up when he said he would. Seemed very knowledgeable. Received the estimate by e-mail the next morning. His bid was very competitive-around $1500. The only slightly negative thing I could say would be that he made a couple of comments about how hard it is to find good workers which made me a little nervous. We ended up going with a different company that cost a little more but came off as slightly more professional and seemed more readily available at a moments notice. I would consider using him for future projects though.

They ordered the breaker (which another company said couldn't be ordered) and promptly installed the outlet. They cleaned up after themselves and others. (They placed all the ceiling panels back in place). The Electrician was knowledgeable, personable and went about his work. This outlet and breaker have performed excellent and we will call this company again, after we promptly send the check.

Shawn did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

Floodlight now works, intercom still does not.

Excellent. Returned call quickly & provided estimate. Offered to purchase fans/lights from my description, fantastic interpretation of my wishes. Was on time. Finished everything & cleaned up. Having him back.

Gave free estimate. Work done by Shawn and assistant in 1 day. Clean up pretty good. No problems with their work. Very prompt and punctual.

After building our fireplace mantle, we decided to install wall sconces on either side of the overmantle. The wall had electrical wiring in it, but not where we needed it. White's was able to snake wiring up from the crawlspace and out at the exact locations we needed.

It went very well and smooth. The owner came out and was supervising the job.

We move to Indiana in January. We made a number of changes in our new home and used White for all of our electrical needs. This company is one of the most honest and dependable service companies in Indiana. You can't go wrong with White!

All in all, we got what we wanted. It wasn't the lowest bid we received, but it was by far the most detailed. Service was originally to start by 8 a.m., but started at 9 instead (did call ahead of time, though).

I chose this company because I was impressed with the comments they had on Angie's List. They lived up to their reputation. They were very professional and accommodating. We have recommended them to our friends.

They are the best electrical company we've ever had. The service was excellent, the price was low, and the work was excellent. Very friendly people!

The men who came out were very courteous, did their job well. They cleaned up the mess, and made sure we were happy with their work.

Outstanding. Because of another job running long, they were a little late but the work was very, very good. The workers were excellent, they were very thorough, very professional. The cost was very reasonable for all the work performed. The workers were great and cleaned up after themselves before they left.
