Arrived on time, started work as soon as all details were explained, worked until it was completed. Carefull of antique nature of the residence.

They were fine. They call you back right away and did the work the next day itself. There was some problem after he was done with the job and he came back right away to fix the problem. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

They performed way above expectations. Knew what they were doing and pricing was very reasonable.

A representative from White's installed the surge protector on Nov. 16th. The protector was functional but its appearance left a bit to be desired. On Nov. 18th I sent pictures to the company and within an hour I received a message and a telephone call. Mr. White agreed that the installation did not meet his expectations. Another representative has since completed the work to my satisfaction. I appreciate the company's willingness to get it right. I will use this company again.

We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for two of the whole house surge protectors for our new HD televisions and other electronic equipment. We were so impressed by their professionalism we decided to have them do our other electrial work as well. They showed up on time, explained everything in detail, did all the work and even some extras, and cleaned up after themselves. Yes, they even brought their own vaccum. They were very respectful of our home and were even careful about open doors so our pets could not escape (not that they could have it any better than they have here). We are so happy we selected White's Electric and have them as our regular electrician and will tell our friends about them. Oh...we are right now!

I thought the experience of their installation went very well. The technician seemed very knowledgable. I also thought the price was a great deal. Once it started to get cold, I set my thermostat at 72 and I noticed it was still saying 66. I called my heating and air company, thinking there was a problem with my thermostat since it was just installed. They came out, and said my circuit breaker was off. This ended up costing me an additional $89. I just wish White's Electrical would have been more careful to make sure everything was working before they left.

It went well. The workers arrived an hour earlier than what had been promised, but they called ahead to let us know they were coming early. They quickly identified the problem and assessed the best way to fix it. Within an hour, we were back in hot water.

I keep White's business card at the front of my book. I have used them 3 times and they are professional, quick to respond and most of all UNDERSTANDING. I first used them as a contractor through Lowe's. They installed a very large ceiling fan for me in 2009. I was so impressed with their company that I have used them twice since. When I say understanding this is what I mean, I think I can do everything myself. I have installed many light fixtures around the house with success except for two. Once I installed a ceiling fan that did not have a proper wall switch. NO PROBLEM, I'll just change the switch. I found out quickly that I am no electrician. Three switches were connected under that plate and I managed to screw up all 3 before I called White's. They came out the next day and had the work done in no time and gave me no grief over the spaghetti wire mess hanging out of the wall. So, last week I installed another light that had an incompatible switch. It did not work with a dimmer switch. NO PROBLEM, I'll just change the switch... Three switches were connected under that plate and I managed to screw up all 3 AND shock myself pretty good before I called White's. They came out the next day.

It was excellent. They were ontime and very friendly. We will use them again in the future.

It was a really great experience. The owner actually came out and did the work. It's a company of five. I told him what was wrong, and he gave a really great, creative solution.

It went well, he replaced it very fast. I called them on a Saturday afternoon and he was there within a few horus. He inspected both the wall with the dryer and then the breaker box out in the garage. He found out that it was indeed the breaker that needed replaced. Once he replaced it he made sure that the dryer was heating (which was the reason I called; my dyer would run but would not heat). In all it took about 20 minutes.

The work was over a two day period, and James and Ron did a wonderful job. They encountered wasps and wasps stings, but continued to get the job done.I recommend White's electrical, Shawn is great to work with, and his employees are very knowledgable.

They did a great job. The guys first thought this was going to be a difficult job. My basement is finish so to add a new outlet was going to involve going into the attic or cutting lots of drywall. At this point I was thinking this was going to cost to much and maybe to just forget it. The guys stayed at it and were able to run a line through my utility room, over a wall and down through an unfinished closet. They finished in a little over an hour and at a great price.

We had been having our lights flicker on and off, some random dimming and also losing power in some areas of the house. We noticed some faint flickering but it worsened over time and we had all the power go off in several rooms one day so I decided to call White's because of their great reports. My experience was very good - they were able to come out the same day to check out the issue. Our meter box had some loose and damaged wires. They replaced the meter box entirely and check on the breaker box. We had to have IPL turn off all of our electricity from the main box but White's was able to complete the job within a couple hours. We received our bill and noticed our Angie's List discount wasn't applied so I emailed the owner, Shawn, and he promptly responded that he would apply the discount. We received a check in the mail within a couple days with the difference. I was happy about that. If I have any other electrical issues I'll be using White's.

Spoke with the owner, Shawn White, on Thursday 06/03/10. Made the appointment for the next available time which was Monday 06/07/10. Travis & John arrived promptly at the scheduled appt time of 8am. They accessed the situation and worked quickly and efficiently. They protected my floors by wearing covers on their boots and spreading blankets on the floors. They even balanced my ceiling fan after the remote sensor was installed. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would definitely use them again!

They came the same day that I had called. They were hard workers and didn't waste anytime. They made good suggestions to solve the problem.

The work was done as requested in a timely manner.

Very excellent experience from start to finish. The initial installation went without any problems - they were here on time, worked quickly and cleaned up. I had to cancel them coming back to hook up the hot tub after delivery delays, though they readily worked around that. I have already suggested them to two of my neighbors for electrical work.

The guys arrived on time and installed our transfer switch. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

The fixture the builder installed in our house started coming apart and falling off the wall. We called Shawn (owner), received an estimate, and made an appointment. We had to call the night before with a new scheduling detail. Shawn was very accommodating. The servicemen arrived on time. They wore covers over their shows without asking! This was a nice change considering we have off-white carpet. They took down the old fixture and installed the new one. They also pointed out that the new fixture requires a different type of light bulb and cut that portion off the box for us to save. They even took all the trash with them when they left. Travis and John were the servicemen. A fantastic experience, and we will certainly hire them again if we need further eletrical repairs and/or installations.

Having the electricity off in the house for a period of time is obviously an inconvenience. The guys waited to cut off power until I was logged off of the computer, which I thought was extremely courteous. They minimized the inconvenience to us as much as they could. The whole 2 days went very well. We were very happy with the work the performed, with the professionalism of the installers, their appearance and personalities. This is a good company and we will use them again when we need any electrical work performed.

Shawn and his team are fantastic. I have used White's Electrical for the last 4 years. I have never had a problem with return phone calls and have always felt their prices are fair. This particular experience was nerve wracking for me and they did their best to be accomodating and reassure me that my house was not going to burn down. They dealt with the power company, something I don't know that I could have done because I didn't know exactly what the problem was. I will continue to use White's in the future.

Great experience. We just needed some basic electrical help after our inspector said several outlets weren't grounded. They took their time and checked all of the outlets in the house, and it turned out several were in fact grounded. They fixed the others quickly, explaining to me each step as they went, and re-attached the electrical box to the side of the house as well. Really nice guys and very prompt.
