White's Electrical was great - easy to schedule the Angie's discount work. I explained that I needed a 2nd closet light and an outlet outside. The electrician was on-time and provided some great suggestions on how to DYI our landscape lighting.

The service technician showed up right on time and performed all the work in the allowed time for the special deal we purchased. He was awesome. He was very professional and performed first class work. He had a suggestion of a mounting to use for the outdoor light, which I went and purchased at the hardware store while he completed the indoor job of installing the timer. I got back with the outdoor mounting and he got that all setup beautifully. I highly recommend Whites Electrical and will use them in the future.

The work was very high quality and the price was right. I highly recommend White's for electrical work. I will hire them again because I need to get some other small things done.

I GOT A SALES PITCH AND NOT AN INSPECTION. I WAS LIED TO FROM THE BEGINNING. I payed for the inspection on this web site on Thursday September 6th. I heard nothing until Monday the 17th when someone called to schedule. That was only after I emailed them on Sunday the 16th to schedule. This web site said that the company would contact me to schedule within 2 business days. I heard nothing until I contacted them. He showed up within the agreed upon 2 hour window. He did not call first to let me know he was on the way. I have 2 big dogs and had to scramble to get them outside. These are just trifling matters anyway. I expected to see a workmen with a van or a pickup truck. Instead I saw a garishly painted Ford sedan with a young man driving who did not look or act like a repairman. He had no tools except a small little man purse. He did not even have a flashlight. He used his smartphone with an app to light things. He only had a small device which lit up when he inserted it into a socket. He only tested less than half of the receptacles in the home. He looked at the circuit breaker panel and said right away that It had to be replaced. He said that It had been painted over. That is fine and dandy because I expected an inspector to try to sell me on upgrades. I quickly realized that this was a salesman and not a repairman. I thought this was supposed to be an inspection and an estimate of any needed work but instead I get a used car salesman who tried to pressure me into getting $1950 worth of work that in my opinion was not needed. He quoted me a price of $1749 for a complete panel replacement with surge protection included even though this website has a buy now deal of $849 for that exact work. When I asked him about the deal, he claimed to have no knowledge of such a thing and implored me not to do a buy now deal on this website. He said he had to verify if the deal was valid or not. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I WAS NOT BORN YESTERDAY! I sent him on his way with nothing to show for his time at all. Since I only payed 39 bucks then I guess I got my money's worth. I really wanted a knowledgeable repairman who could have done some minor work on the spot. I got a salesman instead. Maybe I am being too harsh considering they did not get my business but I felt like this company is hungry for new customers and really hungry for lots of profit. I do not think he had my best interests at heart. Save the sales tactics for the used car lot. The thing that disturbs me the most is the fact that when I asked him questions, I felt as if his answers were less than truthful and he just wanted me to buy his company's services. I can tell when a company is looking out for it's customers and when profit is it's main motivation. If the customer is treated right then the profits will come. I do not like being made to feel insecure in my own home. I should have expected this when their headquarters is a posh downtown office and not something more humble. Any company that sends sales people out in ugly painted up cars cannot have the customer first in their thinking.UPDATE*****-ON 11-7-12, MR.SPARKY CAME OUT FOR A SERVICE CALL ON SOMETHING UNRELATED AND SAID MY BREAKER PANEL WAS IN PERFECT SHAPE AND THAT IT WAS COMMON FOR THEM TO BE PAINTED OVER. THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF LIARS AND CHEATS. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PANEL AT ALL. EVERYTHING OUT OF THIS MAN'S MOUTH WAS AN OUTRIGHT LIE!! IF YOU ARE READING THIS, I HAVE THIS TO SAY TO WHITE'S ELECTRICAL: YOUR SCAM DID NOT WORK!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE YOU BRIBED TO WRITE SUCH GLOWING REVIEWS?

It went great, they were very quick.

They fixed a hall light that would only work one way. I had initially wanted them also to install a programmable thermostat, but after talking to them I decided to wait for my HVAC person to install it. They also checked out the fuse box.

We needed a chandelier and twin dimmer switches installed. They came out the same day, installed all things I asked and were finished in an hour.

Came out and did what he suppose to do and was worth the money. Did a great job!

They inspected the short, and told us we needed to replace the entire electrical box but there estimate was extremely high. We ended up going with another contractor who fixed the issue for half the price.

Electrician arrived a few minutes late but immediately started work. He was very efficient and completed all tasks satisfactorily. About tree weeks later I had a problem with the kitchen fan that was completely my fault. I called White Electric and the same electrician came to my home and corrected the problem at no charge. I am totally satisfied with work ,and professionalism.

I couldn't give them As in punctuality as they never showed for their first appointment. Apparently, whomever took the appointment did not communicate that information to the correct people. As a result, my husband had to wait for them twice. Other than that, they were great. We would use them again

It went really well, they did everything that was needed done. They were very professional, and explained everything to me.

Good experience from start to finish.

Due to cross bracing in the ceiling where the can light had to go, a shallow can light was used that did not exactly match the others in the ceiling. Additionally a much smaller bulb had to be used that looks much smaller than the other bulbs in use. We are happy with the service performed, but not with the visual results which we have found we cannot alter.

Additional work time was required beyond the 2 hour Big Deal and at $125 per hour that makes me reluctant to use this company again.

No compliants, punctual and professional. I would use them again.

The company has somebody out quickly, he replaced a few plugs and said i was fixed, then the power didnt go to the plugs, again, and he came back out but this time charged me over 200 dollars. And the problem still isnt fixed

He was on time and nice. But was probably at our house 20 minutes. Didn't feel like we got our money's worth.

Electrician completed many of the items I needed completed inside the 2-hour time frame.

I purchased a coupon for 2 hours of electrical work for $99.00. I had no trouble scheduling an appointment that was convenient for my mother-in-law. I had previously purchased a replacement bath fan motor. When the electrician arrived, he assessed the two items we had scheduled for repair. He provided a written estimate outlining the time and work required for both items which included my coupon. An additional $125.00 was charged, which included time and materials needed. The garage light outlet was rewired so that the garage door opener may work independently of the garage light switch. The bath fan motor was replaced.

They worked very efficiently and did a good job.

The technician was on time and performed the work in an expeditious manner.

It was a very good experience overall as they were very accomodating of my schedule and worked hard when they were at the house, working hard for the whole 2 hours included in the deal. The 2 Hours of Electrical Service Deal was $99 and the extra parts (new outdoor outlet, breaker) were an extra $40.
