They called before they showed up to tell us they were a half hour away, and showed up on time. They worked diligently and didn't waste any time getting started. Our home was built in 1940, so we had numerous "odd" unexplained electrical issues we couldn't figure out. They problem solved quickly, and were very knowledgeable. Everything they fixed is currently still working! When they were finished, they walked us through everything they fixed and explained what they did and why.

They did troubleshooting on on a previous installed but not working ceiling fan. They came out, took it down, and reinstalled it. They knew exactly what to do! He was willing to be flexible and honor the Big Deal for this work. They did a good job!

IAs noted, recommendations were made during routine inspection for space panel and surge protector (due to scorched area of wall near current box) as well as a dedicated line for one of our TVs. Everyone involved was punctual, polite and efficient. I believe it was "Tom" who diagnosed problem of TV flickering when lights/fans/doorbell in random areas of house were turned on/off. Even though these were not on the same line as the TV in question, they recommended installing a dedicated line for the TV. However, problem still ocasionally occurs. I have not followed up with the company.

They installed a ceiling fan in our bedroom which had 10 foot ceilings. They even had ladders that reached that high and were able do everything in one visit. Even when fan did not work right, technician figured out our wiring problem and got it working. They did a good job. He even did the job after hours late in the evening.

I bought the Angie's list deal, and understood the vendor would call within 2 biz days. White's Electrical reached out that day, and I had a scheduled service call within 1 business day. The techs arrived on time, and called before arrival (I so appreciate that!). They evaluated the work and got busy immediately. Within an hour they had completed the work that I had been waiting for two weeks to be completed by another.

The electrician called beforehand as requested and advised his time of arrival. He surveyed the tasks and set about them working within the pre-paid two-hour window. The work was well done and the electrician cleaned up the work areas afterwards. While he was there, I had him look at two other potential jobs, one in the house, one in the barn. He provided a quote for labor and a list of recommended materials to purchase for each job. We'll definitely be using White's service again.

It turned out great. They were willing to honor the coupon. The workers worked very quickly and efficiently, and I would recommend them.

They came out and one guy told me he was not going to charge me for additional parts like amps but that was not the case. The person who took his place really tried to nickel and dime me. I did have to hire someone else to re do their work. I would never use them again.

We got a discount for being a member. This is the first time I used them. They were the less expensive of 2 companies, and did the same day services. They work is guaranteed if something happens they will come out and fix it. It took about 15 minutes to install.

They were fantastic! We were a little nervous having a 100 year old home and what to expect with these repairs. The service man that came out was very informative and straight forward about what needed to be fixed. We were also worried about the cost, but they offered us a very reasonable payment plan that we were able to manage and get the repairs done. We've had no issues, and I recommend them to everyone!
