He did an electrical inspection. He gave me some suggestions, however I felt he was trying to sell me on some things that I wasn't comfortable doing.

Very well. It just took a long time to schedule installation.

Called to have a ceiling fan hardwired and installed. Two electrician's came out the next day and put the wire in for the fan. I felt the price was great and they did a good job. I would call them again.

It didn't go badly, the salesperson just wasn't interested in listening or understanding our needs and position. It wasn't a financial issue although the pricing was high, more a timing issue. When I said "that's impossible" it really didn't register. If a salesperson doesn't want to listen, it's because they've been coached to ignore what the customer wants. Steer clear....

They did good work when they got here, but the first scheduled appointment I specifically specified that I needed to leave by a certain time and that they needed to get here on time. That message was never relayed so we had to reschedule.

They emailed me and let me know right away that they did not service my area so I could get a refund.

Overall, it went badly. 39.00 spent and not able to reschedule an appointment.

The electrician was prompt, courteous, and clean. He explained what needed to be done and gave me the special rate, even though the promotion had expired. Overall great experience.

Electrician arrived on-time and began to work. Encountered a minor issue where a very all ladder was required that he did not have on his truck. He used my 24' extension ladder with some degree of difficulty just so he could finish the job. He worked very dilegently installing dimmer switches and LED light bulbs in vaulted ceiling fixtures. I was very satisfied with his commitment to get the job done. There was some confusion about paying for expensive travel time, but, the owner said it was a mistake and all ended well. I have used White's Electrical numerous times and they are easy to work with and do a good job.

He spent 20 minutes doing an electrical analysis and gave me an estimate of the work to be done.

It was done in a very short period of time. The guys were very professional and nice. I would use them again.

He kept me informed, was punctual and worked fast. I will definitely use White's Electrical again when the need arises.

They called to provide ETA. Two men arrived and quickly fixed my problems.

They said they would do the estimate, but they didn't do it. I called again to request an estimate, and they said they would, but I never heard from them again.

They arrived on time - actually early. They gave me a call before they were going to arrive so I could leave work and meet them. They were very nice, very pleasant and very professional. They asked for my input when needed and offered excellent suggestions for how high the lights should be placed. My only complaint was they left me with all the old light fixtures and boxes from the new light fixtures. They said they normally take them with them, but their truck was full because they had scaffolding in it for the next job. Other than that, they were great and I would use them in the future.

I purchased the Angie's List $99.00/2 hour deal. The two electricians, Travis and Luke, called prior to the appointment time to ask if it was ok to come a little early since they were finished with their previous job. They arrived about 40 minutes before the appointment time which worked out great for me. They replaced an existing ceiling fan and did a fabulous job of dealing with the issues along the way because I have an older home. They also replaced an overhead light in the kitchen. They were very considerate of protecting my floors.I appreciate their knowledge, professionalism and patience.

There was some lighting they couldn't put in because of the slope in my roof so there was some price adjustment there. Before I paid I asked the salesman to give me a break down of the cost and they were totally inaccurate with one of them. I felt that they overcharged. There was inaccuracy on the time they charged me for. They did an excellent job. The one gentleman that did most of the work was very efficient, I rate him an A+. I could have called them and argued on it, because it was a couple hundred dollars more, but I decided I would just never use them again. The quality was excellent, I have no complaints there. The only complaint is that the cost was in excess. There was a switch that went bad in the bathroom, they came back out and replaced the switch that was shorting out. Their professionalism is excellent but I squabble with the amount of hours they put down.

It went well, but we decided not to have the work done yet.

They came out and did the inspection because I had a specific electrical issue. I needed to add some breakers because I was having a tripping issue. So, they added the breakers and it was pretty affordable.
