The technician arrived on time and promptly introduced himself. He was very efficient and courteous during his time here at our residence. He installed the fan quickly and gave us a quick overview of how the fan functioned. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great experience! I would highly recommend them to anyone! On time, very friendly and knowledgeable. During the outside install he even tossed the ball with my dog. Clean work!!

There were some rough edges at the beginning of the experience, so this installation required intervention by the owner and a second trip. However, he was very easy to work with, apologizing for the error, and correcting it. For that reason, I did not downgrade the company in my ratings. On the initial visit, the installer was under the mistaken impression that Code prevented him from putting the new van in the same position in which the old one had functioned for several decades. He was sympathetic, but adamant, that it was illegal and unsafe to use that position (over a completely enclosed shower stall--with a full ceiling and walls). The fan would have been completely separated from any moisture from the shower, so it was not like putting over an open tub or shower. I checked the actual Code after he left, believing that he was wrong. Indeed, he was incorrect. I called the company, and the owner agreed with me, saying that some of the installers did not have as much experience as he would like. He promptly scheduled a return visit, which completed the installation. My only surprise was that because the new fan had a smaller footprint than the old one, it left me with an exposed hole in the ceiling drywall that I had to repair myself. I understand that, but I would recommend including that information in the marketing description of the offer, since one would normally expect "installation" to leave the project looking finished, rather than having a hole in the ceiling.

Even came back when we had a minor problem we thought was part of the installation and solved it for us at no extra cost. We will use their services in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.

They responded quickly to my e-mails and they were very polite. They sound like they are a good company but the big deal was not what I wanted and therefore I prompted a refund from Angie's List. The only reason I would not use them in the future is because their location is not all that close to me!

Electrician was professional in completing the job, answered our questions and returned for a thorough inspection of electrical outlets to insure all working correctly.

The offer was only good for an outdoor outlet where there was on the interior wall outlet on the other side. They were very polite and professional.

Both gentlemen were friendly and worked diligently. One went into the extremely hot attic without complaint to complete the job. I think the work fit in the 2 hours purchased as part of the Big Deal (2 people x 1 hour). If it went over, the extra expense must have seemed fine at the time.

The electrician arrived on time. He was professional and gathered all the information about the job upfront. I had numerous timer and dimmer switches installed.

Bought one of those Angie's list specials for $1500 plus some additional cost I was expecting. They had more fees that I could expected and it was all or none. I was unable to come up with the extra funds so I lost the all the money. I called Angie's list and they were going to check in on it. I made a stupid last minute decision because it was one of those last chance things.

The ceiling fan they installed is very quiet and the electrician that came out was very courteous and worked very quickly.

The work was done exactly as requested, on time. They did forget to install the surge protector in the panel initially, but when i called about it, they were out the next morning to rectify the oversight. I had been quoted a much higher price to do similar work previously, so I was very pleased with the price as well as the quality of service.

Arrived at stated time and efficiently completed job and cleaned up after himself.
