While remodeling a bathroom, found some electrical issues behind the wall. Had to have the work halted until professional could look at it. White's were very responsive and came the day after we called. We ended up having the entire house rewired. Very professional and easy to work with. We would use them again.

Very polite, professional, and trustworthy. Work was completed in a timely manner and dry wall repaired. Only issue was the sticker shock (price)... but, very satisfied with their work A+

Don and John showed up on time and got right to work. They were incredibly quick at putting up the scaffolding and changing the fixtures. They were a great team and the new lights look great. It was pretty expensive for how short the job was--- probably less than 30 mins they were in and out-- but I think that's pretty much the going rate when scaffolding is required. They were professional and courteous and I would definitely use them again for any future electrical/lighting jobs.

This project was scheduled and completed some time ago, but to the best of my memory it was a good experience. Scheduling was easy, the electrician arrived on time and was friendly and efficient. The work was completed quickly and without any problems.

Electrician shorted out wire, needed to make large hole in wall to fix wire. Left without dealing with repair, so I withheld funds. I had to call contact to get answer as to when repair of wall would occur. That did not complete doe almost 6 weeks. While the electricians were there, i requested a quote for an emergency generator. The person who provided that service, Sam came and met with me. I've made numerous calls to Sam as well as a few e-mails, with no response on a follow up. I ended up getting some quotes from other Angie's list contractors, and the work has been given to someone else. Their loss.

The gentleman arrived promptly and completed the work in amazing time dispite the cold weather. He was exceeding nice.

Work was exceptional. Only hitch occurred when main electrician left coworkers to finish kitchen and bath. required main electrician to return to fix a couple of problems. He did so very promptly. This is probably the best electrician with whom I have worked. He outlined in detail what would be done and how. It met my approval entirely. I have done a lot of my own work and obtained a home owners license from Marion County to do a bath rewire as part of a total bath remodel. This man has been in the business for a long time and is up to date on current electrical codes for residential service.

White electrical did a great job. we bought a second one at the same time. No leaks. thanks

Tom came out to provide an estimate on the day I called. Once we agreed on the price, we scheduled the work to be done about one week later. The two Whites electricians, (Mike and Matt) came to the house at the appointed time and day and they were very courteous and professional. They wasted no time getting to work. Everything they did was done well. While they were in the attic for the installations, they noticed a small leak in our roof and made sure I was aware of the problem. (Not good news to be sure but it was important for me to know.) Because our bathroom ceiling would need extemsive repair after the new lights and ceiling were installed, he recommended a drywall/painting contractor and facilitated the arrangements and pricing for me. He arranged it so that they came in within a day or so of the bathroom ceiling exhaust fans and lights so that we could be sure to have the bathroom done within the span of a few days.

The guy came and installed; everything was fine. They ran the big deal but they didn’t get the part for weeks and weeks later. It took them a while to get the item because they didn’t have it in stock.

In and out and had no complaints.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Hired to conduct an inspection, receive quotes on four jobs, and hire them to perform three -- replace all of our exposed knob and tube wiring with romex, install outdoor lighting in our backyard and upgrade our fuse. They did it all, did it in one day and stuck to their estimate, even though the knob and tube job turned out to be a bit bigger than expected. After completion, I had some concern about a few missed knob and tube wires, they came out the next day at no additional charge and took care of it.

They were polite, arrived on time, work quickly and didn't leave a mess.

The experience was great. I called Whites Electric on Monday and the scheduler gave me a window of 8-10 on Wednesday morning. The scheduler asked me if I had a replacement and I said I ddi. A few minutes after 8:00 on Wednesday, Luke called to let me know that he was about 10-15 minutes away. He arrived right on schedule. I showed him to the bathroom and he competed the work in just under an hour. He removed all the rugs from the bathroom floor and used a drop cloth to cover the fixtures. He cleaned up everything after the work was complete. Except for the different "look" of the new fan/light, I would never have known he was there. It was well worth it. I could have done the work myself, but it would have taken me 2-3 times longer and I could not have done any better. I would not hesitate to call Whites Electric again.

The electricians that showed up were clean and professional. They asked what we wanted, evaluated our situation and went straight to work. They were very efficient. A year later, everything is still working perfectly.

They were very pro-active in the scheduling of the appointment, and on time for the appointment. Even though I furnished the new fixtures, they cleaned up the work site and hauled off the two fixtures so I wouldn't need to. The two electricians were very pleasant and courteous. Very professional! This is the second time I've used White's Electrical, and have been very pleased with both times.

It went very well, they were prompt and completed work.

The work was done as expected, always punctually, and very accommodating on rectifying unexpected issues with one of the three Hunter ceiling fans installed. I will definitely look to use this company again for electrical services.

The company was prompt and efficient. My only complaint was that the technician was not very pleasant - sort of like he resented having to do his job - however the actual installation was well done with no problems.

He was very helpful and gave us information about our existing electrical.

Install was a challenge as getting to that steep section of the roof was not easy. Run from breaker box was longer than typical due to size of house. They were not able to complete the install the first trip, but did get back within a week. I was concerned that it did not melt the first light snow, but they came out, checked they system and explained how it worked and what triggered the heat. Winter in 2011-2012 was not severe enough to test the system, but the snow in December 2012 was significant and it worked perfectly. No more ice dams, no more roof repairs, no more ceiling damage. Well worth the money.

It was the first time I had used them. They took out a ceiling fan and installed and new light fixture in the kitchen nook. They also rewired some plugs.

They were bright, quick, and definitely knew their wiring. The lead guy was smart and demonstrated experience. A MINOR frustration was that they were 30 minutes early and stood around for a while (on the clock), but they were quick so it didn't cost me extra. The guy wasn't Mr. Personality, but like I said, he was super good at electrical.

When the guys from Whites Electrical came out they let me know the deal I purchased wasn’t conducive for my home. They recommended getting the work looked at by a specialist that they recommended. I’ve just had a hard time getting in touch with the specialist.
