My tankless water heater needed to be cleaned. I made a call to Downing Plumbing and made an appointment for Sunday between 9-11am. The technician called me at 8:15 to make sure I was home and came by right around nine. He knew exactly what to do, and also made some adjustments for me. The tankless water heater is working great. Very good service, knowledgeable, polite, and answered any questions that I had. Recommend highly. Great job guys.....

It turned out to be a difficult job., a drain that did not want to unclog. They stuck with it, were a local company, professional. They called back promptly, showed up when they said they would and stayed until job was done even though it was Friday afternoon and evening. The person sent was a licensed plumber as well as expert drain unclogger, and a trainee/apprentice who helped advance the job. Late in the job another even more experienced plumber appeared to help. hey earned every penny. Only regret - it is a non-union shop.

Totally sold on this company! Not just on time but the tech was able to come early. I thought I was just getting an estimate but the tech was able to do everything that day...I didn't even have to shop for the fixtures. Workers were very friendly, respectful & careful of my home. I will not hesitate to call them again. Response time to my call was one minute....really.

After my email request for service I was contacted, by phone, and the person was very helpful. she provided me with a tech arrival time and said she would contact me when the tech was on the way. The tech was very respectful of my home. He wore shoe covers while he was in the home to prevent the mess from the outside being tracked in. He inspected my plumbing issues and told me what needed to be fixed. He identified more trouble then I was aware of which saved me from having future problems. He cleaned up his entire work area before leaving. I am pleased with my entire experience and would recommend this plumbing service.
