They do a good job. I haven't really compared the price a whole lot.

Outstanding, BJ's had a technician on-site within 3 hrs & fixed it 2 hrs later....TIM BOMAN IS AN OUTSTANDING TECHNICIAN!!!

BJ sent a tech out on the weekend to check my AC this summer. Found it low on charge and added refrigerant. Did not charge me for weekend call. Unit acted up again a couple days later. They sent out another tech who checked operation again, looked for leaks and added more refrigerant. The owner, Barry, made contact with me and I asked for a complete system quote. Prompt, reasonable and they handled all the financing and rebate paperwork. Can't swear they're the cheapest, but I've dealt with other companies and I will be calling BJ if I ever need something moving forward. Great follow up after the installation to make sure I was satisfied as well.

Service man arrived on time - went to work / completed in a timely manner/ mentioned additional repairs needed ,explained problem to my satisfaction, I gave permission to performed additional work / it was completed. I paid and he left. I was very happy with this service tech's work.

They always do a good job. They show up on time and they always call and let you know if they are held up in traffic. They wear booties when they come into your house - they are very good.

Service provider was great and a really likeable individual. I was certain that like a lot of companies I was going to be gouged. Told that I'd need a lot of repairs or even a new replacement. I was sooooo relieved that it was so minor and wouldn't cost much. Great to know that there are still honest people and companies that value great service at a reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone needing heating and air conditioning needs. Thank Goodness I checked on Angie's List before calling an repairman.

Service man showed up on time and installed the item within 15 minutes furnace is working perfectly now.

They are amazing. I felt like the team that came out were personable, they made me aware of my options and they were very upfront about their pricing. They also offer a warranty plan of 1 to 10 rental units. The warranty plan helps in painting AC units an hour and furnaces. They are very honest, very clean, and very thorough and i have really appreciated their hard work. I have actually recommended them to my in laws to put in water furnaces and heaters.

went great, we have BJ to clean our units annually so this year with our furnace working on its last leg and being17 years old along with the air, we were talking with them (BJ) about replacement. They gave us a good price so we decided to have both replaced. The gentlemen were here on time, wore booties and place down mats where they were in and out of doors. They wasted no time in getting everything done. Doug has even filed our warrenty for us and sent in a rebate for Duke energy. Above and beone what anyone has done for us before. Lets hope the furnace and air are as great as the insallers and sales personal at BJ.

The technician was one of the senior guys and he was great. He's very personable and made sure to give me all the costs related to the options that I had. There was a chance that there were going to be more serious issues with my unit because it had actually frozen over, so he was worried about the refrigerant. My HVAC unit still uses the old type, but since they don't make it anymore, I would have had to buy a whole new unit if my refrigerant was out. It turned out that my refrigerant was okay, so I was able to get away with just replacing the circuit board. I'm really pleased with his work and his professionalism.

We could not be more delighted with their service. They kept our ancient furnace mostly going over the weekend - four trips out, for which they only charged for the first one. They were able to tell us within 15 minutes when a technician would be there when they called, even when they were booked up for hours (lots of emergency calls, and all the heating companies were slammed). They were honest about the condition of our furnace, and ultimately installed a new one for a very reasonable price, and inside of one working day. The new furnace is working like a dream, and they went way out of their way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible during the whole process.

We've been having some minor issues with our furnace, so I called BJ this morning to see if someone could come check it out. Was told someone would be here at 2:00, and he arrived right at 2pm! He was very friendly and helpful. Did an excellent job of answering questions and explaining what was going on. We do need to replace our nearly 20 year old unit, but I did not feel like he was trying to sell me something.

I called 2-3 other places, but this company effectively communicated exactly what we could do. We were able to get energy efficiency savings, and they completed all of the necessary paperwork. They did a great job installing our furnace and checked back with me often. I was very happy with this company.

We called BJ's as we have used them before and we purchased the unit from them some time ago. They send someone out that day. He immediately found the problem and replaced the part. We also discussed what was needed for our home because we have condensation problems. The repairman was professional and knowledgeable. We would use this company again, and have for many years.

Our AC was sounding terrible and not keeping the house as cool as it should. I called BJ Heating and Cooling and they got a technician right out, a few hours after I made the call. The unit was old... coughing and hacking the whole way. We got our new unit installed the very next day. They were prompt, extremely courteous and answered any and all questions I presented to them. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They're good people to work with. They made the whole process as painless as possible, from beginning to end....from office staff to the technicians.

These guys are great. They found that our ancient gas furnace was leaking major amounts of carbon monoxide and helped us through the process of choosing a new system. They provided all the information we needed to make our decision and weren't pushy at all. When the day came to install they were on time, professional, neat, and extremely quick. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job. All of their people were friendly and went out of their way to do everything they could to make sure we were happy. They come out and do semi-annual inspections and are always thorough and friendly. I'd highly recommend them. They spoke to us in easy-to-understand terms and were patient with my questions, giving clear undertandable answers even though I my knowledge about HVACs is limited. They obviously cared about doing a good job and staying in business long-term.

B-J sent a technician out to our home the next day after we called. Technician performed the work quickly, and explained what he was going to do, and what he did after the service was performed. Just textbook in communication skills- He told us what he was going to do and why that needed to be done.

They really stand by their product. They have great customer loyalty. Their service people are very kind, pleasant and on time. They are here when they say they are going to be.

They quickly responded to my call for an estimate. I was their customer after all, and I expected no less. They installed an A/C Unit and Heat Pump. The Bryant unit is working fine and I look forward to many years of heating and cooling comfort.

They are pretty good and they do a nice job. They are reasonably priced. They are prompt. Their responsiveness is pretty good. Their punctuality is good. Their professionalism is very good too. They were excellent. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Response was Exellent on 100 degree day ... came out within 90 minutes of my phone request. Provided us a total installation replacement system of our 20+ year old system With a Brand new HEAT PUMPBryant... The price was initially higher than I wanted but we agreed on a great Cash Price. with gurantee No Extra fees if something comes up during the process. Service was performed next day and they stay 10 hours to get the job done..... A follow up Phone call was given by the Mgr / Owner... I expressed I did not like the color of the ugly baby blue support blocks so without hesitation they replaced that 1 day later. And all was perfect. Well its been 3 weeks and the system i working great. I would suggest them to anyone who is ready to make a move to a new Heat pumpThe 2 man crew was courtoeus and did not interupt my familly while she was busy babysitting her kiddos.
