We always hate to hear from anyone who isn't 100% satisfied with their project. In this case the customer emailed us about gnats and we wrote back with an offer to come by and check it out. We didn't get any response from the customer and then we see this review. We work very hard around here to make sure our customers love the results and hopefully you can see that in the 85 A reviews on our profile. I know we're never perfect, but this is a bit of a premature review. We couldn't be one of the largest and highest rated window companies in Indianapolis without having systems for everything. We have a system that we follow when someone raises a concern and it looks like we followed it here. This customer emailed us about a concern, we wrote back with both a suggestion and and offer to come out and inspect the work. We didn't receive any response to our offer and then this pops up. I don't know if the gnats are coming in through the windows or not, but I do know we could figure it out quickly and easily. If the customer wanted a solution they could have taken us up on our offer to help. We were ready willing and able to help out before and we still are. This is a great example for anyone with any concern about a project. The best solution is to reach out to the company, explain what is going on and ask them how they might address it. If they offer to help then you're on the road to a solution. If you ignore their emails and then write bad reviews you're on the road to having gnats in your house for a very long time. Nobody wants that. ;-) Our team members work very hard to make sure all of our customers are thrilled. They all read the reviews and take pride in our reputation. I'm sorry that this member has an issue with bugs in her house. I'm not sure that ignoring our offer to check it out while writing negative reviews about us is the best strategy . We're completely happy to check it out and we still are. One of the owners of our company emailed her again today to remind her that we are still happy to help with any concern. Remember, it is always possible that you could have a concern with your project at the end. I'm proud that our company is always here to address any and all concerns to make sure our customers are glad they worked with us. That's what we did here and that's what we'll always do because we're the kind of company that takes customer service seriously.
