Came on time and did an excellant job..

Equipment eventually dies when it gets old, and it's time for something new to come along. That's when you call Williams Comfort Air. I'm sure you can look at their ratings and realize [that] as a company, they know what they're doing and make life good - - that distinction is important. There are always people (in any field) who know what they're doing, but they're unable to actually apply it. Care to remove all doubt - as to whom to call? Williams. Now: their ratings show I'm not the only one championing their cause. How do you get the cream of their crop? Insist upon getting Chad & Joe. Even if you have to wait, I'd still ask for them. They know what they're doing, they're neat, clean, organized, tolerate & answer stupid questions if you want to increase your knowledge of how things work. I believe in letting people know what type of service I've received. But I also like to name names. Note to Chad & Joe's supervisor/manager ~ I'm not going to fill out the paper evaluation. Hopefully, this will suffice ~ more people will know about. Reward these guys. You might not want to shell out for race tickets, then ship'em to the track for time trials, car setup tests on the track, Carburator Day, etc. Buy them a couple of sandwiches, a few brewskies, etc. Let them feel the same way they make us feel. Hurry - if you wait too long, you'll have to wait for another year. They'll still do an excellent job, but they probably enjoy the track a bit more. Chad & Joe: If your boss doesn't say something about this, then print it out and hand it to them. Thanks again for your help!

We attended the local home shows and discussed options with several companies. Decided to go with Williams based on price and reputation. All in all a good experience and equipment is working very well.

They were very helpful. The easier place for them to do the work was close to the house. They took extra trouble to put it far away from the house so that it didn?t interrupt any of the landscaping. I know I made it more difficult for them; but there was no extra added price for being more difficult for them. They just did the work and were very pleasant about it. I really appreciate that they didn?t rip up the lawn. My overall experience with both of them was good. I did have complications with the second thermal system. When I called them they were out here within half an hour. They took care of everything that day. They were very reliable. I would use them in the future.

We really liked their service. The installation was neat and clean. Our new furnace is a lot more efficient than our old one and we really like the humidifier as well. They sell a great product.

They have been great! I have liked doing business with them. They are very professional. I've been using them for about 8 or 9 years.

I was very impressed with the service technician "Chris". I found him to have excellent skills at explaning what he found and recommending solutions. The degree to which Chris inspected the furnace and ancillary devices was both amazing and comforting. I am pleased with the this service technician.

Overall, the experience was good. They actually had to send two different people two different times, but it was a tough problem. They arrived on time both times, were professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They weren't inexpensive, but the quality of the work was good. In the end we were very happy with them.

Contacted mid-March and sales representative came out quickly. Gave quote for furnace, thermostat and super heater install. Best of three quotes. Added new water heater and new pump. Asked for install date for two weeks in future and everything was installed in one day with no mess anywhere.

The furnace was turned a way that was making it hard for me to reach the filter. They were nice enough to turn it around for me so I could reach it. They did some extra things for me at no charge, which I appreciated. They were very nice and polite. They communicated well on when they would come back and everything.

mark clem came out to give me a estimate for what i was looking for. no hard sell on anything.set up insall dates showed up on time and stayed untill job was done and cleaned up after themselves.did and excellant job really quite satified with whole experiance.

The technition called before he came,arrived on time, and got right to work. He took care to not bring any dirt into the home as he went back and forth to his truck, and he finished the replacement quickly, considering the complexity of the job. He took time to point out a few maintenence items that I didn't have to attend to right away, but might want to do in the future, and didn't pressure me to do them right then...which I appreciated. It's so nice to know that you can trust an installer, as I was working at home on the second floor the day he came, and the work was being done in the basement. I just said come up and see me when you're finished! I highly recomment Williams Comfort Air, to everyone I know.

The only reason I used them is because they were the company, who originally installed the furnace. I haven?t done a lot of research. Other than the fact that they always show when they are scheduled, I can?t recall that they ever told and have not shown up. They never tell you the exact time they are going to be here; they usually give you a window, where they give you a schedule between 12:00 noon or 3 PM something like that. I have no negative comments. I will give them a B on price because I have seen getting coupons and asked people who offered it, does it for less, I know they are less than what I paid; but those are one time specials or coupons.

They knew what they were doing. They did what they said they would do. They were very efficient and clean. They came when they said they were going to come. I got couple of prices and their price was good. I will definitely use them again.

They always do a good job and if they don't they will make it right for you. There is no hassle.

I called them to see if I could transfer those free services to my new home and initially they said yes and I made an appointment on April 1st. Then, I just got a call back a few hours later saying that they couldn't transfer those services because it was all part of that "program" I had purchased with the new air conditioner and furnace. It would have been one thing if they had said no from the beginning, but to make an appointment and then to call back and just they've changed their minds was very professional. I even told them I was willing to work with them and have them on board as my heating & air for my new home and they just didn't care.

They did an excellent job. They were very easy to work with and finished the job sooner than planned. They cleaned up when they were done. Explained how to work all the new equipment. I would highly recommend them to others.

The company was very good about setting up a late afternoon (3:30) appointment to accommodate my schedule. Aaron came to our house and was on time, prepared, and professional. He wore shoe covers anytime he was inside the house. Aaron was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He allowed me to walk with him as he ran various tests and was great in answering any and all questions I had. Aaron ran air flow testing on each duct and air return. He also inspected the crawl space, as well as all of the duct work under my house. The inspection included testing using an infrared camera, which identified cold spots and registered temperature differences, inside the house. Aaron also went into the attic and inspected the insulation and air returns. After waiting approximately 2 weeks, I called Aaron to see about getting my report. At the time, he couldn?t remember being at my house. I jogged his memory and he told me he would get back to me, because he did not have the paperwork with him. After trading voicemails for a few days, I finally got back in touch with Aaron. He told me the largest issue identified was my furnace as not being large enough to push the warm air to the far end of our home. The remedy for this was a new furnace. Since we just bought a new furnace 5 years ago, we have decided not to buy a new one. Aaron also sent an estimate to replace our cold air return duct work in the amount of $800. We have chosen to call other heating and air companies for estimates. We were disappointed there was no actual report with photos and explanations on the findings, since the energy efficiency audit ran $245. UPDATE: One of the owners with Williams Comfort Air, Tom Doll, called me to discuss my experience with the company. He was extremely interested in my thoughts and worked with me to ensure my experience ended on a good note with the company. Tom is coming to my house to look at the issue regarding warm air getting to the far end of our home sufficiently to maintain a constant temperature throughout the house. In my opinion, this shows the level of service this company will provide and their interest in making sure the customer is taken care of. I appreciate the level of concern regarding customer service and am updating my scores appropriately. Thanks, Tom!

They were prompt to meet with me and to gather the information that was needed to come up with a price for such a large and complex job. The sales staff were very informed and able to answer all of my questions. The installation crew were equally professional and sensative to our comfort during the installation process. I am very pleased with the way the entire process was handled and can highly recommend them for any HVAC work or replacement.

Williams Comfort Air would have charged me $93 for the service they performed but I was still covered under warranty. I was disappointed because they showed up an hour and a half late for the appointment. They had said they would show up between 12 and 3 and showed up at 4:30. The work itself was pretty good. Once I'm not covered under warranty anymore I will probably switch companies.

They did an excellent job with the installation of the equipment. I believe that one component was not available so we got an upgrade for the same price. They are not the least expensive but you are going to get a quality job.

Williams Comfort Air did a great job. They are very professional and do a good job at a reasonable price. I had specific issues and the came up with good solutions to the problems.

They came out to check our furnace which was not putting out enough heat. We determined that we needed a new furnace/heat pump/ac because the unit was 22 years old. They send a salesperson out the same day and then did the complete install the next day. They were prompt, neat, and explained all the work.

The one thing that stuck out was that they always send out a different person and each one of them seems to be learning. I don?t mind that but I would prefer someone experienced. I did not face any problems with them. I spent $700 for the job. They were prompt and got here when they said they would. I would probably use them in the future.

Our 15+-year-old furnace died. They sent a technician out to look at it and he diagnosed a burnt out inducer motor and suggested we replace the system rather than repair given the age of the furnace. They sent a sales team out a bit later that helped us pick out a system, and given that we were in the middle of winter, fast-tracked our installation to the next day. The following day they successfully installed a hybrid heat/cooling system. Considering the circumstances, it was a pretty enjoyable experience. They got to us quickly, got our system installed quickly and we went only a single night without heat. As a bonus, they also let us borrow a pair of small space heaters to help keep the pipes from freezing onsaid unheated night.
