It was okay. They showed up on time. They didn't have the best customer service attitude. I found metal shavings in my basement for several months after job was complete. They could have done a better job cleaning up.

Jeff came to do an estimate on our new system. He was punctual and very friendly and thorough in explaining the options. We did not feel pressured at all. We had thought we would get more than estimate, but felt they tried hard to give us a very good price so we decided to use them. Roy and Ryan came the next morning to install the new system. They were also very professional and explained everything thoroughly with what they were doing and also explained the system very well when they were done. They left the area cleaner that it was when they got here. I would definitely recommend Williams and will use them again.

They were excellent that's why we asked them to do the furnace as well. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was doing. He helped us for vg couple of things. We just bought a house and I told him we didn't know if the furnace is fitted right so he went and looked right it. He fixed it and put an air line so we would know going forward which way to do it. I just have confidence in him. I am quite satisfied with his service.

Refrigerant is low, indicating a leak in the system. The representative gave me 4 options, including doing nothing at this time, and listed the options on my copy of the receipt. He explained everything thoroughly and was very professional.

My A/C quit working and I had a coupon from Williams Comfort Air for a free service call. Tech came and checked it, stating the coils needed cleaned. I asked how much this would cost. At first he said $500 and service call fee of $95. I was told this was maintenance so I couldn't use the coupon. He then said it would cost $900 because he would have to pull the system out to clean the coils. When he went outside to check on payment plans I saw that there was a plate that when removed gave access to the coils. When he came back he said he was told I would have to take out a loan. I had to pay the $95 he left Then I cleaned the coils and my a/c and it works.perfectly! Cleaning the coils is part of a/c cleaning. How many people pay $900 for their a/c cleaning?

They were good and very efficient. The repair man went above and beyond the call of duty.

We love them! We use them all the time. We are using them right now. We are having a water heater leak this morning. They provide a great service. I called them at noon and they got here at 1:30. They figured it out and went to get a part. They have given us a price. They are friendly, clean and presentable. They are very respectful in my home.

They are very helpful. They call and remind us when it is our time to get the system serviced. They come out and check the system. It is great. We have been really happy with them. We purchased a different system from them, when we needed it. We have been in this house for a long time. We pay for the service two years upfront and they just come out at no extra charge. I would recommend them as they are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy doing business with them.

The tune up went well and was very thorough. However, the tech unclogged the AC's drain pipe in the basement, the told me that the drian pipe was not what was causing the water leakage. He said the drip pan needed replaced, and in order to do that the entire A-coil would need to be replaced, costing around $1,700. He then noted that it might be cheaper in the long run to replace the entire unit, at $3,500. I told him I'd think about it. Well, the leak stopped. So the clogged drain pipe really was the issue. No need for thousands of dollars worth of repairs! He was nice, and I could see that there was some rust on the drain pan when he showed me. But nothing that needs fixed now as it's not leaking and the unit works perfectly well.

I was really pleased with all aspects of the service I received from Williams Comfort Air. We had a unit fail on Monday. I called on Tuesday morning and had an excellent technician (Lex) in my home that afternoon. He explained things clearly with regard to repair options and offered to set up an estimate visit on Tuesday evening if we wanted to consider upgrading/replacing the unit that had failed. The gentleman who did the estimate (Frederick) was very professional and also explained our options clearly. The next morning the installation team arrived and spent the day replacing our original equipment. They did an outstanding job and it appears to be a perfect installation of far superior equipment. Kevin Harris and his partner did excellent work, answered all my questions, and left all work areas spotless. Nice work Williams Comfort Air!

I think it was okay.The repairman was very helpful and explaining what he was doing and why he needs to do it. As far as I know, the work that they did was good.

They were wonderful to work with. Very pleasant. They were here at 9:30 morning in the morning, and they left at 9 at night. A+!

Williams Comfort Air came to my house at 7pm (was supp to be there at 6pm but he couldn't find my house) on a Friday night after I got home from work. He was to perform a tune-up on my A/C that I had already paid $44 on Angie's List. He went up into my attic to check my furnace/ac unit and told me that that my a/c was leaking water cause it had frozen and then thawed. Mind you my house was just built in April 2011 and this should not be happening with a 2 year old unit. The man then told me that because there is a "problem" with my unit that he cannot do the tune-up. I was furious! He also said my a/c unit was leaking refrigerant because when he checked it my levels were "down" and he didn't know WHERE it was leaking at. I asked him, "How much refrigerant is it supposed to have and how much do I have now?" and he was like "you need like 5-6 lbs and you probably only have 1-2lbs" but didn't know for sure. He then told me for $219 he could FIND the leak but it might take a few hours (on another day) and if I paid for the maintenance plan for $179 (which covers 1 more a/c tune-up for next year and 1 furnace tune-up) THEN he would get something done tonight on my unit! Mind you...it is 8pm and getting DARK by the time this has all "comes out" of what "needs" to be done. I was like, "wouldn't you think my a/c unit, if there is a problem, is going to be covered under a warranty with my builder/Airtron who put the unit in?" and he said, "WHY would you TRUST Airtron to come out here and fix anything? They're the ones that installed it wrong in the first place! I wouldn't let them do a thing!" This man just SAT at my dining room table trying to SELL ME a $179 maintenance plan on top of the $44 I already spent JUST TO GET HIM TO GO DO A SINGLE THING on my unit outside! Arrgh, it was infuriating. I told him I needed the refrigerant added BACK to my unit and for him to get the tune-up done but he wouldn't do it without the maintenance plan so I said "screw it!" and just signed for it and handed him my credit card. By the time he got outside to do a single thing it was at least 830pm. He spent 30 mins trying to convince me to buy the plan. It was getting dark and I went outside with him and used my cell phone light (assisted light) to shine on the unit for him to charge it for a while, add the refrigerant, clean it with the hose/specific kind of soapy wash, and everything. He didn't clean it on the inside and he was about to be done with it when I said, "Aren't you going to clean the inside?" and he was like, "You are OCD!!!" and I was thinking, "No, not really...but if you're cleaning it then you need to CLEAN IT inside too not just the outside. So he only took his hand to wipe out the inside of it of grass and stuff. He just left the huge spider and his web and other debris inside and put the lid back on and tightened it down. He said he hadn't eaten all day, etc. etc. I know he wanted to get out of there and I wanted to go inside too but I wanted my unit done first the way it would have been done if it wasn't dark out! Anyway, I don't think I'll be using this company once my maintenance plans are used up unless I get much better treatment and service.

It turned out good. The techencian is very knowledgeable. Their services were good. I would use them again in the future.

Last spring I tried to schedule an appointment for a pre-paid check-up for our heat pump. I was told that they were not scheduling at that time. (I tried to set this up early because of the trouble last hear getting an appointment.) I tried to schedule early June and early July. In June I was told that they were scheduling for the end of June. I stated that I have my own business and have to be available to my clients. That I know my schedule two weeks in advance and can schedule only within a two week time period. They were not able to help. I called back in July. Williams Comfort Air told me they were scheduling appointments for mid august. I re-stated that I have my own business and have to be available to my clients. I called back in September 6th. I stated that this was my fourth attempt. I explained what had transpired on the other attempts. I also explained what had happened last year. I ask if there was any way that they could help me. They asked if I could hold. I said yes. They were able to schedule an appointment for me on September 12, between 9 a.m. and 12 pm. They also told me who to ask for next year to resolve this issue. Thursday, September 12th, I scheduled time between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. for the appointment and the inspection. (it took about 30 minutes last year.) Noon came and went, no Williams Comfort Air. They did call about 12:10 p.pm. They did state that a truck had just become available and would be on it?s way. I explained the time that I had made available for the appointment and the inspection. Had they honored their commitment for the time there would not have been a continued problem. (it would take 5 minutes to 30 minutes, based on past experience, for the truck to get here.) That put me past the time that I had taken off for them. I have paid for a service that Williams Comfort Air cannot preform. They recently added heating company to there group. It appears that they have gotten too larger to service their customers. The pre-paid service is great for their cash flow. It just sucks cash from our pocket. I purchased a new furnace and heat pump from Williams Comfort Air two years ago based on their reviews. If someone asked me today, I would recommend a smaller company that gave good value and great service. A company that had not grown past their ability to provide service, in a timely manner, to their clients.

He was very thorough and very nice. Took a bit longer than others have in the past but he was incredibly detail oriented and took great care to be sure that I understood everything that he did and that he really had to clean the outdoor part of the units that had a lot of cottonwood and mulch stuck to them.

The service went really well. After interviewing a couple of people, I ended up choosing them. They were really courteous and prompt, as well as professional and I was overall satisfied with their work.

He hardly even touched anything. He just looked at stuff and just told me all this stuff had to be replaced. He ended up telling me that I needed $6,000 worth of plumbing. I feel like he was just trying to get the money out of me.

Great service with service staff that explained all the options and costs involved. We saved about 450.00 and received a 10 year transferrable warranty on all units and service work. They cleaned everything up and checked to make sure all parts and zones of our home were functioning well
