They were on time, Antonio the lead installer was great, went over and above to make things right. Their sheet metal work was top notch, fixed some exhaust lines that were PVC, put a new power switch that was fused on the furnace and also walked me through everything to make sure we understood the system. They included a wireless thermostat that is really cool and a larger AC unit, two upgrades.

The service went very well. I have used them for quite awhile. I keep using them because of their service and service contract. I think their price is fair.

Fred did a great job explaining what was causing the problem in layman's terms. Identified that A/C unit was overcharged and discussed pros and cons of that issue, letting me make the decision about whether to fix it or not.

Scheduled a normal maintenance with them and they never showed on date scheduled. Called once it got way passed time frame and they said their systems were updated and must have lost my appointment so i had to take a second day off from work. I tried to get a refund or some kind of deal since it was a complete error on their end. The secretary said they couldn't give me any kind of deal, but could put me in touch with their customer service supervisor. So i tried to contact her, but she never answered or responded to my phone calls and blew me off and never responded to the incident. So i gave up. 3 months later... So i thought its always good to give people a second chance. Just the other day my ac started blowing warm air. So i gave them a call again to ask for their help. My wife is 36 weeks pregnant and the house is hitting over 80+ degrees, and it was passed normal business hours. So i called dispatch and he was very polite and understood my situation and paged the guy on call. The tech responded quickly on our emergency call and showed up at 9 at night to diagnose and hopefully repair. Since the AC was blowing warm air, I tuned the AC off, b/c i didnt want to damage the unit and it wasnt doing anything to help the situation. He checked my pressures and said they are good. From there he did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and told me to call again the next day and keep the unit running. He charged me $74 for service call and told me a could be the metering valve and said it would cost around $1000 and went on his way. I looked up the replacing part and it costs roughly $100. That means the labor is going to cost me almost $900 to just solder on a new meter that may or may not be an issue. The compressor doesn't want to stay on, so not sure if it really the meter or not but whatever. So i called the again and the soonest they could get anyone out was mid next week. SO now my 37 week pregnant wife has to sit at home in a 85-90 degree house. I would expect them to be ready to come out again the next day and resolve my issue, but i guess not. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Thanks for nothing Williams i will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

Wife had 3 major operations in last month; these procedures are related to her respiratory system so breathing is very important. I noticed that she was having some labored breathing and I thought it might be due to the temperature of that air as it was not very cool even though the AC was on. So I contacted SP to have them come out to check our AC system. I spoke with someone at their office and she informed me she would have a technician call me shortly. I got a call from a technician very soon after speaking with the office staff and he informed me that due to his busy schedule he could not guarantee they would be able to make it out that night and if they could it would be late. Due to this and that we had fans going to keep it relatively cool that we could wait till the morning. The technician said I would get a call in the morning to schedule the service. I got a message this morning from Sally in their office asking if I still needed service today and to schedule the appointment. I called their office back to set the appointment and the office lady said she had no record of the call so I asked her to check their recordings and she found the record of my call from the day before. She then said since I refused service last night my situation is not an emergency and she can set an appointment for the next day. I said I never refused service but the technician advised I make an appointment for the next day since he could not guarantee service that night and that?s what I was doing. I informed the office lady she can confirm this information with the technician. I went back and forth with the office lady about this and the end result was that the earliest they could come out now would be Monday 6/2/14. At this point I was getting upset and I said well maybe I should just go somewhere else and they lady said ok.

They had to replace a part on the main gas furnace which had to be ordered, they did a good job but I felt they were more interested in selling a service contract then anything else.

My A/C runs normally so I bought the Angies List deal for a tune up. Technician showed up and recommended replacement for a new unit because of old age. I declined since the units still runs great. I told him that the unit was good unless he caused a problem and he said he would only make it better. He then said the refrigerant was low, about 1 or 2 lbs, and the estimate for the cheapest option was $783 to charge it. Other service option could run up to $1274. I declined since I was not aware of the problem. And I called another Angies List award winning contractor, they said the charge would be $184 per lb without a service agreement. I regret bought "the deal", which seems a sale pitch.

I didn't realize that there was a one per customer limit. The company was very courteous in their communications.

They arrived and looked over everything and gave an estimate of what it would take and took the $44.00 for the special off of the complete price. They suggested what type of filters to get and suggested timelines for changing things. It still seemed like the pricing was pretty high.

Service provider was timely....very professional. Came into home with booties on (love that!) asked if he could put the A/C on...checked furnace and then went outside to check the unit. Was at our home for about 45 minutes. After going back to his vehicle, he came in to explain everything to us and left us his card and a written detail of the inspection. Very happy!

The service is absolutely amazing. The technicians are polite and you could not ask for more. They will call ahead of schedule and they will call if they are running behind as well.

Initially I only wanted a checkup on my AC unit, but upon inspection a part was in need of replacing. The repairman showed me exactly what was wrong and the potential problems that could happen if it were to burn out. It was a good amount of money so the repairman gave me a deal on a 1 year service agreement with them. I also bought another coupon for a heating inspection, but since I now have a 1 year service agreement he turned it into plumbing inspection. Overall the guys did excellent work and informed me of everything they were doing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get Heat/AC work done.

I noticed the AC not working properly when I got home in the evening on the 8th of May, so my husband called a few places and got through to two different ones. Williams said they would put us at the top of their list and try to get to us first thing in the morning on the 9th while the other company said they couldn't get out to us until the 13th. Imagine our surprise when three hours later we got a call that a repairman was almost to our neighborhood! He checked out our unit, both inside and out and determined that the engine cap was in need of replacement as well as our coolant levels being low. He went ahead and took care of both right then and there and recommended some further steps we could take to improve things in the long run. The price was a bit steep, but considering the effort they put into getting to us sooner than we thought they would as well as how courteous and helpful the repairman was, answering all of our questions to help us better understand everything, I would say it was well worth it. I'll definitely recommend them to others as well as calling them for our heating/AC needs in the future!

Was impressed with the thoroughness of the tech. This was a Special price buy but received a complete and professional service call.

I called Williams Comfort Air about some Air Duct Cleaning. They were very responsive and professional. They said the job would take about 4 hours. It took a little less than that, but the staff were very clean and professional. I never had the air ducts cleaned before so this was quite a job for them. They also pointed out issues with the furnace which was about 20 years old. I appreciated the heads up.

They were supposed to get back with me on Friday, and they did. However it is only one deal per member and I've used them before.

I am pretty happy with their work. I am on a regular maintenance plan with them. I pay one fee for a year and they come and visit me three or four times a year to cover me up.

They tried to sell us a new furnace, and we got a couple people to come in and they told us that we should not get a new furnace until our old one goes out. They did the work pretty okay, but they were high pressure to replace our furnace that was operational. I said there and listened to them, and I thought that if it was so bad, I should get a couple more quotes from other companies, and they came in, and gave me an estimate. I feel like their goal is to sell, and I wasted my time getting estimates when my furnace was fine. They were prompt. Their pricing was a little high. They were very nice. I would use them in the future, but I didn't like the sales, they were clearly trying to sell me something that I didn't need.
