 + -1 moreMy unit went out and needed to be completely replaced after 15ish years. I had a few people quote me the job and decided to go with these guys because the sales rep was very honest and up front about the process. He was not pushy and gave me exactly what I was asking for. He did not try to upsell me unnecessary stuff I didn't need and came in at a similar price range than the rest of the quotes I had. I have never used them for service beyond the instillation which went very smoothly, but I highly recommend them if you need a new unit and I look forward to using them for my maintenance.

Description of Work: Performed warranty replacement of a part. We have a contract with them for spring and fall maintenance and a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I especially appreciate them calling me twice a year to schedule maintenance so I don't forget to have it done.

 + 1 moreWilliams Comfort Air did a great job. They stayed at $189 and then they gave me some helpful ideas with prices. I think that he really did a good job. They were punctual and they gave honest answers to things. They didn't try to have me upgrade or push products on me or anything. The plumbing guy did great, the air guy, we just had a little trouble, he showed up when I wasn't expecting him to but other than that, he was wonderful. They said they were really busy and I can imagine with it being the start of the season and everything that they probably were.
Description of Work: The first guy that was part of the package was plumbing, he checked everything out there and then also checked the water heater and flushed it.

 + 1 moreI asked for a quote for a dryer vent cleaning. The person who took my call was very hard to hear for the first two minutes of the call. I believe she then took me off speaker phone, then I heard her loud and clear. She then quoted me a price of $94. I made the appointment for the end of the week. Two days later I received a call explaining that they may have the wrong information on my request. The asked if I wanted a dryer cleaning or a HVAC duct cleaning. I told them I wanted a dryer cleaning. The next day I got another call explaining that they would come out on friday for an estimate. I told her I was already quoted $94. She said that it was an incorrect quote and they could give me an estimate on Friday when it was supposed to be cleaned. After some checking, she said she could get me a quote on Friday, and leave time for a cleaning after the quote. On Friday they showed up on time and quoted me $288.
Description of Work: They offered a quote for a dryer vent cleaning.

 + 0 moreInitially scheduled date for tune up on 5/30 did not occur. I was set up for the 12-3 slot. By 2:45 I had yet to receive a courtesy call from the technician. After calling their main line I was informed that the technician was still on another appointment and as general operating procedure techs don't call clients to notify of impending arrival. Why he/she couldn't or at least contact their office so I could be notified by office staff is beyond me. I took off work to be there and was not happy that this occurred. They wanted to come later, but I had another appointment which they knew about when I signed up for the deal. They called me that evening to re-schedule, and the next available date they had was two weeks out. I was not terribly pleased to have to wait so long, but my A/C was still running okay so I accepted. We had the the 9-12 slot on 6/15. Tech arrived close to the 12 pm end date but was professional and quick. Even wore those medical booties into the house. He tried to sell me their annual incentive program but, I'm not willing to spend $160 on a bi-annual program when I can spend less than that for an A/C and Heat tune up. Also, he left the A/C on 60 degrees and did not return it back to my previous setting as well as left the back fence gate open so my dog got loose when I let her out! Luckily I saw her streaking past my front windows and was able to recall her home. Overall, the work was good, but the general customer service and attention to detail was lacking. Would not spent any more for this service with this provider.
Description of Work: He cleaned and tuned up our central A/C unit and made sure air was flowing well after tune up.

 + -1 moreFrom the annual maintenance that found the problems with both units to the sells call to installation we are very pleased . Everyone we dealt with was professional, punctual and treaty our property and us with respect. The sales person listened to us and got us the HVAC system we wanted and that was right for our house. The installation crew show up when promised and got right to work . They let me know what they would be doing and how the day would progress. I was really happy that they cleaned up the mess as they worked and kept the areas they were working in tidy. They ran me through what they had done and showed me how to use the new units before they left.

My only complaint is that he bad-mouthed the previous company I went with for A/C tune-up, and I actually really liked the company and also thought they did a great job. His comments weren't professional, in my opinion. Howevver, the cleaning he did on my unit was excellent!
