Description of Work: They came to perform a tune up. A part needed to be replaced, so a $45 dollar part cost me $200 after parts and labor. (It was Christmas Eve, so I wasn't really able to comparison shop) The gentleman was nice and walked through everything.

Description of Work: L00KED AT UNIT TOOK HOSE SPRAYED TWO QUICK SHOTS OF WATER FOR COTTONWEEDON BACK OF UNIT, SAID THE UNIT WAS WORKING FINE, LOOKED AT FURANCE FILTER SAID IT WAS FINE, PUT TAG ON FURANCE. YES HE PERFORMED A SO CALLED SERVICE IT WAS A LOW PRICE FOR A TOONUP IF PERFORMED BUT A HIGH PRICE FOR WHAT HE DID. SO THE QUESTION IS WHAT DOES SERVICES PERFORM BY THE PROVIDER!!!!!

Description of Work: I had to wait 2 months from the time I called Comfort air until they came out. I think they put Angie's list people near the bottom of the list. The day they were suppose to come, I waited over three hours, never saw one person. I have asked that my money be returned, but was told I would have to get the money from Angies List. Hope this is true, as I do not think I will get it from comfort air
