Description of Work: Replacement of air conditioner, furnace and water heater. Crew was excellent in demonstrating the operation of the new equipment. The area clean up was as if no one did sheet metal work in the area.

Description of Work: My furnace broke on 1 of the coldest days and they were quick to get someone here despite that, and have someone on call 24 hours a day which is great. The technician did diagnose the problem, but was a little rude, kind of accused me at first that I caused the problem (I definitely did not), told me to come stand outside to make sure he didn't fall (which I didn't mind, I just wasn't dressed for negative windchills and he didn't ask, he just told). There technically wasn't a repair so his only fee was the house call but he tried to make it more of sales deal and negotiating which I wasn't looking for. Overall, he might have been tired from a long day, they did come fast, and they did fix it so overall I give it a good grade. But I might look for someone else in the future with better customer service and possibly cheaper prices/less negotiating.

Description of Work: Annual Furnace Service. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner and cleaned my Ducts in 2013 and have serviced this unit every six months since. Am extremely satisfied with their personnel and service. Heat is better than it has been for 46 years. They were late for the original Duct Cleaning and gave me a free year of annual services for my inconvenience.

Description of Work: They told me they would contact me after I signed up for service and paid for it on Angie's List. Waited 3 weeks and got no call so I called again and I was told I had to initiate the call. Then they could schedule me in 3 weeks. I complained and they were out the next day. Service tech was prompt, courteous, complete and finished the job.
