Description of Work: Wm has a contract to empty commercial dumpsters in my Apt. They set the dumpsters almost out in the street an never put them back in their designated areas. An you can clearly see they don't belong where they are placed ! It causes the residents to put trash in the street an rear of the dumpsters

Description of Work: Their service is atrocious. Five times in one year they did not pick up the garbage. The last time, they refused to pick up again. I fired them on the spot. I signed up with Ray's service; $100 less per year and the service is far better. Waste Management is terrible. Do not use them.
