I called with my issue, by the way the lady who answered was very nice and helpful, she had be bring one of the pieces of broke glass in. When I got to the shop they made a pattern of the glass and walked me through the different types of glass and bevels that I could get. I picked out the glass and she said my 4 shelved would be done in 5 days. I got a call in 3 days and all off my shelves were cut and ready for pick up. They fit perfect and my shelves look beautiful in my living room. I will definitely go back. They truly care about quality.

I took in my broken table top to be replaced for a new one. It had specialty glass in it and I could not find anyone who had this excact top until I took it to Top Quality. I took it to the shop and in 3 days they had cut, beveled a top that looked exactly like my old one! I couldn't believe it. They were very timely in getting the glass and cutting it. They do glass doors, windows, mirrors, and can find specialty glass. They fabricate it right in thier shop so it doesn't takes too long to get what you need back.

I called on a Friday and was informed that it would take 7-10 days because of the nature of the glass I had ordered. I received a call on Wednesday and was told that it was ready...it only took 3 days! When she heard that I may not be able to get it during their business hours, she offered another time for me, outside of their normal hours...very accommodating!

THE SALESPERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT. SHE GAVE ME A PRICE AND AFTERWARDS GAVE ME DIRECTIONS TO THEIR BUSINESS. SHE WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND MOST HELPFUL.

RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY, AND IN FACT, APPLIED A SURPRISINGLY FAST REPAIR AT A GREAT COST. VERY, VERY IMPRESSED.
