Wasn't able to get all the grout cleaned of the mold

Highly recommend. Owned & operated by a husband/wife team. Enjoyed working w/ both of them as well as different team members that accompanied Thomas. Professional, Honest & Friendly; worked w/my schedule. It became apparent that my light grout had not been sealed when originally installed & was stained in some areas. We discussed & for a reasonable price they restained grout before sealing. Entire project took a few hrs over several days & they were communicative, keeping me in the loop. Bathrooms look like new & ready for market!

TNT did a fabulous job. Our floor looks great, and I will definitely hire them again next year. I have already made an appointment for them to come back to clean and seal our kitchen counter tops.

Very well, explained precisely what they were going to go, then did it. They did large entry and two full bathrooms.

The two guys did a great job and were very careful with wallpaper and floor during cleaning and sealing process. They were very cordial and nice!!!!!

They were on time, careful not to ding walls with the equipment they brought in and very likeable. And the floor looks great.

There was a residue on the cleaned carpets which made the carpets feel stiff. After the carpets were vacuumed several times, the residue was not apparent. I did not notice the fine print that said they would not move furniture. I was accustomed to another carpet cleaning business which always moved the furniture. In the end, they did clean under some of the furniture. The men were very friendly and chatted as they worked.

Great. The guys did a great job of cleaning and resealing our outdoor granite. Will definitely have them back on an annual basis. Next up for them hopefully will be our hardwood floors.

On time, professional, quality work.

Initially bought the coupon for $59 hardwood floor cleaning, but when they arrived and looked over the area, it was determined that it would need a little more than a regular cleaning to make it look like new again. They tested a small portion of the floor and left it overnight. The difference was night and day! They came back out the next night and did the entire floor with the coatin and it looks like we just laid a brand new floor down! When the time comes to touch it up next year, I'll definitely call them again.

It went very well. The gentlemen who came were polite, professional, got right to work, and did a nice, thorough job. They were personable and while they were here, gave me an estimate for further work in other areas of the house.

The counter tops looked great and Thomas and John spent a lot of time on the carpets removing pet stains and stains from planters that overflowed. They did an excellent job.

Everything looks great. I couldn't personally be home when they came so I had them call me with an estimate on the protective coating when they showed up to clean the floor. They explained everything and offered a fair price to complete it. The finished product looks great.

Perfect! After applying 2 coats of wax Tom suggested we let it dry for several days to see what the sheen was going to be and then offered to come back and do a third wax coat if I wanted it to have more sheen. After two coats the floor looks perfect for a vintage house, just the right amount of sheen but not too glossy. In addition his work brought the color back to something like its original color without staining. I recommend then highly. Could not be happier. He gave a written estimate via email the same day he first came out to see the job and his charge was his estimate, which I thought was very reasonable. Can no say enough good things about this crew and the service their provided.

Everything went perfectly. Two polite gentlemen arrived on time and got to work. They suggested taking the carpet outside to the driveway to avoid the chance of getting any of the cleaners on my hardwood floors and happily rolled it up, took it outside, and started scrubbing. The did a very thorough job - vacuuming, spraying cleaner and scrubbing the carpet with, essentially, a floor buffer with a variety of different cleaning and drying pads. The carpet looks great! All the little spots are gone. This is the second time I've had folks come out and clean my carpet and this time was 100% better than my last steam cleaning. With a deal through Angie's List, the cost was extremely reasonable. Can't beat it really. I kind of regret not taking a before and after shot to show how well it all worked out. I will use TNT anytime for their services from now on and you should too.

John and Thomas arrived a few minutes early. They were very polite and friendly. They came in, got to work, and were gone in about 40 minutes! The carpet looks good and I would not hesitate to use them again!

Counters looked great After they were done and after a month we still see a big improvement in how they look, feel and clean. Up. The company is excellent in friendly scheduling and communication. And, John and Thomas were a pleasure to have in our home. They offered great advice as to how to maintain our counters and did some extra clean up work on our fireplace. When finished they were meticulous in cleaning up.

It took a few weeks to make contact but once made TNT was quickly responsive, came to my house in the established time frame, and thoroughly cleaned and then sealed the counters. They then buffed the counters which they indicated was an extra step that they did to make sure the counters were shiny.

Very well. Although there are some etchings and stains that the standard cleaning and sealing can't get out, my counters look much better than I have ever been able to get them to look. Thomas was very friendly, and he went out of his way to give me advice on how to keep the counters looking good. I will work with TNT again - in fact I am waiting for a call to schedule tile floor and grout cleaning.
