The fence is great. The customer service was very bad. They left red bull cans in the yard, pieces of wood in the yard and unfilled holes. Plus I was told it would be installed in one day and it took 2 days.

I've had two fences installed by this company. Price is too high. They installed the fence(s) on the correct day that was scheduled. The first fence they installed went pretty well but the dirt was not removed properly (I paid for dirt removal) which left my dogs eating dirt and rocks. My wife and I ended up cleaning up the rest of the dirt ourselves. The SECOND fence they installed at my new house (10/15/18) was done on time but they neglected to include the latch for the gate (which means we had to put a bungee cord around the gate until they could come back and install the latch). They said the latch would be installed the next day - three days later it was finally installed. There is still dirt / concrete mix all around my fence and yard (once again, paid for dirt removal and they did not clean it up properly). My wife and myself called / texted Zach McFarland (salesman) who assured me the dirt would be removed immediately. I also asked for some sort of a credit or compensation due to the trouble we went through on the second installation but they declined. Dirt still has not been removed from my yard after repeated attempts to contact the salesman / company. Not happy with this company, will not use them again and recommend using another company who will perform the services that were purchased. FYI I purchased / paid for both fences in advance and the services were not up to my expectations.

Everything was a complication. Dates, times, deadlines, equipment, workers available, problem solving and even getting the job finished properly. One of the workers showed up the first day (late) and sat in his truck smoking for an hour until someone else came to help him start the job. Once they began the job, they stopped after an hour for a lunch break.

Mike was responsive and very detailed with his discussion and quote. The install was incredibly efficient and done in 1 day.

So happy to have a fenced back yard for my dogs! Excellent quality and superior service, all while working through the many changes due to HOA restrictions. Love it!

Fence was up in five hours they worked and without taking a break very friendly.

Onsite estimate. Clear communication of project details. Timely responses to questions. Estimate was best out of 3. Installers showed up on time worked fast and were very friendly and professional. Great experience through entire process and fence looks amazing!

Janis was such a great help on EVERYTHING. My installation was completed in 6hrs. Arrived on time. Completed the job and cleaned up after. They left all the dirt removed for post...which came in handy to fill around the post once the cemwnt was cured.

Mike and Frank did a superb job on my fence! Shannon and Vicky (at the home office) were excellent too. Customer service was top notch. The fence looks great and was exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend and use this service again.

I had hired Amerifence to install my fence.. I have given an 800 dollar deposit and scheduled my install.. which I had picked specifically because I was having a barn delivered from Bloomingdale.. The girl at the office moved my appointment without notifying me.. So the company no call no showed on the day I had expected them.. I had even called 5 days ahead to verify the appointment.. I called once it was getting too late and Victoria, had then notified me they had moved my date. I still needed their help that day to take down the fence so I could have the barn installed, and Victoria said that is your problem and then hung up. So then I had called and left multiple messages for Frank the owner.. He followed up with me 3 days later and said he could only credit me back 45 dollars.. I was asking for at least 50 to compensate the gentlemen who I had paid to take down the fence.. He said he couldn't and was firm on 45.. Shannon the only gentlemen from their sales department was the only one to help.. He had understood my situation, and came out himself to help me prop a temporally fence to keep my dogs in.. Then I had issues with then not wanting to do the work due to the temporary fencing, and wanted to charge an additional 200 to take down the fence. I said I would do but then they said they wouldn't start the work until they had proof it was down.. I notified them that I work two jobs and wouldn't be able to, then Victoria again said they couldn't do anything for me. So I fired them and began to look for a different company.. I am yet to be refunded my 800 dollars..

Mine was a very small project. The initial scheduling for the project was a bit fluid do to their scheduling. I was originally told the project would likely take only a couple hours. However, after they got started they were called away and didn't get back to finish it up a week later when I called the office.

Our job was small and able to be scheduled soon after the contract was signed. The quality of material and work was very good.

They under bid there estimate on my fence but honored there quote goes a long way with me
