We have been working with them for twenty years and are very satisfied.

They did a great job! They cleaned the pump and got everything done in short order. They got right on it and got it done. It seems to be working very well. They weren't messy. The price was okay. It is what we anticipated after talking to our son who had similar things done. They were punctual. We called them on a Monday, and on Friday they installed it. They said when they would be here and called a little bit ahead to reassure that. They were nice. They explained everything. It looked nice when they got done.

We are very pleased with them. They came out to give us an estimate, they told us what they were going to do and they did what they said they would do. There was one small issue with the way the vented the high efficiency system installation. I called and they came out the next day to fix the problem.

The sales representative, Boone Coy, was very personable, punctual and educated regarding heat pump systems. The installers were on time the day of the instillation. Steven and Tony were very professional and did an outstanding job installing my new outdoor heat pump in a different location than the one they were replacing. They explained how to use the new system in detail, answered all of our questions, and cleaned up after the work was completed. I was very pleased with all aspects of the purchase experience, which includes choosing the new system for my home, the price charged, and the instillation. I would highly recommend Thiele to anyone considering HVAC work and will use them for all of my future heating and cooling needs!

Outstanding service! I could not be more pleased with the efficiency and quality of their work.

Did not return phone call. I called a total of six providers that day, with three responding to my call and three who did not. I chose to report the companies that were unresponsive. For what it is worth, I did not use any of the three providers that did respond.

Came home after weekend to house with furnace not working. Came out that evening provided us quotes, alternatives and recommendation for our house. They came out the next day and installed new furnace which also required some new duct work since new furnaces are not as big as our old furnace.. Removing old furnace and installing new furnace took about 6 hours. They also created a place for a standard filter to fit in our ducting since new furnace had none standard filter size. We are happy to have heat again.

They were very kind. The price was great. Instead of paying for the service call, the service technician suggested their service plan. With the plan they come out in the spring and fall. The service technician was incredibly pleasant and helpful.

They are very honest people. They are very trustworthy people. They always show up on time. They are very courteous.

They came out for the annual service and a maintenance problem on my furnace, and explained that I needed a new part for the furnace to run safely. I have been waiting for about 3 days and I am still waiting for them to come back out to fix it the issue. My furnace cannot run without this part. I pointed to the technician when they came out that I had a duct that had pulled loose during installation, and they explained to me that I needed to get that fixed as well. I might continue to use them in the future, but I am going to wait to see how this situation plays out. They ordered the part on Friday, 10/24/08 and I am still waiting for the part, so I can heat my home. The part that is being replaced was rusted beyond repair and it had been checked at the same time last year.

They were good and we were pleased with them. The quality of the heat pump and air conditioner is good. They were prompt and responsive. I would recommend them.

We felt our A/C wasn't pumping a lot of cool air, and we called another company and they couldn't get to us for a few days. I found a coupon for Thiele, and saw the great deal for a tune up. I called the office, explained our problems and they sent someone out the next day. He was kind, professional and talked to us about a 1/2 yearly program to keep our unit running properly. For $80, we got our A/C running properly and had a great, professional experience.

Professional job all the way. The location of the old unit was professionally sealed and the new unit was added in a more convenient location.

They were on time, had all the work done in less than a day and they cleaned up. The work looks professional and for the first time the a/c unit cools the 4 bedroom, 2 bath and laundry room upstairs as well as the main floor of the house. We had a supplemental window A/C in the vaulted ceiling master bedroom which we removed since it's no longer needed. They were expensive, but I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. We couldn't be happier with the new A/C unit or the work that was performed.

Very pleasant sales experience. I was shown various options and models, and the salesperson did not try to steer me to the top of the line. I selected the 80% with variable speed motor rather than a 90+ efficiency furnace because I felt that the variable speed motor would provide better comfort as well as reduce my electric expenses. Besides, having lived with a 35-yr-old gas furnace for the 15 years that we've owned our home, the gas savings alone should be a huge improvement. Installers arrived on time and did a good job from what I could tell. I did notice a few minor things that bothered me after more closely inspecting the work a few days later, but Thiele responded very professionally and sent another tech out to check out my concerns. He improved the seal where the furnace sits on the lift box, duct-taped some duct joints that were missed with the original installation, and took the time to answer some new questions I had with the unit and installation. So, although I was not 100% satisfied with the original installation, Thiele made it right (at no additional cost to me). Since I replaced the furnace in August, I reserve the right to add to my feedback after seeing how the furnace and airflow behaves once the heating season begins :-). No problems during the last month+, though with the A/C.

Things went well. They were on time and they did a neat job. I watched them put it in and they seemed to be very professional. It is a good piece of equipment.

They were prompt. When they came to install the furnace, they decided to upgrade the heat pump at no extra cost. They did a good job. We are very pleased with the work.

The company showed up on time. They put shoe covers on there shoes before they came into the house. They were very courteous when they were there. They cleaned up everything before they left.

My experience was very positive. There were no problems. The man that came out was very thorough. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

One young man came out, Jeremiah Harriett, and wrote up the order. He recommended I replace my furnace rather than repair because it was so old. One of the installers, Edward Croom; he was outstanding. The service Manager, Steve was very nice and professional on the phone. He even sent Jeremiah back out to make sure I understood and was happy with everything. I would recommend them to anyone. I even signed up for a maintenance agreement.

The whole experience was fine. They arrived when they said they would. The workmanship was fine and they were professional. They got the job finished in the appropriate amount of time. They were very neat and clean. Everything is working just fine.

Quality work by quality company. A problem occurred after installation, but the response could not have been better, a technician was at the home within hours on a Sunday.

They always work with me, I ask them to schedule appointment so I may be the first call of the day so I can make it into work for part of the day. They also give you a call while they're on their way out.

It was a decent job, I had some problems with them but they came back and made everything right.
